HG Lomo Blanco Apartments

I have been staying in lomo Blanco for over 25 years and it's just improved with age never had a bad stay.
Look forward to another 25, can be hard to book so popular.

In a lovely destination, staff are lovely, polite & very helpful. Would defiantly stay here again. 5 minute walk from the beach, shops, restaurants & bars.

A pretty basic hotel but comfortable, the staff were great, really friendly. The downside was, it is situated in a really hilly area, which wasn't great, but for two euros you could take a taxi down to the harbour, or the strip where all the restaurants are.

Regardless of it being a 2 star hotel, there were a few things that actually disappointed me with this hotel: the WIFI wasn’t for free (which it should be in 2022), the hotel was extremely loud, either because the cleaning staff started cleaning a room next to ours at 7am or because other hotel guests were partying outside until late. Half of the appliances in the room didn’t work (blowdryer, toaster and one side of the stove). If you’re looking for a cheap place to stay and haven’t for much expectation toward your accommodation, this is the right place to stay.

Nicely located apartments we've been to a few times. Rooms getting a wee bit tired. Breakfast very good. Pools freezing beyond belief. One real complaint was prices at pool bar. Totally ridiculously expensive. To finish on positive note all staff are excellent.

Was good, didnt really use the services due to having a gluten free family member with us, enjoyed it tho, Got concussion towards the mid point

Good location, lovely complex, very friendly bar staff, lovely clean pool and surrounding areas. Our apartment in block B had beautiful sea views, but could do with a little updating.

Lover it staff and people staying there was lovely and friendly everyone was very pleasant and happy would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here in 2019 we loved it fantastic spot and staff was going to go again but covid ruined it.we loved our apartment and was wondering if we booked here again could we get the same apartment if nobody was already given it

Amazing lovely apartments, staff so friendly and helpfull, rooms have everything and well laid out newly decorated. Easy to walk to everywhere. Been there many many times and will be there again after covid

Nice hotel in a good location. The whole complex is kept exceptionally clean and the staff are very friendly. We staying in a 2 bed apartment that had recently been refurbished, had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

Nice quiet complex, room newly refurbished. One small issue.only one mirror and I was in bathroom.usually one in bedroom. Apart from that, fab

So I recently stayed at this hotel for the last 2 weeks. What can I say, the hotel it’s self is lovely and the pool area and parts of it are lovely and clean. Now I was in one of the rooms (125) and it was not what I would accept for a nice looking hotel. The rooms were, dated, dirty, walls covered in marks and dirt, bathroom dusty and shower curtain mouldy. We only had our towels changed 3 times we were there which is not good. Over all it was nice but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 in un appartamento vista piscina grande e ci siamo trovati molto bene. 3 piscine, possibilità di fare colazione o mangiare al ristorante. Con 8 euro colazione internazionale a buffet. Bar a bordo piscina. Il mercoledì sera grigliata a buffet a 13 euro e il venerdì paella a 5. A sere alternate animazione di musica e karaoke, gentile e attento lo staff. Pulito. Non vicinissimo alla spiaggia ma ci si arriva con due scalinate a piedi. Lo consiglio

Nice laid out area. Pool attended was very observant. Flats of an acceptable standard. Staff maintaing the property to a good standard. All staff friendly and approachable. Good for families.

I wouldn't say hate the place just wish the rooms were cleaned more often and fresh towels and bedding didn't have to last you days

I stayed at the HG lomo Blanco it was great the rooms where so clean the staff where very helpful but the only thing there is no air conditioning apart from that everything was amazing would definitely recommend a stay

La struttura si presenta molto bene, assai grazioso il curatissimo giardino e le piscine, la vicinanza alle spiaggie e ai negozi principali, la rendono inoltre una scelta vincente. Gli appartamentini sono strutturati in due blocchi principali, il blocco A e il blocco B, Noi abbiamo pernottato per il secondo anno nel blocco B, in un appartamentino con un incantevole vista sull' oceano peccato che presentava la stessa obsolescenza riscontrata nel lontano 2017, quando ci dissero che tutto il blocco doveva essere ritrutturato! In realta' in due anni non hanno ristrutturato un bel niente. La cucina cosi' come allora e' rimasta inservibile in quanto le piastre elettriche non raggiungevano la massima temperatura, uno dei due letti/materassi presentava lo stesso avvallamento riscontrato nel 2017. Come se non bastasse tutto cio' i prezzi sono anche sensibilmente lievitati.
Do' 3 stelle solo per la vista, la location e lo staff che ha egregiamente supportato le Ns.richieste, per il resto abbiamo riscontrato gravi carenze per quanto inerente la pulizia (le lenzuola erano macchiate) e la posateria fornita. Inoltre cone se non bastasse ci hanno lasciato con l' ascensore guasto per ben 3 giorni.

Lovely apartment just right for a couple. Staff very pleasant and courteous. The staff worked very hard. No complaints about Lomo Blanco would go back there next year

Lovely setting very clean rooms friendly staff but no air-conditioning. The room was very hot in arrival looked around for a fan but none so went to reception where we were required to pay for the hire and carry it to our room. Also had to pay for safe key fare enough to ensure you hand key back but they kept fourteen Euros for the privilege. Felt ripped off as you were warned to keep doors and windows locked.

The place looks nice but the reception staff is not nice and patronizing. I'm glad that I only stayed for one night. The room was pretty but no free Wi-Fi lol and no free safe. A lot of families with children so family friendly but not only for only adults. 3 stars for the interior design.

We as a family love here for our holidays we have stayed here 4 times, only thing was that the apartment did have ants, we reported it and maintenance tried their best to sort the problem.

Great place to stay, rooms a little tired and need some updating. Go half board the value for your money is excellent the food is outstanding especially the evening meal with great variety.
The pool attendant is my favourite here, he never stops keeping the pool area clean and organised. All beds perfectly lined up with umbrellas down when not in use. He really does try and help everyone. He’s the marmite of pool attendants and I absolutely love him. He’s ace.

The reviewer who mentioned the rooms being dated I really cannot understand as they have been refitted in the last few years and ours was in excellent condition!

Lovely accommodation. Very clean rooms with friendly staff. Pool attendant is a bit over the top. Bit of a seargant major but wouldnt put u off. Get a good laugh watching him lineing up the sunbeds.

Bang on, clean & tidy, rooms are ok too, ok location to close to front so quiet @ night. Been twice now so cant be bad

Second visit in ten years. Place is always clean and tidy. Staff are polite. Gardens are beautiful. Pool area tidy and water was just right temperature for swimming. Apartments are nice size and comfortable. Great TV reception. Apartments are nicely decorated. Couldnt ask for anything more.

Not very nice place at all, staff are rather ignorant and unhelpful, don't get me wrong the place itself was lovely & clean apart from out room which was cleaned once in the 5 days we was there, and we had to complain about to get it cleaned! Definatly wouldn't return back to this hotel!

Second time stopping here is central to bother the old town and the new town so everywhere is walking distance. Will be back again

Great place to stay for a holiday, we booked through jet2 & I must say cleaners round 5/7, with fresh towels. The grounds were kept spotless. The restaurant food was excellent, the bar was busy at happy hour.
Would definitely recommend a visit.

Great location. Very nice complex and the staff are great. The rooms need a bit of tlc and up grading.

Staff is amazing, very friendly! Our apartment was very new, modern and had a good space. The garden, flowers and trees are lovely. The only thing that was not that good is the cleaning, it left something to be desired, mainly the toilet!
