Fue genial, el recorrido de 2 horas fue divertido, gracias.

Prometí 5 estrellas y aquí estamos :) El alquiler fue agradable y fácil, se siguieron todas mis solicitudes, el costo estuvo bien, las bicicletas estaban completamente preparadas y en buenas condiciones, el personal fue servicial y el servicio bien organizado, la devolución del depósito fue rápida. ¿Qué esperar más? Recomiendo Free Motion a todos los ciclistas que busquen alquiler de bicicletas en Meloneras

Tomé prestada una MtB rígida por unos días en diciembre de 2023.
La moto estaba casi nueva y funcionaba perfectamente.
También se incluyeron una bomba y una manguera de repuesto.
El amable empleado incluso me ayudó a colocar mi sistema de navegación Garmin en el manillar. Servicio 1A. Con mucho gusto otra vez.

¡Simplemente perfecto! En realidad, incluso hay seis estrellas simplemente por el equipo joven, dinámico, sencillo y amigable. Reservamos nuestras bicicletas de carreras y ¡bang!: las encontramos 100% llave en mano, listas para la aventura.

La bicicleta BH SL1 105 2.5 ni su propio estado no me convencieron. La próxima vez probablemente elegiré mi propio sillín y no elegiré la opción más barata; tal vez los componentes no me parecieron tan buenos (la cadena tuvo que ser reemplazada en el medio, pero el plato y el casete ya estaban bastante desgastados, a pesar de los crujidos reemplazando la cadena, ¿posiblemente el pedalier / manivela?).

Durante los últimos dos años siempre he estado muy satisfecho y he recibido buen material. Este año no estoy satisfecho. El primer día recibí una bicicleta cuyo freno delantero no funcionaba, pero me dieron una alternativa. El segundo día esperaba que el disco de asfalto hubiera sido reparado, pero desafortunadamente ya casi no había potencia de frenado. Bastante importante aquí con las bajadas. Lástima, sobre todo si has estado satisfecho durante 2 años, pero no me gusta salir a la pista con un freno en funcionamiento.

Este año 2023 el servicio volvió a ser excelente, así que ajustaré mis puntos de revisión a 5

Alquilé allí una bicicleta de carretera dos veces durante mis vacaciones.
Quedé completamente satisfecho. ¡Buenas bicicletas, personal competente y los precios están absolutamente bien!
Incluso dieron consejos sobre cómo planificar una ruta. ¡¡Me encantaría volver!

Had a lovely time in the Island. First time there, I always went before to Mallorca. But I think got a new favorite!
Free motion made me feel really welcomed!
The girls in the shop are superheroes! They changed my tires helped in bike fitting and faced me all the beautiful roots in the island, where you have to take care with the wind, which road is closed….
Literally everything!

Very reliable bike rental company. Excellent bikes (most recent Cannondale and Specialized bikes). Rented a mtb twice and did the Grand Canyon tour with it (gpx can be downloaded from the website, also possible with a guide, also known as the Eagle pass) Nice trip, first some climbing on asphalt, but soon some nice off-road climbing with fun downhill pieces. Beautiful views. First bike was a scalpel HT, second time a specialized Evo comp, dampers were tuned for weight. Unfortunately technical problem with a flat tire at the rear, the spare tire was also flat. There I was in the middle of the canyon, 10 km away from the first asphalt track. A phone call with freemotion, and within half an hour a 4x4 with spare wheel, extra spare tire and pump appeared. Even some water was delivered. Super service, I was able to complete my journey. This is my third experience with freemotion, always okay! Recommended!

