Finca Las Toscas

Pasamos 5 semanas maravillosas aquí. La decisión de trasladar nuestra oficina central a la Finca Las Toscas en Tenerife por motivos de trabajo fue una de las mejores. Internet es absolutamente estable. Nos proporcionaron un monitor (teníamos uno portátil), así como dos pequeños escritorios y sillas de escritorio. Tuvimos una bienvenida muy amable con fruta, mermelada casera y vino. La piscina podía ser utilizada por todos los residentes de la zona y era perfecta para refrescarse. Definitivamente volveremos y estamos deseando que llegue. Muchas gracias.

Nos lo pasamos muy bien en Finca Las Toscas en marzo de 2024. Cocina bien equipada, internet rápido para videollamadas, etc.
Las personas de contacto en el sitio son muy útiles si tienes alguna pregunta y se aseguran de que te sientas cómodo. Se le obsequiará con aguacates del terreno y se le recibirá con mermelada y fruta caseras. Fuimos allí con nuestra hija de 2 años, hay un columpio en el lugar y un pequeño parque infantil cerca. y los perros son amigables para los niños. En general, ¡un lugar fantástico! ¡Gracias de nuevo por el gran momento!

Es la segunda vez que mi novia y yo viajamos a Tenerife. La primera vez nos alojamos en un hotel del sur, pero esta vez queríamos quedarnos en el norte, más local y verde. Tuvimos un clima increíble, pudimos experimentar el mundialmente conocido Carnaval y probar un increíble restaurante local que solo puedes encontrar en el norte.
El precio por el valor es una obviedad. Se lo recomendaría a cualquiera que quiera alojarse en un ambiente tranquilo pero muy cerca de todas las áreas y atracciones principales.
Si volvemos, seguro que nos alojaremos aquí de nuevo. Gracias por todo.

Nos alojamos en el apartamento de Buena Vista Alta por poco más de una semana. El apartamento tiene todas las comodidades que puedas desear (incluida cocina) y hermosas vistas como puedes ver en las fotos. Todo estaba limpio, incluida la piscina. Un hermoso oasis verde para relajarse.
La gente que lo dirige es muy amable y servicial, nos dejaron algunas frutas frescas de su jardín y una botella de vino como bienvenida. La ubicación es muy conveniente si tienes coche, Puerto de la Cruz y La Orotava están a muy poca distancia en coche. Hay muchos buenos restaurantes y tiendas en los alrededores.

Diese Finca ist mehr als nur ein Appartement buchen. Unglaublich gepflegtes Anwesen, Apartments sind in einem super Zustand, oft neu renoviert. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und helfen wo es nur geht. Die Erholung beginnt so gleich in den ersten Stunden. Chapeau und danke für alles.

Esta finca es algo más que reservar un piso. Propiedad increíblemente bien mantenida, los pisos están en gran condición, a menudo recién renovados. Los propietarios son muy amables y ayudan siempre que pueden. La relajación comienza en las primeras horas. Chapeau y gracias por todo.

We enjoyed a great week in ‘Buena vista Alta’. The apartment is cosy and complete, the kitchen has all you need. Communication is super easy and fluid.finca itself is green with flowers and lots of fruit trees. Views of Orotava are great and perfect spot to explore the island. Come by car, although many restaurants are close by, you have to go by car.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl und gut betreut gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und in allen Situationen und Fragen behilflich.

The Finca las Toscas is the perfect place where to stay in La Orotava, very close to Puerto de la Cruz. We spent a full week there, with one if our kids, in the marvellous Casa Madera. What a special place! The villa is super located as all the other villas of the Finca, at a top of the hill, offering from its two terraces a splendid view over the city and ocean. If tou look at the photos on the website, be prepared that the reality will be even more gorgeous. The ‘chalet’like style of the home is very nice, there is plenty of space, it is super clean and all equipped. We had memorable dinners and barbecues on the terrace. The palm trees and plantation environment makes it even more exotic!
And this is the perfect place to discover the Tenerife island.
We will never forget the welcome and care that Rainer offered our family all week long. He has been so attentive and helpful to give us all advice we needed and offering us some delicious products of the Finca garden. He is definitely such a nice person to meet.

The perfect place for an amazing experience in Tenerife - intimate, quiet, great view and wonderful hosts

Whether you're about to do remote work or just have a vacation, this is a perfect spot in what I consider the best part of Tenerife (forget the touristy desert-like South, green North is the place to be). We've spent there over 2 months working remotely (and taking some holiday, too) from Casa Madera and it really couldn't be better. The house was super well maintained and had everything we needed over that time. We loved two spacious terraces and so much green around. You also have an awesome view on the ocean. Houses are private, you get own parking spot and are in gated community. The location on the island is just perfect for travelling around Tenerife - same distance west and east, and super easy connection to the south via highway. The owners are super nice people and extremely helpful.

Regarding remote work: the internet was fast and stable (I've got 50-60 Mbps over wifi and almost 400 (!) over ethernet), both inside and outside the house. The owners provided us with a desk, an office chair, external monitor and plenty electricity extenders. They also brought fresh fruit form finca every now and then:)

If you either work remotely or you just come down to Tenerife for holidays, I wouldn’t recommend any other place.
Tenerife overall is a very safe destination, but the fact that Finca las Toscas is a gated community it gives you an extra peace of mind. The only noise you may experience are the birds in the morning!
We stayed in Casa Luna and were positively surprised with all the features, so much better compare to a hotel room! A huge garden with our own BBQ!
In regards to the management it’s a 10 out of 10! Great communication before arrival and they will ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Tuve la oportunidad de pasar unas semanas de vacaciones en la finca, el lugar es espectacular, calma total, las vistas son preciosas y lo mejor es el trato familiar del gerente y los propietarios, ¡volveré!

Ich war insgesamt 5 Wochen auf der Finca und habe dort im Apartment Buena Vista baja gewohnt und von dort gearbeitet. Das Apartment war genauso, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte: Umringt von Palmen, Blumen, mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und auf die Berge und mit einem durchgängig gutem High Speed Internet. Noch nie war arbeiten so schön! Ich bin seit ein paar Tagen zurück in Deutschland und vermisse jetzt schon das meditative Vogelgezwitscher, die tollen Sonnenuntergänge und die kurzen Abkühlungen im Pool.

Mein Apartment hatte ansonsten auch alles was mach brauchte. Mir hat nichts gefehlt. Wäsche waschen kann man in einem kleinen Wäschehaus. Dort steht eine Waschmaschine, die man für 1€ pro Benutzung benutzen kann. Sollte doch mal etwas fehlen dann kann man sich vor Ort aber immer an Rainer wenden. Er kümmert sich wirklich super um alles und versorgt einen auch täglich mit frischem Obst. Ich hatte immer reichlich Papaya, Physalis, Avocado oder Bananen und manchmal fast mehr als ich essen konnte.)

Alles in allem kann ich die Finca Las Toscas nur empfehlen und komme hoffentlich bald wieder und mache dort noch mal ein paar Wochen Homeoffice.
