Si necesitas ver a un fisio mientras estás en Tenerife, te recomiendo encarecidamente que veas a Anaida aquí. He tenido el mismo problema de espalda durante varios años y tuve una recaída mientras estaba de vacaciones. Lo que tardó 10 días en sanar la última vez parece que se curó mucho más rápido después de estas 2 sesiones. Precios justos y servicio realmente amable. Muchas gracias.

Por lo general, no soy la persona que escribe reseñas, pero creo que haría mal este masaje (si es que se le puede llamar masaje) si no permitiera una reseña estelar.
Este fue, con diferencia, el mejor tratamiento que he recibido en mi vida. Lo reservé dos veces en 4 días solo porque fue una experiencia trascendental. Durante el masaje me dolieron algunos puntos, pero inmediatamente después me sentí como un recién nacido; no recuerdo la última vez que no sentí ningún problema en mi cuerpo.
Se lo recomendé a mis amigos del voleibol y todos quedaron fascinados.
¡El mejor dinero gastado en esta isla!
Sólo puedo recomendar el masaje de cuerpo completo de 1 hora y 15 minutos si quieres volver a experimentar la vida en su máxima expresión.

¡El MEJOR tratamiento que he tenido hasta ahora! ¡No puedo enfatizar lo increíble que fue Aneira! Soy un artista de circo especializado en fotografía aérea, por lo que someto a mi cuerpo a muchas cosas la mayoría de los días y he gastado mucho dinero durante los últimos 3 años tratando de curar mi lesión en la parte baja de la espalda y los glúteos sin éxito. Aneira es la primera persona que diagnosticó mi lesión y después de un tratamiento, ¡mi dolor desapareció casi por completo! Hizo liberación miofascial, punción gatillo y punción seca, pero su técnica y comprensión de los músculos y ligamentos eran una locura. ¡Nunca había visto a alguien identificar y tratar perfectamente con alivio de inmediato como Aneira! Ella también hizo todo lo posible, mostrándome imágenes de los ligamentos y músculos para que pudiera comprender mejor lo que estaba sucediendo en mi cuerpo y dándome ejercicios para ayudarme una vez en casa. No sentí ningún dolor durante el tratamiento, pero pude sentir que ella realmente estaba apuntando a todas las áreas que estaban causando la lesión y sentí un alivio inmediato. Si viviera en Tenerife la vería semanalmente, una lesión crónica que estaba afectando mi vida diaria y mi carrera. ¡Ella realmente es una maga! Gracias Aneira!

Extremadamente profesional y uno de los mejores tratamientos que he tenido (y he tenido muchos, en varios países, durante los últimos 20 años). Es raro que te trate alguien que sea a la vez masajista y osteópata. Tan pronto como puso sus manos en mí, supe que estaba en buenas manos. Es una pena no haber encontrado este lugar antes en las vacaciones, pero sin duda volveré a visitarlo si estoy en Tenerife nuevamente.

A friend of mine recomended this place to me, because I'm having problems with my cervical spine, lower back and I also have a carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists. Stayed on Tenerife for twoo weeks.so I made the 1st appointment for the back and neck massage. Ander did a great job! It was very helpfull. My neck was immediately better.and still is (after more than a week after returning home).
I've made the second appointment. Since my lower back was killing me when I was walking, Josama showed me some stretching excercises that I'm now doing at home. It helps a lot! My last appointment was another back massage with Ander.and since my lower back was still stuborn, besides the massage, Ander did the acupuncture and taping. The most releiving thing ever!
All the staff is extreemly proffessional and kind! I will deffinately return on my next vacations on Tenerife! Recommending this place to everyone!

Well what can I say other than that I was coming to the end of a 8 day holiday in Tenerife and while on the beach most days I was approached by guy’s offering massage therapy on the beach, but I opted to pop into Hit global for a massage and all I can say it was an amazing experience the massage I received from Ander was by far the best massage I’ve ever had he went a little over time to ensure he got every little knot.

I’ll definitely be returning here next time I’m in Tenerife

I booked in with lower back pain and a stiff neck. I paid 40 euro for a half an hour deep tissue massage and it was well worth the money. The guy who done my massage was very thorough and professional. I feel so much better after it. He also gave me very good advice in regards to why I may be getting the lower back pain which was extremely useful. Would 100% recommend!

I had the full body massage with Eva, including osteopathy and acupuncture. This was a brilliant treatment and I felt, walked and moved so much better afterwards. They gave me very good advice to improve my health and wellness. I would highly recommend them, and it was great value for money. Treat yourself, you deserve it. I will definitely have another if I'm in Tenerife again.

I went to HIT Global for sport massage twice during my cycling holidays in Tenerife. It was the best sport massage I ever had and I had " few" of them.

I can only recommend that place for their expertise.

I will be back if I return to Tenerife for cycling.