Zeer betrouwbaar fietsverhuurbedrijf. Uitstekende fietsen (meest recente Cannondale en specialized fietsen). Twee maal een mtb gehuurd en hiermee de Grand Canyon tour gedaan (gpx te downloaden op de website, ook mogelijk met gids ook gekend als de Eagle pass) Leuke tocht, eerst wat klimmen op asfalt, maar al gauw enkele fijne offroad klimmen met leuke downhill stukken. Prachtige uitzichten. Eerste fiets was een scalpel HT, tweede keer een specialized Evo comp, dempers werden getuned op gewicht. Helaas technisch probleem met lekke band achter, ook reserve band was lek. Daar zat ik dan midden in de canyon, 10 km verwijderd van de eerste asfaltbaan. Een telefoontje met freemotion, en binnen het halfuur verscheen er een 4x4 met reservewiel, extra reserve band en pomp. Zelfs wat water werd bezorgd. Super service, zou kon ik mijn tocht vervolledigen. Dit is mijn derde ervaring met freemotion, altijd in orde! Aanrader!

Lo pasé muy bien en la isla. La primera vez que estuve allí, siempre fui antes a Mallorca. ¡Pero creo que tengo un nuevo favorito!
¡La libertad de movimiento me hizo sentir muy bienvenida!
¡Las chicas de la tienda son superhéroes! Me cambiaron los neumáticos, me ayudaron en el montaje de la bicicleta y me enfrentaron a todas las raíces hermosas de la isla, donde hay que tener cuidado con el viento, qué camino está cerrado….

Great Service and support at any request, i could focus on cycling whereas they took care about the rest.

Ho noleggiato una bici da strada per 2 giorni. Fabrizio ottimo consulente, preparato, disponibile e attento, anche nel consigliare percorsi. Consigliatissimo

Wir haben uns für 2 e-bikes als leihfahrrader entschieden. Einen Tag vorher reserviert. Preis 29 Euro von 0830 bis 1800 Uhr. Bei der Abholung erhielten wir zwei Räder von Cannondale. Top in Schuss. Gute Übergabe. Schneller Service. Die Akkus waren voll und wir konnten bequem und ohne Probleme eine schöne Tour durch maspalomas und dann zwischen dem Golfplatz bis zum. Hafen fahren. Uns hat es viel besser alsit einem Mietwagen gefallen. Im Laden wurden wir von Irene hervorragend bedient. Gerne immer wieder

Rented a bike for 13 days. I had some issues the first two days, so they gave me a free upgrade for the rest of the rental period. Great!

I signed up for the e bike Grand Canyon emtb tour with Free Motion Bikecenter. I Was picked up prompt at Gloria palace hotel in San Agustin at 8.15 am and my bike was ready when we got to the bike shop at Meloneras? It was a brand new
Cannondale Habit it was set up to my requirements i.e. Brake levers swapped around to the Uk spec and seat height tweaked to my size.
Only two of us on the tour.anywhere else they probably would have cancelled the tour as they can’t have made any money out of such a low number. Anyway they didn’t and G who was our tour leader was very knowledgeable took us on a fabulous tour adding extra miles on as we still had power left in the batterys and looking after us both really well.we actually did over 48kms.with as many stops as we liked (including a puncture stop which was handled very quickly) a stop for a sandwich.which was provided and a coffee stop part way up a steep climb which was needed. The tour comprised of a small section of tarmac, fire road and single track giving us and the bikes a good workout.
When the tour finished at 1.30 I was promptly picked up and returned to my hotel.as I said earlier it was a fantastic experience and something I shall remember for a long time. I should also say I’m 67.5 years old and we did over 1050 feet of climb, I was the slowest but I came back in one piece and Barry who was the other customer and G where extremely understanding that certain bits were beyond me but there were always alternatives for me to use.
So I can’t stress enough how much I enjoyed it and the next time I’m in Gran Canaria I shall book the same trip as I enjoyed it so much. Thanks once again to G and Barry who’s company I really enjoyed

Great quality bikes at decent prices with excellent and friendly customer service. I highly recommend buying their map of the island showing all the best cycling routes!

Good bikes and a very posh shop. Customer service is absolutely terrible though if only they spent as much on staff training as they do on their fit out. Prices are a bit silly as well. I’d go elsewhere next time.

Pretty straight forward on my bike hire, pre booked and received has expected. Staff could even understand my broad northern English accent.
