Fantasia Bahia Principe Tenerife

Fui con nuestro hijo de 4 años en noviembre. El hotel es genial para personas con niños. Hay un parque acuático para los más pequeños y toboganes para los mayores. También hay un club infantil, todo el personal fue excepcional. Nos alojamos en una suite familiar que tenía dos habitaciones, una con un sofá cama (para dormir, hasta 3) y un dormitorio principal para los adultos. La habitación era grande y nueva y tenía todo lo necesario. Los restaurantes estarían bien y el buffet tenía un tema diferente cada día. Los refrescos, la cerveza y el vino se sirvieron con licores y cócteles de los numerosos bares. Los 2 espectáculos de teatro a los que asistimos también fueron excelentes, con muchas habilidades circenses. En general, un gran lugar para unas vacaciones en familia. Creo que los grupos sólo para adultos podrían considerar otras opciones.

Es una pena tener que dejar una mala crítica porque el hotel en sí era bonito, PERO después de que un niño se ahogó en la piscina porque el salvavidas es inútil, quise sacar a mis hijos de la situación y salí del hotel por unas horas cuando llegamos. Todas nuestras cosas habían desaparecido de la piscina, lo cual entiendo porque querían ordenar, pero cuando fuimos a la recepción para preguntar si tenían nuestras cosas, nadie supo nada al respecto y fue grosero, como si estuviera mintiendo, por lo que el personal había robado. Todos nuestros bits nunca volverán a venir aquí ni lo recomendaría.

Hemos pasado muy buenas vacaciones. El hotel es muy cómodo y tiene muchas actividades, ideal para ir con niños. Han disfrutado mucho de las actividades de animación, un encanto todo el personal. Especial mención a Elisa, que fue muy atenta y cariñosa con ellos durante la estancia.
Si volvemos a Tenerife, sin duda repetiremos.

El hotel es fantástico para niños y familias. El entretenimiento es excelente, especialmente Víctor en el personal de animación, fue muy amable, accesible y brillante con los niños. La ubicación es remota, no hay mucho en el área, pero las actividades del hotel son muy buenas. Lo recomendaría encarecidamente si está satisfecho con quedarse en el hotel y no salir.

Hoy estuvimos en Bahía Fantasia, queríamos ver el complejo hotelero y si es posible una habitación para nuestras próximas vacaciones en Tenerife. Ahora definitivamente sabemos que no reservaremos este hotel. No nos dieron una bienvenida especialmente amable, nos dijeron que no podíamos ver el hotel y que no nos permitían conseguir ninguna habitación. Muy decepcionante! Después recorrimos la zona. Hace mucho, mucho viento, no hay playa cerca del hotel para ir a nadar y constantemente se oyen los aviones volar porque está cerca del aeropuerto.

Las habitaciones son hermosas, el hotel está impecable, la comida es deliciosa y abundante, y el personal de entretenimiento es de primera categoría. Un saludo muy especial a Mo Salah, Maya y Mario, han alegrado las vacaciones de nuestros chicos. Incluso agradable escabullirse en la piscina infinita solo para adultos cuando los niños están en el mini club

Ya llevamos aquí una semana y ha sido increíble. Tenemos 6 niños de 18 a 3 años y hay algo para todos,
Nos hemos divertido mucho.hotel es fabuloso y muy limpio. Muy orientado a los niños, pero también espacio solo para adultos.
El entretenimiento ha sido increíble. Los espectáculos son fantásticos, el entretenimiento es constante para los niños y de muy alta calidad.

Resort simplemente espectacular. Tiene todo tipo de instalaciones, piscinas, restaurantes, ocio, sala de juegos, bar, spa … etc. Por otra parte las habitaciones son muy grandes, con mucha calidad en sus acabados y muebles, además el servicio de limpieza es muy cuidadoso, en general todo el personal es muy amable, enhorabuena por eso! Otro cosa que resalta es que están constantemente limpiando y manteniendo todo, y atentos a cualquier detalle, se nota un buen trabajo de organización. En resumen, una opción increíble en canarias que nada tiene envidiar a los hoteles similares de caribe y muy cerquita

