Me comí unos calamares que estaban un poco duros pero por lo demás bien.

¡La mejor comida de la isla! El personal y el servicio son buenos. No es un servicio de 5 estrellas, pero sigue siendo bueno en comparación con otros restaurantes de la isla. El mejor bistec y hamburguesas, ¡mmm!

En vacaciones suelo ir a comer a un lugar diferente cada noche, pero ahora encontré el lugar perfecto donde conseguí comida deliciosa y un servicio excelente, especialmente de pablo. Te lo recomiendo mucho.

Muy buena comida, muy bien hecha, el entrante era muy grande, pero en mi opinión es mejor tener más comida que menos. Pablo fue nuestro camarero esta noche y fue muy amable, siempre comprobando si todo estaba bien. Definitivamente lo recomendaría si te gustan los filetes y los mariscos, fueron las mejores cosas que tuvimos esta noche.

Christine was wonderful and got us a table very quickly as it was very busy but she always found time for a chat the lamb chops were the best my wife had ever had and The Burger was brilliant the staff were amazing and I had a wonderful warmed brandy well done all at melroses del and Jak

Everything was lovely. The only reason I've not given a 5 is because the toilet sink was covered in tissues, and nobody seemed to be bothered about cleaning it up. The food was amazing, the staff were really helpful and friendly, the restaurant itself was lovely and welcoming.
Edit. Returned and the toilet situation was sorted. The food was first class and wonderful staff. Thank you.

This place is great. Second row from the Main Street. That’s why prices are even better, but food is same if not even better.
After 5 days staying in Playa De Las Americas, this is now my favorite spot

Food was decent but I've had way much better Italian food in several European countries. Waitresses were really professional and kind. The problem with this restaurant visit was the curly haired wannabe Italian dude who seemed to be running the restaurant business this evening. I was already annoyed when he sat beside me and started counting days money in traditional 70's mafioso style with he's 80's calculator while I was waiting for my food being one of the last customers for the evening. Immediately after my pasta came I understood I had forgotten to ask to ask some garlic to my pasta. Since there were no waitresses nearby I asked this curly haired wannabe italian moviestar to get garlic from kitchen but he said it's too late to add it in this food. Come on, how difficult it is to get garlic in Italian pasta restaurant? Instead he kept on counting his money using his calculator, and I wasn't very fond of his attitude or customer management skills at all. Bring your money to some other place, this Al Pacino wannabe movie star is working at totally wrong business area.

Both the food and service was great, Danilo said he would make the best mojito i ever had and he delivered! 10/10

Fabulous food (spag bol, lasagne, caprese salad and garlic bread). Fabulous service - Rafael was great. Warm and welcoming. Nice House wine. Every ask was greeted with a yes. Will come back and I'm sad they have bad reviews

Todo perfecto, la hamburguesa American estaba muy buena, la ensalada y las papas lo mismo, los tragos también excelentes, el staff muy amable.

Been to visit this restaurant tonight because the reviews was really good, how disappointed we was waited 20 mins for drinks and nearly one hour for food which when arrived mine was cold and had to be sent back, two meals out of 6 was terrible and Couldn't be eaten the others where only just warm which you don't expect after waiting so long. The service was poor and we felt like we had been forgotten, when we spoke to the guy in charge about the food he was very rude with us and a bit aggressive which upset us even more. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Very nice steak just a shame about everything else chips looked like they had been cooked 3 or 4 times pizza was average, service terrible ordered sides which where forgotten, ordered dessert which after 25 minutes didn't come so gave up and spent another 25 minutes trying to get the bill

Great food and great service nice to see it still open after covid lockdown defo recommend a visit to this place

Ate here on our last night in Tenerife and wish we’d found it at the beginning! The place was packed but we were still seated straight away. The staff are some of the friendliest and politest I’ve come across in Tenerife. There is SO much to choose from on the menu and the food came quickly. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic place. We dined with friends who are also a family of four. The restaurant was incredibly accomodating for our party of 8 including a 1 year old, two 5 year olds and an 8 year old. We were able to walk in without a booking and were seen to immediately for our drinks order. The waiting staff were very attentive, saying hello to the kids and being very patient when our little boy was attempting (pretty badly!) to practice his Spanish. The location allowed the children to go and play on the pedestrian avenue just outside whilst we were at the table, giving us a much needed break whilst still being able to keep a close eye on them which was just wonderful.

The food was incredible. All of the adults had different cuts of steak, ranging from filet through to ribeye. Each was cooked to perfection with a lovely selection of side dishes. The wine list is very plentiful with a great choice to suit all budgets. And we left with full bellies, happy children and a real sense of finding a great new place to dine in Las Americas.

