El otro día estuve con mis amigas en el Hotel y pasamos un tiempo muy agradable. El sitio es súper bonito con increíble vistas. Pasamos todo un día súper genial. Nos encantó, por cierto la clase de Aquadance que impartió el monitor Ezequiel, super divertida y animada! Repetiremos!

Cinco de mis amigos y yo nos hospedamos en el Hard Rock Hotel hace unos días.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en el Hard Rock Hotel. Todos los miembros del personal con los que nos encontramos, desde el valet hasta el check-in y el personal de limpieza, fueron encantadores y estaban ansiosos por ayudar. ¡Gracias! ¡Lo recomendaré a mi familia y amigos!

¡Todo el personal de esta propiedad es fantástico! Todos ellos hacen todo lo posible para que su estancia sea cómoda. Myriam, la gerente, fue absolutamente increíble. Ella hizo que nuestra estancia fuera unas vacaciones inolvidables. No puedo agradecerle lo suficiente. ¡Por favor, Hard Rock Hotel, entregue premios a su personal!

En general, tuvimos una gran experiencia con el Hard Rock Hotel; El personal fue increíblemente servicial y las comodidades eran excelentes. La habitación era maravillosa, limpia y perfecta para celebrar un fin de semana de cumpleaños.

Definitivamente visitaré Hard Rock Hotel España.

Nuestra estancia en el Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife fue extraordinaria. Desde el momento en que pusimos un pie en este increíble hotel, fuimos recibidos por la calidez y entusiasmo del personal de recepción. El ambiente del hotel, junto con sus magníficas comodidades y su elegante diseño, crean inmediatamente el escenario para una experiencia inolvidable.

Lo que realmente hizo que nuestra estancia fuera excepcional fue el extraordinario personal. Todo el equipo, especialmente Jason, el gerente de servicio al huésped, hizo todo lo posible para garantizar que nuestra estadía fuera mágica. Su atención al detalle fue notable, sorprendiéndonos con champagne y chocolate para celebrar nuestro compromiso. Son estos toques personales los que dejaron una huella duradera e hicieron que nuestra estancia en el Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife fuera realmente especial.

Ya estamos planeando con ansias nuestro regreso para revivir estos maravillosos momentos de nuestra luna de miel en el futuro. Gracias a todos en Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife por hacer que nuestra estancia fuera tan increíble. Estamos ansiosos por volver y crear más recuerdos preciados en este increíble destino.

Además, ¡tienen un excelente servicio de conserjería! David, Cristina, Omar, Luis, José y Pacri fueron muy serviciales y amigables organizando avistamiento de ballenas, horarios de golf, transporte, compras, restaurantes y más. ¡Amamos a estos chicos!

Una estancia decepcionante para lo que tiene el potencial de ser un resort de 5*. Reservé este lugar después de leer los comentarios constantes de 5 * que otros clientes habían dejado, pero mi estadía no estuvo a la altura de las expectativas.

Descubrí una infestación de ácaros en la habitación; este no era el problema, estas cosas suceden y si se solucionan de manera rápida y correcta no afectarían mi estadía; sin embargo, el hotel lo manejó de manera aceptable. Planteé el problema a las 12: 00 p.m. Del día 1 y me aseguré de que se desplegaría un equipo de limpieza de inmediato, mi socio volvió a plantearlo 2 horas después y no se tomó ninguna medida. Luego regresé de una excursión alrededor de las 3 am y todavía no se había solucionado, pregunté en recepción y no pudieron trasladarme porque estaban completos y los equipos de limpieza estaban solucionando un trabajo atrasado. Al día siguiente, regresé a mi habitación a las 4 de la tarde y una criada en la habitación me acusó de mentir y culpó al cartón/papel de la papelera como la fuente. Les tomó 28 horas enteras de mi corta estadía de 72 horas para finalmente asistir a la sala y luego llamarme mentiroso.

Reenvié los videos a Jet2 pero 35 días después aún no recibo una respuesta.

Me ha encantado absolutamente todo, desde la bienvenida, el atendiendo de cada uno de los que componen la familia del hard rock, la habitación, las piscinas, comida etc. Ha sido una experiencia maravillosa y pienso repetir. Miles de gracias a todos los que han hecho de esta una experiencia inolvidable.
Debo de dar especialmente las gracias por el recibimiento de de nuestro rrpp a partir de ahora favorito Jason.

