Los camareros muy amables. El dueño se acercó a felicitarnos por nuestro aniversario y la comida muy buena.

Buen lugar, excelente comida, trato amable, un buen precio, he ido a unos cuantos restaurantes mexicanos y este es el que gana en mi top, recomendado 100% estuve cenando con mi esposa para nuestra luna de miel, lo único malo es que solo es exclusivo de Tenerife, ojalá hubiera un hacienda miranda en Barcelona

Tenemos la oportunidad de cenar en este restaurante. Definitivamente vamos a regresar. Comida encantadora, excelente servicio y precios justos. Ampliamente recomendado.

Somos una familia de cinco personas y comimos aquí a finales de agosto de 2023. Compartimos algunos entrantes de nachos de ternera, alitas de pollo a la barbacoa y pan de ajo. Los nachos eran geniales, muy sabrosos y un tazón enorme, el pan y las alitas también estaban muy buenos.
Nuestros platos principales fueron los tacos de carne desmenuzada, un burrito de pollo y tres fajitas de pollo. Había mucha comida y todo estuvo muy bueno, ¡ojalá hubiéramos ido antes en nuestras vacaciones para poder volver a visitarlas!
El personal fue muy atento y la comida llegó muy rápido.
Gastamos 130€ en total, bebidas incluidas. ¡Sentí que tenía una muy buena relación calidad-precio!

Terrible service. We had to wait about an hour for our food. 7 out of 15 got to there food at the wrong time or something missing from the order, how they dealt with it was all the wrong way.
Two people got there meal early and were done eating when the rest got their food. One didn't get her food and had to wait and asked for her dish. 4 hamburgers, no one with sauce and one over cooked. One was returned and he never got a new dish because then we had been their for a long time and everyone was dissatisfied.
We paid the bill and got around 10% discounts but that was to little to late.
Talked to the manager and he look like he didn't care to much. Definitely my worst experience.
Very disappointed night out with the family.

Very bad service and one in the group didn’t get his food, two are half an hour before everyone and one got their food when everyone had eaten. The manager didn’t mind because we ate the food, but not together and all the experience was very bad: (wouldn’t recommend this place!

Nice location, food was a little blander than what's expected from a Mexican which is usually full of flavour. You'd expect the chicken to be a lot more tender but seemed quite tough so would question what the steak may be like. The music was nice but changed pace quite significantly, I'd recommend some nice peaceful mexican traditional music throughout the night. Overall it was a "decent" meal.

Terrible service. Initially the waiter couldn't understand what we were saying or wasn't sure if they had what we wanted, so he had to keep going back to the bar to ask. Then we specified that we wanted everything vegan (from their extensive vegan menu options) but after a long delay, the food still came out as not safe for vegans! We had to send it back and they returned the quesadilla with nothing but lettuce and a few beans in it. Absolutely awful. The manager came to sort the bill at the end, and even he lacked professionalism. It wasn't even busy! So no excuses. If you don't have vegan ingredients, don't advertise as selling numerous vegan options. Definitely not going there ever again.

My wife had chicken that had been flattened a overcooked so it was dry and tough and I had the chilli and rice. The chilli had very little flovour and even less chilli heat - it looked as though it had been bubbling in a pot for hours. The rice contained uncooked grains that were a hard shock when eating. We passed on our comments to the manager and he was very apologetic and the waitress brought two complimentary frozen drinks in shot glasses that were unpleasant and not drinkable. When I came to pay I needed to enter my PIN and the waitress really wanted to hold on to the terminal while I entered it but I took hold of it when I passed it back she snatched it from my hand. All in all you can see why there was no queue when you have to book days in advance at other restaurants in the location.

Tardaron 45 min en traernos la comida y para encima no nos gusto nada de lo que habíamos pedido y nos sentó mal y para encima carísimo.

Terrible service, food was bland and see multiple cockroaches roaming around we told the waiters and they stamped on it Infront of the kids in our group really couldn't get out any sooner.

Tell ye wit man skudbook of a restaurant got sat down at a table 20 mins later some skuddy waitress walked by our table n we had to scream hawk can we order, starters came in about 10 mins then a sat n watched the whole a love island before our mains came, then the skudbook waiter came over w a burrito n didn’t even know what it was, he said to ma mate aye just try it it’ll taste better than what you ordered, he then proceeded to sit over his shoulder lit a parrot and he enjoyed his meal. Won’t be back

Nous étions venu pour manger dans ce restaurant.
La serveuse est très désagréable. Nous sommes donc partis manger ailleurs.

Sat down and couldn't get a drinks menu for 15 minutes. Then waited a further 15 minutes for order so just left.
Family opposite us were also complaining they couldn't get their bill to leave.

The staff were extremely rude, the food was bone dry and had no taste. Like they microwaved the whole meals. We didn’t eat our food or drink our drinks. Would not recommend going. Avoid this place.

Nice Mexican restaurant food arrived quickly and was good. Service was ok staff was polite and friendly they just could of checked in more often for drinks and to see if everything was ok. Everything else was good. I’d eat here again.

