Friendly Staff in the office and on the boat to Isla Lobos. Efficient ferry business and offer many excursions. Recommended.

We had a windy cloudy day so the sail trip was intense, but I loved it! Super friendly staff and the location and boat are gorgeous. It felt too short, would have loved more time swimming or at Lobos ️

Staff were rude, communication poor, was planning on buying a buggy tour but used another company instead.

In response, there were clear buggy tours advertised, I’m happy to return and take a photo for proof.or perhaps don’t have your advertising up for things you don’t actually do.

Fantastic day with the guys. They looked after us extremely well and managed to find a huge pod of dolphins for us to see. Definitely worth a trip out with
Fuertecharter!

Just been on the Corralejo Dolphin Safari with FuerteCharter which costs €75 each. It is advertised (misleadingly) as a 5 hour catamaran trip where you can lie on the catamaran and includes sailing to areas where there might be dolphins and whales. All drinks, snacks, time on Lobos to swim in the turquoise lagoon with lunch, kayaking etc as well as a skipper and guide are included.

In reality the experience was HORRENDOUS and turned out to be very different to what they advertise. It was not a catamaran, it was an old boat with dangerous safety issues. We were offered no snacks and only one small drink for the entire excursion.

We were out mostly in very rough waters and clinging on with barely anywhere to hold on to. I tried to stay upright by holding a door handle and another lady sat on the floor as the seats were not safe.

The guide admitted they knew how rough the sea would be and that it would be too much but the Fuertecharter office still told them to go ahead without warning any of us or giving us the option to rearrange, making young children go through that ordeal!

People were clearly unwell and throwing up including my son who has been on many boat trips with no issues. The two employees on board didn't seem to care whatsoever.

When we were in 450m deep water the gangway gate was wide open and appeared to be ignored by the 2 employees. I pointed out how dangerous it was especially with a toddler onboard and asked the guide to close it. He did close it but made out that having it wide open wasn't an issue because the toddler was on the deck above at that particular moment! If any of us who were stood near it had fallen we could have easily ended up in the ocean!

Another safety risk was when the guide, without warning, dropped three fenders onto the deck below him where we were stood. I was lucky that the fenders missed me by a few inches!

The trip was (thankfully!) cut short after 3 hours but during that time we were only given one small drink each. An unfortunate lady was really unwell and on the boat on her own so about 2 hours into the trip I asked the guide for a drink in case it would help her and also because I was queasy but the guide just walked off!

I don't know if we were particularly unlucky with our guide but he hardly bothered with guests, spending most of his time sitting next to the skipper.

As well as no catamaran, no snacks and appalling customer service there was no trip to the island or kayaking, no proper interaction or updates and no dolphin sightings, just three hours of rough sea and wishing for it to be over.

To top it off the attitude from the skipper was appalling. Despite people being so unhappy with the experience, the lack of communication and not delivering even a fraction of what the trip promised, there was no apology. He argued that he had given us what we wanted!

A fantastic day staff brilliant. People you must go. Good value for money. As much drinks and food you can eat.

We did the 4h catamaran tour to Lobos. It was an amazing experience and thousand thanks to the great crew. Their passion made a huge difference and made us feel great while being onboard. Well deserved 5 stars!

Super divertido, cogimos el watertaxi y fue muy rápido, Poti es muy amable y educado.la isla de lobos es un encanto, nos quedamos muy contentos con la experiencia tanto de la isla como del barco, recomendamos la empresa, son puntuales.

Déçu pour plusieurs raisons:
Le départ en catamaran du port jusqu'à l'île (environ 1h) se fait en musique très forte. Alors qu'on aimerait profiter tranquillement de ce moment singulier.
Une fois arrivé, on commence les activités nautiques. On va plongé proche des rochers voir de beaux poissons et quand on rentre tout le monde a déjà mangé. Personne nous a appelé ou est venu nous chercher. On nous a gardé deux petites assiettes de paella (portion pour enfants) et on ne nous a pas proposé à boire pendant qu'on mangeait. Car fallait pas perdre de temps avant d'aller visiter l'île.
J'ai demandé si je pouvais me resservir mais pas possible.
Concernant le service de photo faite par l'équipage, des deux groupes constitués à bord, un seul a pu avoir des photos de l'excursion sur l'île, on ne comprend pas pourquoi.
Tout est rapide, on sent bien qu'il faut que l'équipage fasse tout pour aller vite pour rentrer vite.

We booked a private Catamaran evening tour, our captains Alice and Frank gave us a wonderful experience and a display of exemplary hospitality.