Nos alojamos en Hard Rock Tererife para algunas celebraciones especiales de cumpleaños el fin de semana pasado e inicialmente estábamos en habitaciones en diferentes pisos a pesar de haber solicitado que estuvieran juntos. Myriam (gerente de servicio) resolvió este problema muy rápidamente y continuó cuidándonos durante toda nuestra estadía. Todo el personal, desde el frente de la casa hasta el restaurante en el desayuno, todos somos muy acogedores, serviciales y super amables.

El hotel está limpio, la comida es de muy alto nivel y variada todos los días. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, el hotel estuvo encantado de ayudar.

El spa era impresionante y súper limpio, con todo lo que un huésped necesita para relajarse por completo.

Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y me gustaría agradecer personalmente a Myriam por hacer que nuestro viaje fuera tan especial. Ella es una excelente gerente, entiende cómo resolver situaciones difíciles y se asegura de que los huéspedes estén contentos, pero siempre con una actitud positiva y una sonrisa encantadora.

Gracias Hard Rock Tererife, especialmente a la encantadora Myriam.tenemos buenos recuerdos de nuestro viaje y definitivamente volveremos.

Pasamos un dia celebrando aniversario, he estado en varias ocasiones y siempre un lujo todos los servicios de este hotel, esta ves quiero agradecer a Guillermo el recepcionista el trato que con el que nos atendio y nos facilito una estancia de lujo …mil gracias.

Pasamos 4 días increíbles en este lujoso hotel. Nos ha encantado todo. Las habitaciones son preciosas. El complejo esta genial y todo acompañado de música y un servicio inmejorable. Destacar el trato recibido en recepción por Yepes y sus excelentes recomendaciones y la buena energía que transmite Jesús en el roof top.

We had a great stay at the Hard Rock, I'd love to give it a 5 star, in many ways it is. The common areas and the rooms are brilliant in comparison to other hotels in Tenerife, this place is modern and has great amenities. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are really well sound proofed, I felt very at home here. Unfortunately the restaurants were a little chaotic and slow, with staff expressing themselves that they were short-staffed and felt very stressed, which didn't lead to us feeling very welcomed or comfortable dining here. We chose bed and breakfast, and we're pleased we did as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby or places to visit by taxi, I would have been disappointed at the wait times etc to get a drink had I been all inclusive here to be honest. The pools are lovely, the heated adult only pool is really nice and has a nice atmosphere. I definitely recommend Rock Royalty, the lounge they have is great, and the spa access is good. If you go visit the sky bar on the 16th floor at sunset, it is so nice with amazing views!
We have to give a special shout out to Talida from the Rock Royalty lounge who made our stay, she was so welcoming and able to handle a busy bar, we really enjoyed spending our afternoons with her)

Los empleados de Hard Rock son su mayor activo, sin duda volvería por ellos. Espero que nunca pierdan esa alegría. Jason, Charlín, Iñaki, Miriam, Tamy, Renata. Gracias.

Not a 5 star hotel beacuse of the quality of service they were slow especialy at the bars on ground floor and restaurants. If You are looking for sounproof room You will not find it there. You will hear the music from the lobby on 15th floor. The quality of the food and diner/supper is low. The rooms need to be renovated. Soaked with water shelfs in the toilet for exemple. Owercrowded and loud. Not worth the money.

He pasado unos días con mi familia en el Hotel Hard
Rock Tenerife, y no quería dejar de poner una reseña, para compartir lo bien que ha ido la experiencia y poder resaltar el excelente servicio e instalaciones del hotel, equipo del hotel todos y cada uno encantadores, superserviciales, el equipo de Rock Royalty un 10, hicieron de nuestra estancia una verdadera experiencia de descanso, todo el tiempo resolviendo nuestras necesidades y el detalle tan especial del cumpleaños de nuestro hijo, desde la decoración de la habitación, hasta un pastel en la cena de esa noche. Nuestra habitación igualmente genial, la limpieza muy bien y el servicio del todo el equipo en el lago, la reserva de Balinesas increíble y disfrutamos mucho de nuestras comidas en el Beach Club rico y excelente servicio. El equipo del Miniclub y Junior Club genial, gracias de verdad siempre por todos sus detalles y sin duda volveremos.
Siempre un placer estar en las Islas Canarias y disfrutar como toda una familia Rock Star

