Viví la una experiencia que no me esperaba, este hotel tiene bonitas habitaciones y la piscina es grande para nadar y relajarse, y tomar unas bebidas mientras tomas sol

Para un cinco estrellas estamos decepcionados. A nuestra habitación le vendría bien una buena limpieza, toallas sin hilo. Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso. El personal fue muy amable.

Cantidad y calidad de ambientes en las numerosas piscinas y restaurantes, jardines, edificios, zonas comunes.
Están pendientes de ti a cada momento.
Te sientes como en casa gracias a la amabilidad de todos.
Es un hotel con mucha personalidad. Es diferente.
Una experiencia inolvidable. Volveré

Relajación, lujo y tranquilidad a partes iguales. Un montón de piscinas, un hermoso desayuno buffet abundante. 4 restaurantes de clase mundial, incluido uno, Nub, con una estrella Michelin. Personal muy amable y profesional. Muy recomendable.

El personal fue increíble, siempre dispuesto a ayudarte o asistirte en cualquier cosa que necesites. Patrick en la recepción fue genial, capaz de brindarle consejos sobre dónde ir si sale del hotel y siempre encantador para hablar también. Y la casa club fue muy útil, queríamos jugar al ajedrez y nos encontraron un juego de ajedrez, también tuvimos algunos problemas con la reserva de Siam Park e hicieron todo lo posible para ayudar. El hotel en general también fue increíble, muchos lugares para explorar. Cuando comimos en el hotel la comida era perfecta.

El mejor hotel en el que me he alojado. Lo mejor el personal que trabaja allí, espectacular trato toda la semana, siempre pendiente de todo. Muy bien buenos los restaurantes

Fourth stay at this amazing Hotel, first time during Covid restrictions. Felt very safe as precautions in place, gloves worn at buffet breakfast and masks when not seated. Staff always wearing masks. Usually enjoy the evening buffet but this time it was closed in the evenings and dined at the hotels restaurants. Every meal was fantastic and each restaurant had a lovely ambience and lfriendly attentive waiters. I actually preferred dining in the restaurants. Stayed with my 84 year old Mum who made full use of the buggy service which was a great help for her. Thank you to all the fantastic staff at the Bahia Del Duque who made our holiday perfect we had a wonderful time.

It was great solely because the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. The resort hotel is slightly tired but clean. Lots of very steep stone steps making it hazardous for some small children we saw. The food was uninspiring and limited choice for half board inclusion. Would we return? Probably, but not half board, lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Hotel extraordinario, muchísima limpieza. Con detalles por todo el hotel. Personal muy amable y atento. Cualquier cosa que solicites, te llevarán todo lo que necesites.

Excellent family hotel, really loved it.
Kids club is wonderful and we used an excellent British nanny agency called Mini Amigos Nannies, who were just fantastic. Highly recommend the resort. Food fantastic, location excellent, service and staff were outstanding.
The only down side was the mini disco was 9pm which was far late for our daughter and the entertainment was 10pm.other than that we loved it and already booked for April!

El personal es excepcional, muy profesional y al mismo tiempo amabilísimo. El desayuno insuperable, aún acostumbrados a visitar hoteles de categoría superior. La habitación muy bien con unas vistas de postal.
Está muy bien situado, tiene buena animación y muchos detalles. Volveremos sin duda.

A little out dated but none the less one of the nicest hotels/villages I have stayed in perfect for both families or couples there is so much space and many private areas, the only words I have to describe the spa is life changing a must visit if you are staying in the hotel.if I was to have something negative to say it is that the staff do not all have very good English but the managers all do and its Spain so you can’t expect everyone to speak English.wifi was very good in the rooms

Exceptional hotel in beautiful setting with excellent facilities. Staff were superb. True 5 star experience.

Pues fuimos x q nos lo aconsejó una pareja local q conocimos en otra playa, mucha gente, vendedores africanos molestando todo rato vendiendo todo tipo de frutas bebidas etc.en el agua mucha corriente.no me gustó hay playas muchas mejores en Tenerife

After a few visits, where we were sat so close to the music, we couldnt speak, we entered the beach restaurant and asked for a specific table which had no Reservation sign on it. The staff member came over and said NO in a brusque manner. It is reserved. (. No sign).
We asked to speak to the Supervisor, Lucas, who said you must move or Go. He was very rude in his manner. We asked to see his boss- he said ‘I have no Boss, I am the Boss’. We asked if he thought it was right to speak to guests like that, he said if you want to complain, Leave.
If you stay here, we will not serve you.
Lucas policy appears to be.take any table we give you or Leave. You have no choice in this matter, even tho a guest.
The management culture at the restaurant is rude, has favourites in terms of treatment, and is not friendly to international clients.
As an international client, under present management style, not recommended.

Trabajé ahi y la verdad lo echo de menos, sobre todo a mis compañeros no creo que encuentre una familia mejor que esa.

Beautiful and relaxing. Feels isolated and quiet despite being a big hotel in the middle of other hotels.

Amplios espacios entre estancias, muy tranquilo, ideal para el descanso y liberar stress, buen trato del personal, magnífica comida en los restaurantes! Varias zonas diferentes de estancias, el hotel, las Casas Ducales y las Villas.

Hotel espectacular en todos los sentidos. Comida y trato excepcional. Los desayunos con zumo natural recien exprimido y gran variedad de frutas.
Para mi el mejor hotel de España y hemos estado en unos pocos. Enhorabuena al equipo
