Hostal Pensión Neón

Excelente lugar! Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa al llevar y ver la habitación tan bonita, reservamos un poco tarde y no sabíamos bien cómo sería.
Pasamos algo de frío porque se les olvidó las mantas pero la atención fue muy buena

No le di 5 estrellas por 2 razones, una porque desafortunadamente no hay ascensor para llegar a tu habitación y como estábamos en el 3er piso con nuestras maletas, nos costó un poco. La segunda razón es que la taza del inodoro tiene espacio suficiente para una persona delgada, unos 20 cm.además me hubieran ayudado. En general, todo estaba limpio y cómodo, cerca del aeropuerto y del puerto.

Excelente lugar estratégico para dar la vuelta a toda la isla. No dejes que el estacionamiento debajo de la casa te asuste, el lugar está muy bien cuidado, todo renovado y fragante, con un personal extremadamente servicial.

No tuve el placer de hospedarme aquí, pero sin duda la gran comprensión que han tenido conmigo al otorgarme la cancelación gratuita, debido al terrible incendio que ocurre en la isla y en mi zona, es digno de aplaudir. Muchas gracias, sin duda me quedaré en cuanto pueda.

Hotel molto comodo per la posizione subito all'uscita della autopista. A circa tre kilometri da los cristianos. Le camere sono di due tipologie quelle più economiche sono molto piccole.noi abbiamo scelto la più grande col balcone. Pulizia ottima, cambio asciugamani ogni due gg. Personale gentile e premuroso. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Mentre a los cristianos è un grosso problema.

I've stayed here for 7 nights and can highly recommend the hotel. I even had a room with a balcony. Bed was comfy. Steven makes sure you feel welcome and helps whenever you need something. You have a nice rooftop (I used it for meditation) and in the common area you find a kettle, coffee and tea.

Tanto es así que las últimas veces no pude conseguir habitación. Los dueños son dos hermanos. Jóvenes. Simpáticos. Espero conseguir habitación la próxima vez.

We had an excellent stay, the room was very clean and bright, nicely decorated. On reception was a beautiful young lady called Alison who was very helpful and gave us lots of advice about our stay, bus times, shop times, local knowledge.
We were situated 10 mins from Los Cristiano's by bus which run all the time. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place
Like staying in a Hotel for a fraction of the price.
Easy access to all the resorts, the bus which you catch is 180 meters from the Hostel, they also run through the night.
The Airport bus you catch about 200 meters in front of the hostel.

The town itself has a couple of cafes, we went to the BP Guaza as it catered for Vegetarians and was really nice.

We chose the room with a private bathroom.
The rooms are cleaned each day, if you wish you can put do not disturb.
Excellent free Wi-Fi, we cast our phone to the tv and watched films on poor weather days.
At first we went to the resorts to sunbathe, but then we went on the roof terrace they have sun loungers, which throughout the holiday we had to ourselves as nobody else went up there.
Lovely and quiet all the time we stayed there, if you kept your window open you could hear traffic but that’s what earplugs are for.

And last but not least, a massive thank you to Stephen and his Mum and baby Stephen for making everyone so welcome, you instantly feel part of the family.

Been there in November 2021. The service was very nice and helpful - we could talk with them about almost everything, they've also reccomended some things to do in Tenerife. Also localization is good - it's near the Airport and bigger cities like Los Cristianos or Adeje, so it's a good option for people who can't afford fancy hotels. The room had its own toilet, the cleaning service was coming every day. The hotel's got things like microvave, oven or boiling pot you can use whenever you want. By the way Guaza is a nice place too - it's a really small city, but full of friendly people and good small restaurants and bars, where you can eat good food in a small prize.
I was there during the COVID-19 pandemic, so there was no breakfasts anymore. There was also makeover on the last floor, so during the day it was hard to stay in the room. The rooms aren't 100% like these one in the pictures, you can also hear really well what's going on on the staircase.

Pues un hostal para dormir, hay fácil aparcamiento en los alrededores y el servicio es muy competente, habitaciones limpias y baratas. Ideal si estás de paso.

Very clean rooms and hostel, with a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly and always keen to help. The owner helped us with a car rental, he made us a reservation the same day as we came, at a fair price. Recommended.

I stayed in Neon many times and i can recommend that place more and more to everyone! It's perfect place for your stay- great location, best prices, very clean, elegant and stylish rooms with most comfortable beds ever. The family is friendlly and very wellcoming and makes you feel like home! Very good vibe, possitive energy and nice atmosphere!

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Muy cerca de Los Cristianos, pero es recomendable coger el coche.

Easy to find even with local bus. It is close to the airport. The rooms are correct sized and have a very good and comfortable bed. Bathroom is shared (the one I've picked) but very clean. Cleaning comes every day. Staff is friendly and always keen to help. The owners are amazing people too! Highly recommended

The hostel and the rooms are really comfortable. The commun areas and the rooms are very clean with daily / regular cleaning. The staff is SUPER nice, really welcoming and accommodating.

Cheap basic hostal near airport and Los Cristianos. Free parking in front of hotel, A lot of room have shared bathroom. Room are very basic, but clean.for price apx 20-30 eur u have what u pay:)

Pensión tranquila, familiar y acogedora. Estaría bien tener un fregona en las habitaciones para cuando sales de la ducha poder secar el suelo por lo demás bien
