Si digo que es la tercera vez que venimos, de un modo lo estoy diciendo todo, es un lugar agradable.
El otro sostén de este lugar son sus trabajadores que dan a la estancia una nota de sobresaliente, el personal de limpieza hacen que se note que han pasado y con buena nota.
El personal de restauración son muy buenos profesionales y quiero mencionar el equipo de animación, Maria, Laia y Pedro.
Muy cerca de la playa.

Es la tercera vez que estamos en el hotel y lo pasamos muy bien, las personas que trabajan en él son, acogedoras, serviciales y están siempre dispuestas a hacerte la estancia agradable, especial mención al equipo de animación Maria, Laia y Pedro. Os animo a seguir así, hotel Princess

¡Acabo de regresar del H10 Lanzarote Princess y ya tengo muchas ganas de volver!
¿Por dónde empiezo? ¡El hotel es absolutamente hermoso! Le vendría bien un poco de cariño en algunas áreas, pero sobre todo, hermoso.
El equipo de animación hace un baile funky todas las mañanas y siempre están ahí con una sonrisa.
La piscina es hermosa, fría, pero hermosa. Tuvieron un par de días mientras estuve allí donde tuvieron que vaciar la mitad de la piscina por mantenimiento, pero aparte de eso, genial.
La comida es deliciosa, gran variedad de platos. ¡El restaurante japonés es insuperable! Una velada absolutamente increíble y realmente auténtica.
¡Las habitaciones son preciosas! Teníamos una habitación para 3 personas y era perfecta. Lo único que mencionaría es que no tienes mucha privacidad cuando se trata del baño. La puerta es de vidrio esmerilado, lo cual es una cosa y podría solucionarlo: el mayor problema fue que no hay cerradura en la puerta y las puertas son demasiado pequeñas para el marco de la puerta. Siempre hay un espacio en la puerta, por lo que si compartes con amigos puede ser un poco incómodo a la hora de ir al baño. Eso es probablemente lo único que diría sobre las habitaciones a las que les vendría bien cambiarse.
WIFI en el lugar es un poco inconsistente pero lo logramos.
Los televisores inteligentes en el dormitorio serían una gran adición, pero el televisor está bien.
Hay muchas tumbonas, pero no suficientes sombrillas para dar sombra, teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de personas que desean algo de sombra.
La ubicación es perfecta. A poca distancia de casi todo.
En general, ¡volveremos!

Ambiente muy acogedor. Todo el personal en cada parte del hotel fue muy amable, eficiente y agradable. Mi amigo y yo lo pasamos increíble. Gracias.

El equipo de animación muy bien, los chicos Pedro, Laia y Cristian tienen mucha energía, te hacen pasar un rato muy agradable y entretenido, además de ser muy simpáticos

Hemos estado de vacaciones en éste hotel, y he de decir que las instalaciones muy bien, excepto la piscina que tiene el suelo con material plastificado bastante dañado y también resaltar que las servilletas de la cena están bastante desgastadas.
En cuando a la limpieza de las habitaciones todo genial, excepto las toallas están negras.
Lo demás tengo que decir que repetiré en cuanto a los empleados encantadores, recepcionistas, camareros, con una mención especial a las señoritas Jessica Loureiro, Rosa Busto, Lara Lopez, Camila Lezcano y Manuel Cabanelas.

Hemos estado de vacaciones en este hotel y nos ha encantado. La zona de piscina es muy grande y muy cómoda, ideal para niños. Puedes ir andando al centro del pueblo, la comida es muy buena, nos gustó especialmente el restaurante Sakura, 100% recomendable! El servicio excelente. Gracias!

La comida fría no se enfrió lo suficiente y la caliente algunas cosas tampoco estaban calientes y el sistema para ingresar al restaurante realmente no es de esta era de digitalización.