Estancia placentera totalmente. Limpieza 10/10. Comida excelente, variada y muy bien presentada, atentos con el cliente. Habitación muy espaciosa, con todo lo que necesitas, piscina de agua climatizada y un Spa que vale la pena. Gracias a Alejandro el botones por el recibimiento y toda la ayuda que nos proporcionó. Me ha decepcionado, me esperaba otra cosa. Ni la comida ni las instalaciones y demasiado caro.para mí no vale lo que pagas.

What a fantastic hotel! It is large, Hard Rock boasts with two large buildings, but it is luxurious. It is quite family friendly too! The staff is ready to lend their expertise to answer numerous questions from dining to what one should see while visiting Tenerife.

Excelente atención desde el minuto uno! Yexe de recepción una chica con una calidad humana poco vista hoy en día. La verdad que faltan estrellas para calificar Inmejorable! Sin duda volveremos! Gracias

Let’s get straight to the point - this is a great hotel. Incredibly well geared to families with plenty of activities for children but also a generally great standard of family-friendly service. We were all-inclusive and never left disappointed by the range of food and drink we were able to enjoy.

The rooms and the overall facilities are excellent. Sinks in bedrooms are an odd design choice but other than that, you will find beds very comfortable and facilities pretty good. The sofa beds when in sofa format are tired and uncomfortable and need upgrading. Housekeeping is absolutely impeccable, amongst the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel at this level. The stench of dirty water coming up the drains in the showers is quite unpleasant and could be easily fixed.

We were on the first floor and enjoyed a huge balcony, but disappointingly were dogged by cigarette ends, ash, banana skins and other rubbish being thrown from an upper floor. This continued throughout the stay despite reporting it on our second day. Balcony floors need to be cleaned daily if this is a problem the hotel cannot fix.

Food is very impressive, either in the buffet or in one of the three specialist restaurants. Narumi was exceptional. Breakfast can be a bit of a zoo around 10am but the hospitality is still first class. Huge range of choices for dinner. The Beach Club restaurant for lunch is a stunning setting with a decent menu and again, outstanding service.

The pools are very welcoming and feel safe and well-maintained. A large number of sun loungers are damaged which is unforgivable at this price level. The poolside drinks service can be hit and miss, which is surprising because at dinner it is faultless. Towel provision is excellent. There are some private jacuzzis at the lagoon pool which look lovely but at €100 per adult, are absurdly expensive. They were unused throughout our entire stay - odd that the hotel doesn’t reduce the price to boost usage.

The entertainment was an odd mix. Some evenings there were very good solo singers and guitarists in the lobby. At other times it felt like Phoenix Nights. The “cabaret singer” at The 16th on our last night was excruciating. A hotel built on a serious music theme should have first class entertainment from decent artists.

The on-site “Rock Shop” was an incredible disappointment. It doesn’t sell hats or caps (why?) and the range of sizes was poor. We would have happily spent money on clothes for our young children but the availability beyond “medium” was hopeless. A very silly missed opportunity for the hotel.

Nonetheless we had a great fortnight here and would certainly return in the future. It would be good, though, to see some of these minor frustrations resolved when we do come back.

Hotel con todas las comodidades para darse un capricho en vacaciones. No es barato pero la experiencia mereció la pena.

Treat yourself, book this hotel. Great service, the staff in every area of the hotel go out of their way to help. The hotel is kept spotless. The food is great, rooms are very comfortable and to top it all off loads of great music.

Mi marido y yo estuvimos el mes pasado de luna de miel. Estuvimos genial todos los días. Nos gustaría destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal y agradecer en especial a José de Guest service por el detalle que tuvo con nosotros al saber que estábamos de luna de miel. Tanto la comida, como la habitación, restaurantes, piscinas, bares, spa, todo fue genial. Ojalá poder volver muy pronto, porque repetiremos sin dudarlo.