We will certainly return on our next visit, if not again on this one!

Called here for our first meal in Tenerife after a long day traveling because we are familiar with the place and have been many times and had a decent meal. On this occasion the meal was only lukewarm, the steak wasn't very tasty and the coleslaw was also bland. My wife's steak was very grisly and our friend had the most horrible version of a grisly curled up steak you could imagine. He sent his steak back and didn't get charged and my wife mentioned her steak but they didn't seem really bothered. Last time we will be visiting Melrose.

We ate here 2 nights on the bounce as it was that good and will probably be back tomorrow before our holiday finishes.
The service was excellent and the young waiters enjoy a bit of banter.
The food was superb from the mixed grill, pizzas are amazing and freshly made so you can add or remove any ingredients. The pasta really good.
Very reasonably priced also.

Basic and just average foodplace.

Pizza was ok, but far from the best i have eaten.
Chicken was okay, naturel taste and just a little dry, allthought it was well cooked as it should be if you think about safe.

Food was fairly okay.pizza could have used more cooking to melt the cheese properly. Spare ribs were quite tasty. Overall food was a 6.5-7/10

Absolutely fantastic food, fantastic service and very friendly! Came first time 2 years ago and will definitely be back again. One of the best restaurants in the area, highly recommend!

We came as a party if six (5 adults and two babies in prams), and they made us feel very welcome and accommodated our party size with ease. The food was great, (mixed grills, pizzas) Christine Was a really friendly host and interacted alot with us and the babies which was lovely. We'd visit again on our return in September.

We enjoyed a very nice meal here on a busy evening. Christine and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, well presented and portions generous. Happy to recommend.

Surprisingly good. Looks like a typical place over-run with British tourists but the atmosphere was quaint and food actually quite decent.

Will never eat here again food very low standard of what l ordered fish frozen in middle and potatoes cold when served slow service and waiter not very nice when told about food being cold overpriced for very low quality food and service.

Very friendly and helpful. I wanted tuna so he ordered a special pizza with tuna, egg and onion that wasn't in the menu. Stylish pour vine, good service and affordable. Try to pleased the client and put extra effort to the detail.

Went here with my boyfriend for lunch and the food was really good! The pasta was homemade and the meatballs were amazing.

Fuimos a cenar mi pareja y yo y el restaurante nos ofrecio una velada increible. Comimos carne de muy buena calidad y unos entrantes exquisitos. Nos gustaria destacar el trabajo que realizo Estefano, se mostro muy atento y nos hizo sentir realmente a gusto. Gracias a su increible trato y a la calidad de la comida repetiremos.

Not the best meal we have had at a Gourmetland restaurant, slow service our meals were not 100%. We left and went to Taurus 2 for brandys.

It was a mixed experience. We had the spareribs. One was really good the other rather dry. Nevertheless i would consider the food as quite good. What made the stay unpleasant though, was the poor service. You felt ignored and more as a pain for the waiter than a guest.

Essen&preise gut. Servicepersonal nett aber unprofessionell. Chef de service (Christian) launisch und unhöflich.

This is decidedly average. The ravioli was undercooked while the steak was overcooked and chewy.

Really lovely food, outreached expectations. So tasty and cooked to however you like it. Sometimes the staff were slow but the food definitely made up for it. Cocktails were lovely and refreshing.

Have visited here twice this week. The food is lovely and the staff are friendly. The steaks are amazing and good portions.

Ate here 4 times on 2 week holiday. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Food was first class. Steaks were amazing cooked to perfection. Pizzas are best in Las americas. Would highly recommend

I cannot fault this restaurant the quality of the food is excellent. If you wish you can watch the chefs prepare your food. The service is quick and waiters very polite and friendly. Would not hesitate to eat here again.

Always looking for a good steak restaurant and this is certainly one to try. Decor perfect staff efficient and helpful and the food excellent. Situated near the Safari Centre with lots of bars to chose from and great for a wander.

Very nice place with good food. Reasonable prices. Downside was when why I tried to pay with our creditcards and the portable machine kept on declining. The waiter acted like an idiot saying that the machine was fine and it was just our cards that were the problem. Ended up paying in cash but will never go there again. The Spanish should learn prober manners and treat their visitor with respect.

Food is ok, eaten twice first time was ok ish but had fish n chips secong time but fish was soggy and no mushy peas and no proper chips. Wouldn't return. Expensive too

Trato correcto, amabilidad en el personal. Carta muy variada para ser un italiano en el sur de Tenerife. Particularmente a nosotros no nos gusto: foccacia correcta, ensalada César regular, puntas de solomillo muy mal, dura sin sabor y guisada.

Nice waiters, asked to make a pizza totally different from the menu and it was all fine! Excellent service