Muy buen hotel, buena situación y muy bueno para ir con canijos, a mis hijos les encanta las piscinas y a la pequeña la animación y la mini disco, personal atentisimo, es la segunda vez en este hotel de varias veces que hemos estado en Playa Blanca y repetiremos cuando volvamos

Super Hotel. Riesige Poolanlage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und sehr leckeres Essen und eine große Auswahl.

Unser Zimmer war riesig und sauber mit einem schönen Balkon.

Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nähe zum Strand und zu mehreren Geschäften.

Kann man nur empfehlen!

A wonderful time spent here. Staff so kind and helpful. All of them in all departments are so polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. So much choice for food with lovely presentation. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Coming back in November.

It is our first time staying at this hotel and we are now only on our 2nd full day. To date this is by far our best experience. The entertainers are amazing with the children, the place is so clean, the staff are great and the evening entertainment has been great. I cannot fault this hotel and will 100% be back next year with my family. Last night (valentines) was an experience I won’t forget as the entertainment and food quality was outstanding. The hotel went above and beyond to please the guests. Thank you for making this a holiday we won’t forget. X

Arrived here 2 days ago it is all absolutely lovely. We had a Japanese al a carte last night which was amazing, tonight we are having Italian. The hotel is spotless. And all the staff are very friendly.

Our favourite hotel in Playa Blanca. Now on our third visit and have 3 days left.

Hotel is spotless, staff always smiling, nothing is too much trouble.

Rooms are spacious and clean, TV with 5 UK channels, aircon, comfy bed and pillows and our suit has a great view of the pools and a distant view of the sea and Fuerteventura.

Food; so much choice there is something to cover all needs and my wife, who is gluten intolerant has no problem finding something to eat at any of the mealtimes. Worth checking out the tapenyaki restaurant; Sakura. Theatre with your food a great way to be entertained for dinner. Would happily come back time and time again.

La piscina deben que poner en Agua caliente. Los trabajadores son muy amables. Nos encanto con mi familia. La comida cambian cada noche para no comer lo mismo.

Estupendo todo aunque hay algún detalle como el cobro de la caja fuerte que en un todo incluido no entiendo mucho, mejor sería incluirlo en el precio de la habitación. Lo demás muy bien, comida, amabilidad del personal, situación, etc.

I’ve been going to this hotel since I was months old, and my parents have been going since before I was born. I’ve a really strong connection with this hotel but wouldn’t love it if it didn’t deserve it. Amazing friendly staff, great facilities and a lovely atmosphere in the entire place. I would recommend, and have recommended, here to anyone coming to Playa Blanca.

Came on a family holiday staying until 2nd January

Good location for both marina and shopping area. Hotel has something for everyone of all ages. Good size bedroom which are serviced every day. Food selection in restaurant caters for all and quality of food is excellent. Pool area is of a high standard and now the new covered pool area adds a new dimension. Staff and house keeping would be hard to beat.

Buen hotel, con todos los servicios que cabría imaginar. Amables con los niños y con muchas actividades para ellos (y sus papás). Las camas son muy cómodas.

Have been visiting for over 20 years and the hotel just keeps getting better. The only hotel I happily recommend to friends and family, who all now love it as much as we do.

A great choice for Christmas. The staff are really friendly work incredibly hard. They helped make our Christmas special.) Better organisation and layout of the food choices in the restaurant would make things easier to find. The coffee shop is a really nice touch.)

Welcoming staff, who are always happy to help with some brilliant Elves in the mini club who have been fantastic at engaging and entertaining the children. A wide range of facilities and experiences to enjoy, my only let down was the lack of a proper Pilates class. The professional shows in the evening have been of excellent quality. The food has been mostly good with a great selection for all tastes. Would definitely make another visit.

Un sitio estupendo para pasar unas vacaciones con la familia, muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy limpias y la comida bastante variada, muy buena ubicación, volveré.

Han sido unos 10 dias maravillosos, con un increible servicio, actividades de animación e instalaciones perfectas, destacar sin ninguna duda a Ludovica, la chica d RRPP, disponible en todo momento, donde nunca falto su simpatia y su sonrisa, fantastico ver gente disponible siempre asi. Vacaciones de 10, sin duda alguna.