I booked originally for my granddaughter's 16th pressie, which was in march but postponed due to covid, and I have to say it was worth the wait, this place is absolutely fabulous.
It has everything for kids and adults.
7 pools, one buffet restaurant, and 3 others that you have to book to use, but it's all in with your all inclusive.
The staff are great, couldn't be more polite and helpful if they tried.they even clap us as we go in for meals, although it should be us clapping them for all their hard work. Food is delicious, good variety and lots of it!
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Cleaned, towels changed, beds made/changed every day. The hotel is spotless, there's always staff cleaning, sweeping and making sure the pool areas are as dry as possible.
You really couldn't ask for a better place to stay, and I've been to a few 4/5 star hotels.this one is top notch.
We will most definitely be returning soon. I might even bring my smaller grandchildren as they would love the kids club.

This is a 5* hotel in the area of Golf del Sur just 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. It looks amazing from the out side and is a childrens paradise once you are inside. Name Fantasia and built like a fairytale castle even from the outside but once in magical. One day and half day passes can be purchased for entry if you are not staying in the Hotel and want to see what it is like inside. But you cannot walk in off the street to look around.

Cubre totalmente todas las expectativas, personal amabilísimo, aún que si que es cierto que resbala muchísimo el suelo de las piscinas. Es la única pega que puedo decir. En cuanto a la comida he de decir que abundante y variada.

Very good for all inclusive.the swimming pools are great, a lot for children and adults, even adults section. Free drinks, including cocktails and beer.

Though that the pools are warm, it is still cold due to the wind and location of the hotel, super close to the ocean. We went end November. But still there we always be a lot of wind at that location!

The gym is amazing. The free dumbell weights go to max 14 kg.that is a bit bad. They do have the olympic bar to do chest press and curl bar for biceps and so the free weights to put on it. Also a complete fitness workstation, leg, chest, back!

The buffet gets boring after 2 to 3 days, but that is with all hotels. The staff is really really friendly and the quality of the food and service is superb. The al cart menu is amazing, Japanese!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Food is different every day and absolutely amazing!

The staff is incredibly polite and helpful with very good English.

You can't hear any noise from other rooms, which is good - I was surrounded by kids.

Gym with amazing view. Adults-only swimming pool with personal bar and ocean view - magnificent.

I mean, I can go on for ages, it is simply the best holiday I had in ages!

Muy buen hotel. Personal muy amable, se ve q no escatiman en atendimiento y eso se nota. La comida muy buena, los espectáculos geniales. Nos fuimos unos cuatro días, hemos descansado y disfrutado a tope. La única pega q los suelos de la piscina resbalan un poco. Recomendado 100% sobretodo si se va con niños, aunq hay zona solo adultos q eso puede dar tregua para quien vaya sin ellos

Firstly upon arrival the receptionist did not greet us, he then was extremely stern when discussing facilities! Didnt feel very welcomed at all, rooms freezing and overall very unhelpful staff! Concierge goes missing for hours on end bar staff rude

Absolutely beautiful hotel!
If you have this wonderful hotel booked, you are certainly in for a treat and won’t be disappointed (providing you follow some of my tips)
- The hotel is new and modern, it is absolutely gorgeous.
- It is very very clean. There is always someone cleaning!
- There are loads of sun loungers, no need to get up early and reserve.
- The snack bar is great! My little one enjoyed nuggets and chips in the castle most days.
- The entertainment team are fab, always trying to engage the children!
- The shows are very professional, much more than you’d expect from a holiday!
- The a la carte restaurants, absolutely stunning! Such a treat (if you can get in)
- All staff are wonderful, always going above and beyond to be friendly and helpful.