La petite serveuse nous a demandé plusieurs fois de confirmer si on voulait des tacos comme si elle savait déjà qu'ils ne sont pas bons. Résultat: intoxication alimentaire carabinée pour ma fille et moi! Une honte de servir des plats qui rendent malades! Vous pouvez tuer quelqu'un comme ça! Clients fuyez!

Feltsick to my stomach after going to this restaurante. We complained about seeing cockroachs on the floor, the waiter simply stepped on one of them then carried on clearning the plates.

The food was awful it tasted like it was all out of a can and microwaved. It tasted plain and I could only eat a little bit before I thought I was going to be sick. Its by far the worst food / restaurante I've ever been to in my entire life.

Lovely Mexican resteraunt, well worth a visit.
If you like ribs, go here but dont eat anything for 2 days before as the portion sizes were gigantic.

Tengo que decir que este sitio me sorprendió demasiado.
Cuando entre pense que seria el tipico restautante mexicano, pero cuando noa trajeron los platos.fue lo mas!
Te sirven de forma muy autentica, me pedi un burrito y era un plato enorme un burrito bien servido canlentito y con su queso derretido por encima, al lado, arroz, frijoles y pure de frijoles y lo mejor que estaba buenisimo!
Sin duda el mejor burrito q he comido.
Precio y calidad excelentes!

Chicken taco was dry as the service. Food quality is compromised by using tinned or ready made ingredients, guacamole was definitely straight out of a bottle, topped with tomato and onion. When I asked for hot sauce as the chicken. I was bought sauce which I was then charged an extra 2 euro and I explained I thought this was complimentary, my waiter very rudely replied I should have asked for hot sauce not homemade sauce. Very

Food was okay, not better than the average Mexican restaurant. Unfortunately the service was very poor. There was no interest in the guests and there was almost no English speaking personal. One advise for the restaurant, give your employer's English courses. English is a must know language in your business.

Great food, a little expensive.ordered the rack of BBQ ribs @ €14.genuinely could not finish it.it was huge! Service was slow.maybe Covid restricted staff levels but the restaurant was more than half empty.again due to Covid! Overall a solid 4 stars though.

We are not recommended to eat in this restaurant-food was not good and not fresh (two of us got sick) Expensive and restaurant charge us more than cost food, when I ask why I got answer its tax, but we payed more than for food +tax, so man at the bar had no explanation why we were paying more. Food porsions was not us their are advertising, it was small.

Nachos, fajitas y Brownie. Todo natural y muy rico. Se repetirá sin duda. Acompañado de una margarita de fresa riquisima. Por ponerle un pero, el precio quizás excesivo. El trato de los camareros exquisito.

This place is in a nice location, overlooking the Main Street, but if you sit by the edge near the wall the lighting is very poor making it hard to read the menu & see your food. I had the mixed grill which was passable, my partner had the ribs which she said were average, both meals were not very hot. Although the restaurant was not over busy the service was poor & the staff seemed uninterested in customers.

Like everything on the Avenida de las Americas very touristic but this place has really tasty juicy hamburgers and delicious margheritas

Food was nice but poor service, had to ask for our wine after children's drinks had been on table for 10 mins, asked for chips never came and tryed to charge extra for wine

A solid 4. Food was good without it being spectacular, service was OK though they did forget one drink and portions are MASSIVE so don't overorder people. The hand is there for comparison and this is a 7.90 mixed salad so.

The food here and the staff are all genuinely lovely. It was so nice, very reasonably priced and you get alot of the good stuff! Would highly recommend. 3 of us ate, with drinks, starters and mains for less than £60. Bargain for the great food! Left feeling stuff with no room for dessert!

In una posizione strategica per osservare la fontana giù e i suoi giochi d'acqua, ti accolgono all'interno del ristorante col sorriso, hanno un'ampia scelta di cibo e bevanda, ed è tutto squisito! All'interno il locale ha un arredamento ricercato per il suo stile, e si possono anche indossare dei sombreri durante la cena! Consigliatissimo, pratico buono e senza prezzi alti!

En general comida bien y servicio muy bien. Planteado para extranjeros no exactamente para Canarios y peninsulares.
No recomendamos la Margarita de Limón, no sabe a tequila sólo a refresco sintético, tampoco es un lugar para tomarte una cerveza bien fría

Io e la mia famiglia veniamo qua da molto, il servizio è rapido ed efficiente. Il cibo è molto buono, dai piatti Tex Mex sino alle pietanze alla griglia. Il personale è molto gentile, e la location è fantastica. Dalla terrazza si possono ammirare bellissimi tramonti. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Ristorante messicano dove ci sono tutte le specialità cucinate con ottima carne e allietato da personale cordiale che ti accoglie ed esaudisce i tuoi desideri. Un grazie anche a Ely per la sua cortesia e la sua simpatia.

Good authentic Mexican food at a very reasonable price. One of the few times l have left a restaurant in Tenerife feeling full. Only one minor gripe. One of the waiters.well no matter how polite we were, please and thank yous etc, he said nothing and had a look on his face like l'd just spat on his cat. Have a quiet word, management.

Great food last night very poor service, starters wrong, water did not arrive, asked for another glass of wine when main course arrived, did not materialise, waited 25 minutes to get dessert menu again did not arrive, not even that busy, place immaculate but should cover drains outside to stop cockroaches. Very disappointing.