Hotel familiar, con buenos servicios, personal muy amable y atento, estupenda la piscina climatizada, situación privilegiada junto al pueblo y a la playa.

Hotel espectacular, la comida está muy buena y el desayuno es el mejor que he tenido en un hotel en años. La piscina climatizada cerrada es un detallazo!

On day 6 of our stay and how amazing. This hotel is clean, beautifully looked after. Our room is spacious and well designed. Could not be happier. We have travelled with Children and the animations team and kids club are super amazing. In fact all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Bel hôtel, à recommander pour une semaine, nourriture petit déjeuner très bien, déjeuner et dîner forts répétitifs, les restaurants à la carte sont à améliorer et surtout l'italien qui n'est pas à la hauteur question choix de menus italiens et de qualité fort moyenne.

Das H10 Lanzarote Princess ist ein modernes und schönes 4-Sterne-Hotel. Es bietet alles, was man im Urlaub brauchen könnte.

Vor allem hervorzuheben ist das nette Personal, das auch auf Extra Wünsche und Kritik super reagiert hat, und die A-la-carte Restaurants. Hier war das Sakura Restaurant ein echtes Highlight!

Das Essen im Buffet Restaurant zeigt eine große Auswahl, allerdings ist es sehr auf die überwiegend britischen Gäste abgestimmt.
Deshalb hat man eher britisches bis internationales Essen und weniger landestypisches Essen. Trotzdem hat es jeden Tag lecker geschmeckt.

Die Bar hat eine gute Auswahl an internationalen Getränken. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und das Housekeepingteam ist sehr flott und alles ist sauber und ordentlich.

Ein Kritikpunkt ist für mich das Fitnessstudio. Hier quietschen die Geräte und die Bänke wackeln und sind teilweise kaputt. Außerdem haben die Zimmer im Bad keine Lüftung, sodass sich dort schnell Wasserdampf und Gerüche bilden.

Alles in allem ist das H10 Lanzarote Princess ein sehr schönes Hotel mit kleineren Mängeln, in dem man seinen Urlaub prima verbringen kann und eine schöne Zeit hat.

We only checked in this afternoon as a family of three with an early arrival into Lanzarote. The reception staff were pleasant on arrival and our room was already available when we got there despite the 3pm advertised check in.

We unpacked in a clean and impressive standard room with has more than enough space for 2 adults and a young child and made our way for lunch. The food was varied and high quality and the waiter and front of house were welcoming and helpful.

So far, so good!

Muy contenta como las otras veces. Es el 7o año que pasamos aquí las Navidades. Han reformado muchas cosas este año: la moqueta del suelo, el teatro, distinto moviliario, el bar de la piscina. También han mejorado los postres del buffet (muy contentos por ello ya que es algo que propusimos mejorar el año pasado y el anterior). El personal muy servicial y atento! Sin duda es volver a casa por navidad!

Excelente hotel cerca de la zona comercial y de restaurantes y a pocos metros de una playa de arena blanca. El personal del hotel tiene un trato impecable y las instalaciones mejorando año tras año. Repetiremos

Such a beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very impressed with our check in when we arrived. The cava was a lovely touch after a long journey. Then we arrived at our beautiful, bright, modern well appointed rooms for our family with fabulous mattresses. Such a beautiful view of the pool from our balcony. In the main areas there is just so many different areas of seating to relax and chat over a drink or two. The hotel is very central and perfectly situated. Highly recommend.

Excellent staff, our girls enjoy the daisy club, good food, excellent variety over the Christmas period. Some of the evening entertainment has been really good too

Always good to be back at this hotel, The accommodation is very good and the food is fantastic with a great variety always available. We always enjoy participating in the competitions and games put on by the friendly and energetic animation team headed by Vera and well supported by Fillipio. The specialist restaurants are really excellent. I heartily recommend this hotel.
