Great bikes, friendly staff sharing their favourite routes, very efficient booking and set up of the bikes. You can also join them on weekly scheduled rides.

Shure a nice service, but If you want to rent a bike and you have to go through the hotel and you ask the staff where you can find free motion bike rental and they looking at you you like a salami sandwich. Maybe the next time in May, would love to rate your service and not this waste of time.

Excellent Service
I rented a road bike for two days in July. Bike was in great shape and reliable as expected. What I liked most was the friendly and helpful service. Robert seems to know every road by heart. He gave great advice on road condition traffic and wind. This was highly appreciated for nice cycling trips.

Charged extra penalty for cleaning off sand, but no request to avoid sandy trails at handover of the bikes. Even explained that all bikes need to be returned by 6 p.m. For washing as part of the regular rate and procedure. In all fairness: Reduced penalty by 50 percent. However still very unpleasant experience and certainly our last retal with Free Motion at Gloria Palace.

Clearly a 5 star place! I had a MTB for a day, bike is high quality, new and in very good condition, also rented me a helmet (3 euro extra). If required, they also give you a lock, pump and patches.
People know their business really well, bike adjusting in no time, got great route tips and wasn't even a problem I returned it completely muddy.absolutely the best way to spend your money!

Super service, accueil très sympathique, très bons conseils pour les itinéraires, très bon vélo. J'ai dû laisser le vélo à la bagagerie de l'hôtel car je suis arrivé après l'heure de fermeture pour le rendre. Cela n'a pas posé de problème et ma caution a été restituée très rapidement. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Have wide range of bicycles. If they don't have in place, they will book it and refer you to other closest office. Bicycles are good equipped.
If you forget you bike computer, any mount or liquid bottle everything is possible get here.
They can provide with information about routes in the island, because some of them are closed.
