Farmacia Rosario Salas Nuez

Usamos esta farmacia dos veces durante nuestras vacaciones. Personal amable y servicial que hablaba inglés. Recomiendo ampliamente esta farmacia.

La mejor farmacia que he visto en Lanzarote! Tiene una gran gama de productos, el personal muy amable y te ayudan con todas las dudas que tienes. Además, tiene plaza de parking fuera, lo cual para lo concurrida que es la zona es genial! Seguiré comprando allí!

El letrero en la puerta se mostró abierto desde las 9: 30, llegamos un poco después de las 10: 00 y, lamentablemente, todavía estaba cerrado.

¡Son absolutamente geniales!
¡Gran conocimiento de todo pero también de las mejores marcas, ahí para ayudar en todos los sentidos!

Liked this pharmacy until today when a box of 24 honey and lemon strepsils cost me 9.20€.

I was quite shocked by the price and left thinking there must be some mistake. Thus was hasty and harsh in my review.
I didn't like the price of Strepsils but I like your selection of brands especially La Roche Posay and Cerave.

Mala experiencia, no volvería. Pedí un producto y me dieron otro, de la misma marca pero que no tenía que ver con lo que necesitaba. Me di cuenta al llegar a casa y cuando fui a devolverlo no me lo pusieron fácil diciendo que estaba abierto (cosa que no es cierta porque no era lo que yo necesitaba) y de forma bastante maleducada la farmacéutica comentó a su compañera delante mía pero sin mirarme que en tiempos de covid no se hacen devoluciones. No sé si pensaría que me voy a quedar con un producto que me han dado equivocado. No cuesta nada ser agradable con los demás y hacer las cosas fáciles.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I forgot one of my rare pain medicines from the UK. I visited a doctor in Spain that issued me a Spanish prescription. I had big trouble finding this medicine and i am so happy I contacted this farmacia. I sent an email with a copy of the prescription to the pharmacy and a lovely gentlemen confirmed that they have one box left. He also offered to hold it for me until the next morning. I have to say the level of customer service and care was outstanding. The gentleman also spoke a high level of English so there was no issue with communication at all. Highly recommend this pharmacy. You will for sure have no problem communicating in English and you will realise you are receiving the highest quality of customer service.

We visited this pharmacy to replace lost diabetic medications. Very helpful and we were able to buy the meds with no difficulty at all.
Also sooo inexpensive!

Great service and good value for money! They also helped me with a problem i had in another place called Drug store. I did ask for paracetamol in the Drug Store and they gave me a Natural product which did not contain paracetamol at all. The Farmacy's team explained to me that ' parafarmacias' arent allowed to sell medicines, but only natural products. I was charged 15 euros for a product that i didnt need. Be very carefull as the 2 places look very alike!

Super expensive, shop around. 200ml sunscreen is the same price in other shops close by as the 100ml here, my fault for not checking around.

the problem wasn't with the product it was with its price and the size for the price. The product has been used (because 100ml lasts for a day for two people) but can be purchased at the other end of the strip for the same price for a bottle with more than double the content of the one you sell

Esta farmacia para mi es la mejor de Puerto del Carmen. Es espaciosa y con gran variedad de productos, además de estar muy bien ubicada y con un vado, por si vas con coche. Tanto la dueña como los empleados son muy agradables y serviciales.

Very poor service for a simple problem. I had a cold sore spreading onto my skin near my mouth and wanted to stop the spread of infection. I know from experience an antibiotic cream was the only way to go. She was going to give me a cream for chapped lips! They gave me the anitbiotic because I insisted. Very disappointed

It’s a so good pharmacy with good quality, good workers (they work so hard and they are funny) I can say that is the best pharmacy I have ever been
