El personal grosero casi totalmente desagradable evita este lugar a toda costa, barman increíblemente agresivo. Le daría a este lugar cero estrellas si hubiera una opción.

Mi sobrino y su pareja ya estaban sentados y yo, mi marido y mi hermano decidimos unirnos a ellos.
Vimos que una mesa estaba vacía con un cartel de reserva, así que cortésmente le pregunté a la señora detrás de la barra si podíamos pasar a esta mesa, ella respondió "no hay problema, debería estar bien, solo lo comprobaré". Me volví hacia mi esposo y luego el hombre detrás de la barra decidió gritarme "TÚ NO HACES LAS REGLAS, LA MUJER TAMPOCO" luego comenzó a hacer muecas y a negar con la cabeza.
Me disgustó absolutamente que me hablaran de esa manera tan agresiva.
Así que pensé en decirle algo de lo que pienso en silencio.
Nadie debería sentirse amenazado y degradado en un bar lleno de gente.yo o la camarera. Habla con personas como quieres que te hablen.
Si la gerencia está leyendo esto, entonces se le debería decir a este hombre que deje la hospitalidad y tome lecciones sobre cómo ser un buen ser humano.
Un día necesitarás gente que te cuide.y tal vez sean esas personas que amablemente te pidieron si podían sentarse a tomar una copa con sus seres queridos en unas merecidas vacaciones.

¡Servicio antipático y cócteles preparados previamente!

Nunca escribo malas críticas, ya que yo también trabajé en hostelería durante años. Sin embargo, este fue probablemente el peor servicio que jamás haya experimentado.

Subimos al bar para pedir, no nos saludaron y la señora que trabajaba estaba enviando mensajes de texto a su teléfono. Mi pareja empezó a pensar que tal vez ella en realidad no trabaja en el bar, así que cortésmente le pregunta: "Lo siento, ¿trabajas aquí? ", a lo que ella responde con un sí. Como si fuéramos estúpidos. No "hola, ¿qué puedo ofrecerte? ".

Luego preguntamos si podíamos pedir algunos cócteles helados. A lo que ella respondió "no hacemos cócteles helados", ¿es extraño porque vimos a otras personas bebiéndolos? Así que pedimos algunos normales. Luego sacaron de la nevera una jarra de cóctel preparado, la vertieron en un vaso y nos cobraron 9,80€ por cóctel. No es así como deberías preparar cócteles y sabían horrible.

Entiendo que hay días estresantes en la hostelería, sé que puede ser difícil. ¡Pero ni una sola vez en mi vida me desquitaría con un cliente! Si no quieres atender a la gente, no deberías trabajar en un bar.

Paramos allí para tomar algo y ver el partido. Las bebidas estaban bien, pero más caras que los bares de los alrededores. El bar está en una buena ubicación, pero nos mudamos a otro bar para terminar el juego porque no podían encender el sonido y el televisor se congelaba. Para ser justos, no anuncian que son un bar deportivo.

Un paseo nocturno por la calle incluía necesariamente primero una cena ligera y luego un refrigerio. El Harrys Bar atrae sin duda a los visitantes por su nombre. Y el ambiente es de primera.

Bar decente en una ubicación concurrida con vista a la avenida principal de Las Américas.

Nos quedamos a tomar unos cócteles y una shisha. Los cócteles son decentes, aunque un poco aguados, pero son iguales en casi todos los lugares que encontramos.

El personal fue excelente, buen servicio y feliz de charlar y contribuir a la velada en lugar de simplemente estar allí para servir bebidas.

Felizmente vuelvo, lo disfruté mucho.

Patético lugar. Camarera mal educada sin respeto al Cliente. Nos levantaron de una mesa argumentando que estaba reservada y contestando sin ninguna educación. Muchos años en Tenerife. No volveremos a este lugar. No recomendable precio y trato.

Quick service in the heart of Playa de Las Americas - cocktails were mediocre and price was average but location is great

Always been our favourite place for a cocktail and we go Harry's every year. But this year sadly it was awful. Prices gone up and the quality of the cocktails were disgusting. The comparison from last year to this year is stark. My advice would be to spend your money elsewhere. Tanyos or Breeze Inn both excellent and now head a shoulders above Harrys

Sat at table for a while, no one came to take our order. Went to bar and was totally ignored. So we left! Very ignorant. Not that many people in either.

