He ido de excursión ,ha sido el atendimiento muy bien y muy amables ,merece la pena repetir, la monitoria es una niña encantadora,servicial y amable con todos y se nota que le gusta su trabajo y estar con los animales,Genial para volver a repetir.GRACIAS

Desde que está en este club, el cambio en mi hija ha sido espectacular.Los monitores están muy atentos, además de trabajar la confianza en si misma y la técnica .
El trato hacia los caballos es muy bueno , están muy bien atendidos .Lo recomiendo

Pues me ha sabido a poco,compré un grupon de paseo a caballo en pareja de 1 hora con con cava y bombones y el paseo fue de menos de 1 hora ni habia cava ni bombones,SI ES VERDAD QUE EL PASEO FUE AGRADABLE Y EL TRATO DEL PERSONAL FUE BUENO.

¡nos lo pasamos muy bien! Los caballos eran muy dulces y la guía era divertida y tenía muchas historias divertidas que contar sobre los caballos.

Tuve la misma experiencia que Carmen que leí en estas reseñas. Excepto que mi caída fue muy fuerte y corrí el riesgo de morir. Intenté demandar a la escuela de equitación pero fue imposible, se protegieron sabiendo su inexperiencia y el riesgo que podían causar a las personas. Terminé en urgencias y nadie me llamó siquiera para saber si estaba vivo. Tuve daño permanente. La peor experiencia de mi vida. Física y humanamente. Esta escuela de equitación debe ser profundamente avergonzada y cerrada para no dañar la vida de los demás.

Un sitio genial, de los pocos que quedan en Telde exento de construcciones. Parece que estás en otra isla, hay un ambiente genial para los más peques.

Mi marido y yo fuimos de excursión a la playa. Fue realmente una experiencia agradable. Mi marido es principiante total y yo tengo un nivel de equitación intermedio. Ambos tenemos caballos encantadores y a juego. El instructor de equitación Sole fue una guía muy agradable. Antes de emprender el recorrido, nos dieron instrucciones básicas sobre el curso de equitación para familiarizarnos con los caballos.
También me hubiera gustado asistir al recorrido por la montaña. Lamentablemente me enfermé. La cancelación no fue ningún problema. En total recomendamos claramente la experiencia de montar a caballo.

Llamas en su horario de apertura para ver si pueden resolverte algunas dudas lo coge una chica y textualmente dice "estoy en un concurso" y te cuelga directamente sin dejarte decir nada. Teniendo un negocio si se está ocupado con otra cosa en el horario laboral se deja a otra persona atendiendo o se explica de buenas formas una hora a la que se pueda intentar llamar de nuevo.

Súper profesionales, los caballos súper bien atendidos y las clases un 10, si vas a concursar para mi sin duda los mejores

Desde la primera toma de contacto con Mariasole por teléfono y luego por WhatsApp, hasta llegar al lugar.
Los caballos están muy muy bien atendidos y todo bien limpio.
Salimos a pasear 1 hora por alrededor.
Me tocó "Farruko" y a mi pareja "Chula".
Enrique el monitor ¡es un MÁQUINA, simpático, paciente y agradable. La verdad que se nota el amor que muestra por los caballos y por su trabajo.
Recomendable la experiencia 100%.

It was always my dream to ride a horse. Thanks to you it became a true The instructor was really nice. She was patient and she explained everything very well. We really enjoyed it. I recommend 100%. For our first time one hour of riding was enough but next time I’ll definitely choose 2 hours of ride. ️ Thank you again!

We (3 girls from Germany) booked a 2 hours beach tour with Horse Riding Canarias in February 2023. We visit Gran Canaria regularly and normally we went horse riding in another stable in the south.
Previously we have contacted the responsible and explained that we have riding experience because we have our own western horse at home. So we could go on the beach tour.
The horses and the persons made a good impression, that’s why we choose this stable. The landscape is breath-taking and the tour seemed to be good. We had also nice trot and gallop sequences on the trip. But after one hour our accident happened on the beach: The tour guide (sadly often on his cell phone) said we should watch the stones by galloping and want us to ride side by side instead of one after each other this time. In consequence the horses made a challenge of this gallop and were unstoppable in the end of the beach. We crashed and two of us fell down. We noticed that the horses wanted back to the stable, but after a fall on a stony ground you have other problems then catch the horses. The guid seemed helpless to bring back the horses by himself.
In the end only one of us can go home by horse. A car collects the others from the road. The guide even excused and said that something like this never happened to him. But after all these years riding in Germany and on the island anything like this never ever happened to us. We never paid in advance and after such an incident we had no option to get a part of our money back.
To summarize we paid for horse riding but the two horses, which were running back home, were caught by girls from the stable and they rode home instead of us. Luckily nothing serious happened to us besides bumps and bruises. So we had a nice trip for an hour, but not for two hours as we have paid for. In general, the guide has to be more professional and in the position to realize dangerous situations for example a challenge on a stony beach and should have the skills to bring back the horses to the tourists or to train them to stay next to the others in such incidents. What a shame!

From beach rides to jumping in the arena this is the best place you will ever ride at for sure! All 44 horses are very well looked after and the stabels are really tidy. Soli (the owner) has 2 arenas one for jumping and one for flatwork and they are really beutifully layed out! Highly recomend this place for all levels of riders! The staff and Soli always have a smile on their face and they are always ready to help you out!

We did the 2h mountain tour, which was a really nice tour. We both were riding for the first time and it went quite well, after a bit of training I felt comfortable, my horse was really calm and good to ride so a good choice for me as a beginner.
I can definitely recommend this tour as also the place in the mountains we went to was really nice and we had a beautiful view.

Why only 3 stars? Well, we felt a bit left alone: when we came there was no one who gave us a warm welcome, explained us as beginners something about the horses, eg how they are kept, how they are trained, how old they are, how the equipment works, etc. During the ride we were accompanied by a guy who was during the ride just looking into his smartphone - while he was riding.

So all in all: the tour is good and I felt safe, but they should improve their abilities as guest hosts a bit.

I was on the mountain tour on march 25th and it was just a great experience. The two hours were over far too quickly

Première et dernière fois que je vais là-bas. Le personnel n’est pas du tout accueillant. Nous avons payé pour une promenade de 2h à la plage mais finalement la personne qui s’occupait de nous, nous a proposé de faire seulement 1h près du centre équestre et que nous nous ferions remboursé la moitié par le responsable. C’était au début du mois de février et on attend toujours le remboursement…
Mise à part ça, les chevaux étaient super!

The Beachtour was an unique and amazing experience with an unbelievable view! I really enjoyed it. The guide was very, very nice and the horses were wonderful! I can only recommend it and I'm sure that I would go back there anytime.

Excelente paseo. Profesionalismo. La yegua que me han dado, creo recordar que se llamaba Mabma, estuvo maravillosa. Una excelente experiencia. Cuando vuela a la isla haré el paseo por la montaña. La atención de Sole ha sido espectacular. Sin duda recomendable.

Gran experiencia montando a caballo por una ruta alrededor de la costa y pasando por playas y pueblos marineros, muy recomendable. Muy buena atención al cliente, trato muy cercano. Y por supuesto, los caballos bien cuidados y las instalaciones limpias. Se respira el amor por los caballos!

Precioso lugar los caballos una maravilla los monitores con mucha experiencia yo tenía terror a los caballos X una mala experiencia ellos me ayudaron y en mi primera clase pude sentirme seguro y ya quiero repetir. Gracias x ayudarme