We had a 4 hour morning catamaran trip. The trip included all drinks, an amazing paella, water activities and photos of the day. We also had return transfers from El Cotillo. The crew were fantastic and the overall experience was something we would all do again. We got all of this for less than £60 per person (price correct April 2022). This was a true 5 star experience, on a 2 star budget.

I ragazzi di fuertecharter sono super professionali. Lo skipper conosce alla perfezione le zone di corralejo e lobos e la coskipper super gentile e premurosa. Inoltre fin dal primo momento.prima della prenotazione ho avuto a che fare con l’ufficio e anche lì si sono mostrati professionali e gentili.

Absolutely amazing 4-hour afternoon cruise. Every detail is thought through, from hotel pick-up, to food, drinks, music, and activities. Vincent and Diego were super: professional, helpful and cheerful. Cannot recommend enough!

I contacted the company after having booked a dolphin watching excursion and kindly asked for a refund.

Background was that unfortunately I could not make it at the agreed date as I stucked for 25 minutes in a police control (Guardia Civil) about 10 miles before Puerto Rosario. It was not my fault, it was simply a regular police control that can happen every time and at every location.

Therefore I could not be at Corralejo at the time agreed as I anyway had a pretty long ride from Esquinzo in the south of the island.

The company denied any kind of refund without any further explanation. A professional handling of a justified customer complaint is looking different.

Awesome private Catamaran tour - we had such an amazing time that we booked it twice during our vacation. Booking was very easy and super friendly. Poti and Anibal have been the best tour guides on board! During the trip they even made special wishes like food come true. The Paella was so delicious. During the trip we did a snorkelling safari, enjoyed music in the bay and even saw tons of dolphins. We will definitively recommend this to our friends all thumbs up!

Buena experiencia de Water tacho, traslados puntuales. Pero la próxima la hago con Barracuda, sus choferes muy simpáticos y guapetones.

We took the 5h formula around Lobos with dolphin seeking.

Staff is really cool and friendly, we saw quite a lot of dolphin, sadly some of us got seasick, but the staff knew how to deal with it. Then we stopped close to lobos to do kayak, paddle, snorkeling. It was amazing. Then we shared a paela (7/10 for the paela).

Really cool experience, well worth the price.

This is more than just a tour, it's an experience.

The staff is super friendly and helpful and are good for a laugh or two (shoutout to Manu and Diego!). Even though we arrived a bit later than intended, they still made us feel welcome and happy to be on board.

As for the boat trip to beautiful Lobos island, it was amazing. We had gorgeous weather and the wind was just enough to add a little exitement to the trip. Once we were there we were surrounded by big schools of fish which was an amazing experience. Also, the staff took some awesome pictures of us underwater. Which are downloadable for free from their website. So that is a big bonus.

The food was excellent. Beware it's paella with a lot of fish in it. So be sure to give notice ahead of time if you are allergic or vegetarian.

All in all we had a blast and would recommend it to anyone!

Hemos tenido una experiencia brutal! Isa y Miguel, capitanes del barco nos han tratado de 10! Nos hemos reído, divertido y disfrutado un montón y no cabe decir que ellos han ayudado mucho a que todo salga sobre ruedas!

Amazing 4 hour boat trip that was worth every penny! The free bar, water sports and snorkel was brilliant too! Miguel and Luca were fantastic Skippers, would 100% visit again and recommend anyone visiting the island to do the same.

A well run agency. They offer snorkeling and SUP boarding to Lobos. They don't dock at Lobos due to govt regulations, so you don't need a permit for entry to the island. The water can get quite choppy, so keep this in mind if you get seasick or motion sickness. They include beer, wine and snacks. The catamaran can fit 24, but we only had 12 people on board (including the crew) when we went. Would recommend

Good to trip around Lobos Island. Pretty views. The boat is comfortable plenty of room to lounge and relax. Opportunity to take part in water activities, kyacing, sup, snorkeling. Staff friendly and helpful. Took lots of photos but disappointingly not many put on their site to download. The lunch was very good with plenty of drinks.

Il servizio di trasporto organizzato da fuertecharter è stato ottimo, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con i permessi per vedere l isola ma e stato tutto risolto dalla cordiale e professionalissima marta che ringrazio, cosi come tutto lo staff organizzativo. Il tragitto in gommone divertentissimo! Grazie 1000!

Visitabamos Lobos en un día sin transporte regular y dimos con ellos casi sin querer. Y he de decir que tanto la atención, el trato y el servicio fueron inmejorables!

Highly recomended, staff go the extra mile to make your day so much fun. Had my lads 18th on one of teir boats and they spoiled him the whole time.

Very friendly staff and fun to talk to. It was one of the best experience me and family had. I would recommend it throughly. However, I wish we could have had more time at Lobo island and gone with paddle boards. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s a lifetime experience. Don’t miss it.