Great location, quite rude staff. Little pricey but that comes with the location. Table service would be good as plenty of staff walking round to clear the table just not service you.

Have been using Harry’s for pre dinner drinks for years. Unfortunately will not use again. Always pricey but still enjoyed this bar before.
All the tables had reserved, most for 7.30 it was only 5.30 so ordered drink and sat at table
Very rude staff asked us to move, as they started moving tables about for large parties later in the evening.
We just stood there with drinks in hand and we’re completely ignored. Other people drinking were laughing at how rude the staff were.
I would give zero review if possible
Plenty of good bars around a lot cheaper as others have said on here.
I suppose owner will give the standard response “thank you for feedback”
But nothing will change

Mint bar and ace atmosphere, with a very contemporary vibe. Not the cheapest for drinks however and is located in the more commercial part of Las Americas. That said a go to bar and have been here on previous holidays.

Great cocktails and atmosphere. Gets busy and they have the quite frankly obsurd thing going on with 'reserved' on tables. They are not actually but can be hit and must if they will release a table for you.

Nothing special at all, not a good location not good service extortionate prices for drinks, never again and warned others at the hotel. Just along the way is Aberdeen steak house. Cheap booze, great very friendly service, sea views and good background music

Must visit place if you're holidaying in los Christianos or las Americas. Great cocktails and a terrace which looks onto the magnificent fountains and light show.

Drinks are nice, and if you get a table on the balcony it’s a lovely setting. But there are no prices on the menu which is a bit odd, and when the bill came the cocktails are 1-2 euro more expensive than the other bars in the area. Not sure I would visit again for that reason

Un bar cutre, sin precios en la carta, camareros bordes y prepotentes, la sorpresa llega cuando te traen la cuenta, ya que no tienen ningún precio en la carta. No volveré a ir nunca.

Went for granddaughters nineteenth birthday drinks, our ages ranged from 12 - 67 and everyone enjoyed themselves, right in the heart of things, no issues and easy for a taxi home

Great position and lovely cocktails.be prepared to pay double the price over everywhere else but they are double the taste

Week beer selection, but amazing views from the terrace. They have a television where they normally display soccer games. The cocktails were good, but definitely the views are what will make you come back. They don't serve the typical Spanish tapas, but you can ask for peanuts or olives with your drinks. There are many nice restaurants around and a shopping area with stores like Levi's, Timberland, etc.

Pro tip: The fountain is started at dusk with a music and lights show.

Great place if you want to spend €14 on a half, overrated in every sense for me. Staff were very friendly I must say.

Nice bar, in a cool location. You can watch all kinds of sports. The waiters are super friendly and tried hard.
Drink beer, wine or shots but please no cocktails.
So far it would be almost a recommendation. But the aggressive boss woman knows how to kill the mood

Very quick service, very nice cocktails. Overall one of the most competent bars in the area. Nice view of the fountain too.

Hemos tomado unas copas en este bar, x llamarlo de alguna forma. Llevábamos niños x accidente derramamos una copa. La limpiaron y no nos ofrecieron reponerla ni tomar nada más. Al final, al pedir la cuenta la sorpresa q la pasaron en factura. 9 euros! Salía la copa. Ya saliendo nos ofrecieron reponerla. Un detalle muy feo de no hacerlo a tiempo. Los camareros, entiendo q x orden de su encargado q no dio la cara intentaron solventar el problema. En fin. NO LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE VENIR AQUÍ. Nosotros x lo menos no vendremos mas.

Excellent music, with really good atmosphere, the prices are very competitive. At the end of the day you are in the Golden Mile not in the cheap £ a pint happy our shoppers bar.

Just been served by the rudest waiter I’ve had the displeasure to meet. Lovely bar, such a shame about the staff.

Couldn't sit at the front because seats had been reserved for 9pm although it was only 7.50. Beer was expensive. Service OK. Location good. Shame we couldn't sit and enjoy as we probably would have stopped longer. The tall bar stools outside are very wonky. Needed to get another one from inside to sit safely.
