Bicicletas de carretera en estado 4 sobre 6, bicicletas de montaña muy cansadas y con kilometraje bastante elevado. Horquillas delanteras sin posibilidades de ajuste. En general, no lo recomiendo. Busque bicicletas en mejor estado en la isla.

Tienda relativamente pequeña pero buena selección. El joven que nos atendió fue súper amable y servicial.
Los precios son absolutamente justos. Y aunque devolvimos las bicicletas unos minutos tarde (por razones), el dueño de la tienda estaba allí nuevamente después del trabajo (después de llamar) y las devolvió.
Recomendación clara y merece 5 estrellas.

Servicio horrible, casi de mala educación, la persona que nos atendió casi ni nos miró a la cara. Nos hemos sentido como si molestásemos por preguntar.
Lamentable, por no decir que somos españoles y que la persona en cuestión no sé si no hablaba bien castellano o simplemente no tenía ganas de hablar.

Quizá no le parecimos expertos ciclistas o quizá tuvo mal día, pero está fue nuestra experiencia.

Además me indican que he llamado y me han dicho que no había bicis, en ningún momento hemos hablado por teléfono, creo que no somos los clientes que piensan, así que peor todavía porque no debe haber sido el único error del día.

Fuimos sin hablar por teléfono con vosotros.

Bestellung war recht einfach. Kontakt über Pascal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Fahrrad ist aber relativ alt (kann man durch Corona auch verstehen) allerdings entspricht es nicht der Beschreibung auf der Web-Seite. Material zum Teil sichtbar verschlissen (siehe Bilder9. Fahrrad aber trotzdem gut fahrbar und habe mich sicher gefühlt. Beratung vor Ort nur auf english. Tourempfehlung war dann auch etwas 'spartanisch' - ich solle halt die Hauptverkehrsstraße meiden. War eine gute Empfehlung, allerdings wären mehr details hilfreicher gewesen.
Insgesamt ein positives Erlebnis - ich habe tolle Ausfahrten auf Fuerte gemacht.
Wäre auch cool, wenn man das Fahrrad bereits am Abend vorher abholen kann (ohne gleich den vollen Preis zahlen zu müssen). Da es teilweise sehr heiß werden kann, sollte man recht früh starten. Bei Öffnungszeiten nach 9 Uhr kann man maximal eine kurze Tour für den Abholtag planen.

Me encontraba un poco mejor (al tercer día) y se negó a cualquier tipo de reembolso. Creo que en este tipo de situaciones (más allá de lo que establezca el contrato) se debería tener más empatía con los clientes (máxime en situaciones como la descrita). Su tienda estaba repleta de bicicletas cuando la devolví por lo que no perdió ninguna oportunidad de negocio, simplemente quería asegurarse los euros que ya había cobrado. La misma situación me pasó con La empresa de KiteSurf René Egli pero ellos sí tuvieron la empatía con sus clientes y se llevaron mi reseña favorable (y recomendaciones) y mi compromiso de volver a contratar sus servicios

Very nice staff. Rent a bicycle from the hotel, which turned out to be rubbish and end up with a flat tyre. However the staff here pumped it for me, even though I wasn't a customer. Good service, would highly recommend.

I had a great experience here. On the day of the rental the weather was bad with lots of rain. It was no problem to postpone one day. Today I had a wonderful ride up the mountain on a light, well-maintained bike. The route suggestion the owner gave me was spot on, with warnings for sections a bad road. Would definitely come back here next time!

Preislich echt gut, Fahrrad im guten Zustand, aber wer sich querfeldein zutraut, sollte im Training sein!

Tour with Fatbikes was amazing!

Tolle geführte Tour, Start am Hotel Fuerteventura Playa. Es war anstrengend (Hitze und Höhenmeter, Tour war als leicht /medium ausgeschrieben), ist aber machbar und man hat ein super tolles Erlebnis

Sehr Gute Fahrten. Es ist ob Mann mit Freunde fahrt. Erst ein Kaffee, am supermarkt ein Getrank und nach der Fahrt ein Bier. Hab in der ganze Welt Touren gemacht, aber bin beeindruckt von Pascal. Fur mich nur noch Fastmotion auf Fuerteventura.