I would just like to say I had an amazing time at the hotel. Everything was super clean, amazing food, amazing service. I just wanted to say a special thank you to the young man who was a member of the staff Anaury he was so kind and helpful throughout my stay, make me and my girlfriend feel so comfortable, and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. He made us feel very special and comfortable.

A great place to stay with amazing staff, shout out to dayana & sergio for going that extra mile. 4 stars because couldn't get a reservation in any of the restaurants in the time we were their & reward points are a waste of time.

Por 4º año hemos ido al hotel. Después de la pandemia han cambiado algunas normas, como el valet parking q ya es parking normal y que te cuesta, cosa que antes no. Pero al quejarnos nos lo dieron gratis sería porque llevábamos tiempo yendo.

A mi hijo lo q más le gusta es el kids club son encantadores y están muy pendientes de ellos sobre todo Carolina que es una chica excepcional.

Es un placer estar en la piscina y poder tomarte una cerveza o un refresco en la zona de hamacas, es un hotel que recomiendo siempre a mis amigos y al cual volveré aunque ahora han cambiado algunas normas que quizás no gustan tanto como las balinesas con cargo. El personal siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Ha sido un placer estar y volveremos el año q viene.

This is a beautiful hotel I definitely will be back no doubt like my luxury it's what I'm used to and you get that here it's definitely my kind of place love love love it going back in February for my golden wedding anniversary unfortunately without my husband lost him this march going with my son and daughter in law

Had an amazing time here, staff extremely friendly and helpful, made you feel like you were the only people there, rooms were spotless and food was really nice. Will definitely be back.

Genial para no salir del hotel. Tiene varios restaurantes de diferentes tipos de cocina, una piscina solo para adultos con bar húmedo, donde sirven en la piscina snacks y puedes comer en la terraza. La decoración genial y pequeños detalles que hacen del hotel algo muy curioso, como altavoces bajo que agua, que permiten escuchar música mientras te sumerges. Muy recomendable.

Un Gran Hotel dónde dispondrá de todas las necesidades para disfrutar de unas grandes vacaciones, 3 piscinas, una pequeña playa, buenos restaurantes, muchas actividades relacionadas con la música.
Tener en cuenta que está en un pequeño paraje turístico hotelero.

Magnífico. Su categoría de 5 estrellas está presente en cada detalle. Ideal si vas en pareja (muchas oportunidades de momentos románticos), como si vas con familia (tienen un Kid's Club genial). Muy recomendable

L'hôtel à l'air très chic et la décoration est en rapport avec la musique (des guitares, des tableaux, des habits ayants appartenus à des célébrités. Je suis juste allé visité mais n'y ai pas séjourné. En tout cas c'est très joli et très propre.

Le daba de entre 3 y 4 de puntuación porque tal vez no podría ser objetivo pues trabajo ahí en este momento y tienen que mejorar cosas tanto internas como externas. Pero en general es muy buen hotel y con gente 10 que le atenderá muy bien.

Excelente hotel. Tiene Parking, múltiples piscinas, ambiente animado siempre, instalaciones de calidad y un servicio exquisito.
Lo único que le puedo regañar es que no ofrezcan descuento para ir al Hard Rock Café.

Fantastic hotel. The swimming pools are great and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equiped and designed.

Let's not forget the breakfast. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts so far I had. I travel a lot, so this says it all.

Nice hotel and rooms but Over priced and under maintained for a 5 star hotel stayed in better 4 star hotels.

Location isint the greatest taxis required to venture out most places averaging 17 euro each way couple of bars on the street and supermarket which are handy (stock up)

poor entertainment mabi just not our cuppa tea. Dinners and breakfast are good tho. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ideal if you can spare a few ££k and not miss it and want to go some where and do nothing but relax.

Cool experience. You can also borrow a guitar to play in your room (but have to give a deposit of €1000 which you get back once you return it). Amazing view and pool. One night was €200 but for hard rock lovers it is worth it. They also have a buffet (35 euros per person) where you can eat whatever you want). Also another 3 restaurants plus the Hard Rock Cafe one. You can also give your room details and they park your car for you in their own parking lot at the hotel.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Excellent choice of food. Breakfast al fresco came with a guitarist every other day who was great. Good room with comfy king size bed.