A few tiny areas for improvement

- Booking all meals on the app is a bind, particularly as you don’t know when you’ll be hungry. Breakfast was the hardest time to book, no lay in or you’d miss your slot
- the app! Everything has to be done on the app. Whilst good for us, this proved difficult having members of our party in other rooms who weren’t as tech savvy.
- no tea/coffee facilities in the room apart from a kettle, so you have to hunt for your own
- no straws anywhere! Even paper. Fortunately we managed to buy some
- masks, you have to wear them the majority of the time, but they are not supplied. So if you lose yours or forget it, you have no entry to the restaurants etc and are back to the back of the queue
- booking a la Carte was extremely difficult. All slots were booked until 9pm, with a two year old it meant we couldn’t visit them. We learnt that the slots became available again at 11: 00 (just before) on Tuesday for the Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, so we were quick enough to book earlier slots, but I’d imagine a lot of people miss out on this
- also, if you are just FIVE minutes late to your a la carte booking, you lose it. With a two year old anything is possible and keeping to such a tight time schedule was difficult
- just a tiny niggle, but the drinks available around the pool were nothing special, I quite like a fancy cocktail with a slice of fruit in a nice plastic glass. They were paper cups at best
- there is never any butter at breakfast! Bring your own, your food goes cold before anyone tops it up
- the buffet wasn’t my favourite place, long queues, strange choices of food at breakfast (nuggets, broccoli, cauliflower cheese - likely from night before)
- water, not easily available before 10: 00am, this would be good to have access to throughout the whole day. You do get 2 small bottles in your room daily, which you can top up at the fountains, but these are only open from 10am at the pools
- check in took a long time. So if you can express check in on the app that would help
- our bands stopped working before 12 noon check out time, so not only could we not use the snack bar, we couldn’t get back in to our rooms to get our cases, so had to queue up at reception to get it sorted and then again to check out. Seems unfair and can be easily rectified as it happens to most apparently

It seems like a long list and they are only small niggles, but once sorted will make a huge difference!

Hemos estado 15 días 2 adultos y dos niños. Todo muy bien. La Master suite espectacular, grande, limpia, espaciosa y ademàs nos dieron una con vistas al castillo, mi hijo estaba encantado mirando el castillo por las noches. Tiene 3 restaurantes a la carta y pudimos probarlos todos. Los espectáculos geniales vimos todos (Imox, Papimber, Toy circus, Baby Ladon, y alguno màs que no recuerdo el nombre).
En cuánto al buffet decir que no es para echar cohetes, he estado en hoteles de categoría inferior y he comido mejor la verdad, deberían de mejorar en en ese aspecto. Los camareros muy atentos y amables todos.
En cuánto a la animación del hotel, qué decir, todos un encanto, hacen muy bien su trabajo, A destacar los animadores (Nino, Riccardo, Ado, Rubén, Cathy.) hicieron que mi hijo Mario estuviera entretenido y feliz, no quería volver a casa jajajjaja.
Si alguien está pensando en ir y tiene niños es la opción perfecta.

Very clean resort, beautiful rooms but poor service. Missing some of the basics for a five star resort such as no tea or coffee in room, minibar not refilled, lukewarm food in the buffet, no spirits or cocktails in a la carte restaurants. Looks 5star but the customer service isn’t 5star - it’s extremely difficult to get a drink in the lobby bar or the main restaurant. Overall it was just hard work having to ask several times for the same thing.

El hotel en general, instalaciones y servicio súper buenos. Comida variada y rica. A destacar el peligro del suelo de las piscinas, un auténtico riesgo para niños y no tan niños que da más de un disgusto. Recomiendo calzado en todo momento!

Este hotel todavía no lo he probado esta cerrado abre en marzo si dios quiere del que soy clienta fija es del bahia principe sunlight personal maravilloso en recepción y juan es muy atento muy buena persona y esperando volverlo a ver lo recomiendo el hotel al 100 por cien en cuanto a la limpieza a las medidas del covid 100 por 100 que abran pronto

The Resrot is spectacular, the location is very good to visit beautiful places but without a doubt the best thing was the show that perfordance offers, I really did not expect it and I was overwhelmed by the beauty, the art, and the good energy that it transmitted to me. There are no words to describe it

En agosto estuve de vacaciones, el personal muy atento y muy amable, pedí una plancha en recepción y cuando subí ya estaba en la habitación, la comida muy buena las habitaciones muy limpias como todo el hotel y el recinto. Fue mí cumpleaños el 22 de agosto y me sorprendió cuando subí al habitación tenía una botella de cava, y una caja de bombones gracias por el detalle, volveré.
