Rented a bike for two days during my holiday. First rate service. Bike was obviously well maintained. Good choice of bikes with good gear ratios, important as the rides go up into the mountains. Can highly recommend this rental company.

Really happy with the service, I'm pretty short & sometimes struggle to get the right size frame. The guy in the shop was really helpful. The bikes we rented were in excellent condition & we had amazing time. Can't recommend enough.

I booked a bike before I arrived on holiday, when I picked the bike up, little bit of adjustment and it was ready to go. Good advice about routes and when brought the bike back, the guy helped with getting back to puerto rico. Excellent service, I will use again when I go back.

Super accueil, de très bons conseils pour rouler dans le coin.
Nous avons loué 2 spécialized tarmac sl7,1 qui était tout neuf et l'autre qui avait 1 an mais comme neuf. Du super matos.
Le responsable Fabrizio est super accueillant et très sympathique.

We had a great experience with Roman in Puerto de Mogan when arranging rental bikes. He was excellent in helping us great suggestions. He even did up a special map of ideas for our cycling.where we’d have lovely cycling trips. Which we certainly did around the beautiful top of Gran Canaria in Ayacata, Cruz de Tejede, Roque Nublo, Pine Forests. He was also very helpful in changing a bike for a bigger one. Thank you for all the great advice and help

I rented a Specialized Tarmac, a good bike in proper condition, for four days. The guy who was working during my pick-up was extremely grumpy. He told me to return the bike before 6pm on the final day, but he left out the fact that before 6pm means between 4pm and 6pm. Horrible opening hours, and very frustrating to find a closed door upon returning the bike. All in all a decent business, but some clear areas that could be improved upon.

I have broke my rear derailleur and within 15 mins I got it fixed and were able to continue my holiday and ride my bike. Top service from a very nice owner

Opening times are only 2 hours per day, if you do not stay in Mogan it is very difficult to have 1 day rental. Even when they are located in area of hotel where also other time returns can be arranged, they insist on the exact 2 hours opening times and do not want to do anything beyond their written duties. Also the rental cost is very high.
Staff is not friendly, everything is problem most frequent answer is 'it's not my job' and overall my experience was very unpleasant. They are also not able to give any reasonable advice about roads (I have seen some roads day before and definitelly they were NOT suitable for road bike, but they have recommended them to me, when I warned them that it is not good idea they admitted that even the insurance is not valid there.but continue recommending.)

We hired bikes for a week in April 2019. On the 4th day, my DI2 battery ran out leaving me on the other side of the island with one working gear - made for an interesting journey back! DI2 batteries last absolutely ages, so it was clear that this hadn't been charged in a long time. Not ideal, but these things happen. On the way back, we rang Freemotion and spoke to a lovely lady, who explained that the Mogan store wouldn't be able to swap the battery out, but rather than me losing a morning riding while the battery charged, she would arrange for a replacement bike, in my size, to be at the Mogan store first thing in the morning. "Wow" I thought, how helpful, what great service.

Not so unfortunately. I arrived at the store first thing next morning and was greeted with "what's wrong with it? " as i wheeled the bike through the door. He had no idea of my issue, hadn't been contacted by anyone and certainly didn't have a replacement bike for me. He then tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with it.even though the gears were clearly not working. He then tried to tell me it was my fault.that I'd probably leaned the gear lever on something and run the battery down (I have di2 at home.so know i didn't do this). He then told me, he'd charge it up and i should come back at the end of the day to collect it (meaning a full day lost). I asked if it could be done any quicker, and was told "come back at lunch then". I told him i'd be back in an hour and would take my chances that the battery would last the day.

I don't know what happened to the original phone call I had - whether she forgot to pass the message on, or whether she did and the guy in Mogan just didn't care.

Either way - it was poor customer service and on top of that, the whole thing was delivered in a pretty rude and abrupt manner.

Unfortunately, there are no other options for bike rental in Puerto de Mogan so he has a captive audience and can be as rude as he likes.
