Un nombre y una garantía. Qué puedo decir, comida increíble que superó todas mis expectativas. Las "Baby Back Ribs" nos cautivaron desde el primer sabor. Perfectamente servidas con una deliciosa salsa barbacoa y acompañadas de alubias, ensalada de col y papas fritas. Decir deliciosas es quedarse corto!
¿Y qué pasa con los increíbles combos de barbacoa Smokehouse?
¡Vale la pena probarlo y entonces estarás de acuerdo conmigo! Las deliciosas costillas cocidas lentamente y la carne de cerdo desmenuzada a mano. Cierra los ojos y déjate llevar por el auténtico sabor del ahumado que no te dejará indiferente. Nunca había probado una carne tan suave que se derritiera en la boca. Un verdadero placer!
Y los nachos? ¡Simplemente increíble!

Un sitio espectacular con un ambiente rock and roll. Las costillas a la barbacoa son imprescindibles, cada día tienen una actuación diferente en directo con varios géneros musicales.

¡Comida deliciosa! Grandes comidas. La hamburguesa de pollo Messi es un verdadero paraíso. Precios normales. Hay un ambiente agradable.

Disfrutad de una hamburguesa (pocas variedades) y unas patatas fritas en un ambiente glamuroso, una decoración exquisita y un espectáculo de música roquera muy buena. Un rato agradable con la colaboración del personal del restaurante. Conciertos casi a diario en la azotea!

Una almuerza fantástico, Service súper amable por Diana y Fernanda. La comida bien presentada y rica (mucha cantidad ). Volvemos pronto !

Tomass y Marcelo son magníficos. He estado en Hard Rock en todo el mundo y este es el mejor.

Lynette es el miembro perfecto del personal, es amable y se tomó el tiempo para hacer que la estadía sea un verdadero placer.

Buena ubicación, servicio amable y rápido. Desgraciadamente la comida fue decepcionante, esperemos que sea una excepción (de ahí 4 estrellas), las fuentes frente a ella han visto días mejores. Lástima, por lo demás bien. También buena música en vivo.

Fuimos a comer algo tarde pero tenian mesas suficientes sin necesidad de reserva. Comida muy buena, pedimos la Messi burger, los fingers de pollo espectaculares y un costillar a la bbq, estaba todo muy rico, es un poco caro pero al llegar allí sabes donde vas.

Lugar muy recomendable. Atención cercana y amable. Mención especial a nuestra camarera Hiday. También reconocer a un camarero, de mediana edad con pelo blanco. Nos recomendó lugares de la isla y que pedirnos de comida de manera muy acertada

Las hamburguesas un poco secas y soltando mucho aceite, muy normalitas para el precio. El lugar muy bien ambientado, el espectáculo genial, lo único demasiado alta la música.

Fuimos a tomar unas copas en la hora feliz. La hora feliz es de 5: 00 p.m. A 7: 00 p.m. Todas las noches y te sientas arriba en la terraza. Las bebidas eran geniales y puedes mirar hacia la calle. El servicio también fue excelente.

¡Lubica fue una gran camarera y muy buena en su trabajo! El señor sandro que nos atendió en la puerta también fue fabuloso! ¡Nos tranquilizó por no tener una reserva y fue genial! ¡Gracias por todo lo que hizo que nuestra última noche en Tenerife fuera increíble!

No te puedes equivocar en ningún establecimiento de Hard Rock con servicio y comida de primera clase.
Hard Rock Tenerife no es una excepción.
La comida aquí es fantástica y también lo es el servicio que recibes.
El edificio en sí es increíble por dentro y por fuera.

Burgers not good at all. Dry, no taste, tiny bit of lettuce, tomato hard to find, tasteless cheese and not warm! The management could not care at all. Saw lots of unfinished dishes of other clients go back but people do not dare to say anything because it is Hard Rock Cafe! Toooo expensive. Such a waste of time and money.

Let’s start with the positive points:
Nice environment and friendly service to spend a good time. Also the nachos as starter is a must.

Negative points: food quality and very overpriced. The bbq burger meat was just awful, full of fat with a very poorly taste.
Ribeye was ok, but I was expecting better quality for the price paid. The pepper sauce was just awful.
Drinks: Almost a 5 euros for a regular common beer pint.

Conclusión: If you just want a nice environment and spend good time… order some finger food.
Otherwise, anything else would be just a waste of money, and be ready by ending with a disappointed experience.

I love this place. In the 5 days we’ve been in Tenerife we’ve ended up here 3 times. The food is great and at a comparable price. The House Red is under €14.
There has been hi quality Live music ever visit. They are also very good with COVID cleanliness, vaccine passes must be shown and social distancing on the tables.

Plus points: the staff are great. They are really smiley and caring and will help you out if they can. The decor is nice, the rooftop bar is really beautiful for the view, and the ambience is excellent.
Negatives: although my partner's meal of ribs was really pretty darn good, my fajitas were unbelievably bland and chewy. The price is high and the music was spice girls, Mumford and sons and Radiohead which forgive me, but who calls that hard rock? Think they should change their name to 'The pop /alt music restaurant'.
Being honest I'm not going to go back to this one as what we went for we didn't feel we got and it was a doubly expensive meal.

It was a real pleasure to dine here.

Show was very good - need to get there at least 2 hours beforehand though to get a seat. The food was poor for the price. Drinks were good with a wide selection of cocktails and beers.

Must visit for any music lover!

There is a lot of memorabilia to look at and the food is very good.

The rooftop bar is worth visiting at 3pm which is happy hour. They have lots of drinks and tasty snacks to choose from at a very reasonable price.

All the staff were cheerful and went out of their way to wish my Wife a happy birthday too!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Der Cheeseburger mit Bacon und die Rippchen waren einfach super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommenden. Alles in allem rundum zufrieden.

I've been here several times for drinks and a meal and the food is always excellent. The cocktails are nice too. We came here a couple of years ago for my son's 16th birthday and now he's 18, will buy him a drink next time we're in Manchester.

Nice place for dinner and fun, American style food, I would put 4 stars only. Service is ok. There is a live music in the bar upstairs every night from 10pm if I'm not wrong.
Very good location with plenty of bars and shops.

If you're planning to come here, make sure you've not had a bite the past 2 days to be able to stuff your face, especially with the starters. The hamburgers are good too, and you can't say you've fully experienced Hard Rock Cafe if you don't top it all off with a dessert (no sharing either).

All this, together with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff make for a great meal out.

La.musica y. El. Grupo excelente, pero demasiada esperar para una mesa casi una hora y la comida o la hamburguesa. Grande pero un sabor. Horrible, la bebida una sangría de mango. Pequeña para. El precio. Y lo mismo mucho tiempo de esperar y el precio no vale. La pena volver

My third Hard Rock cafe that I have been to. It lived up to expectation, the outside of it was spectacular. The vibe inside was great, we went at lunch time so I imagine even better in the evening. There aren't many gluten free options as I am a coeliac, however I know I'm always going to get a good burger. Cocktails are good too!

Muy mal en la carta no pone los precios de los cafe, y cuando le preguntamos al camarero, no parecio que le gustara mucho la pregunta.nos cobro por un cafe con leche descafeinado 1,77 y por un cafe con leche 3,43 total 5,20 no lo recomendaria

Just because we were obviously students, who couldn't afford to spent 50€, everyone behaved to us, like we were some trash, from the very first moment, when we walked in. Disappointed.

Un lugar muy chulo para comer y tomar algo viendo música en directo. Es un poco caro para comer, y también la tienda. Merece la pena visitar.
