Hotel Club Atlantis

No lo recomiendo en absoluto , y si tenéis alguna intolerancia ni se os ocurra , mi hija es celiaca y vergonzoso no disponen de ninguna variedad simplemente desayunas magdalenas y, comes filetes , aparte la atención fatal deja mucho que desear que pena de dinero gastado

El restaurante Garden es fantástico para cenar durante el día y la noche. A un precio muy razonable por un excelente servicio y calidad de la comida.
¡La paella mixta fue la mejor de todas!

La piscina está abierta de 7: 00 a 23: 00 horas. Las tumbonas se retiran a las 7: 00 p.m. Cada noche y están disponibles a partir de las 10: 00 a.m. Del día siguiente para permitir la limpieza alrededor de la piscina.
Nunca he tenido problemas para encontrar una tumbona o un espacio para ponerla.

El personal es muy servicial y amable.

Club Atlantis parece ser un hotel para huéspedes privados y turistas. Llegamos a un apartamento para turistas en la planta baja con un niño de 10 años. Recibido con 2 camas individuales y un sofá cama doble. La habitación se sentía bastante segura. Sin embargo, una mañana, alrededor de las 8 a.m, alguien entró en la habitación y cerró rápidamente la puerta. No estaba seguro de si era una criada o alguien más con una llave que había cometido un error.

Elegimos este hotel porque se jacta de tener aire acondicionado, el aire acondicionado era absolutamente terrible y anticuado apenas enfriaba la habitación, lo cual fue decepcionante.

La habitación venía con una cocina de baño semifuncional con todos los utensilios y un área de comedor, que era bastante adecuada, sin embargo, es tan barato comer fuera. Solo usamos la gallina kit para almacenar agua.

Maid limpiaba la habitación todos los días a un gran nivel.

La situación del balcón no era excelente, ya que tenían extraños arcos inclinados, lo que le permitía ver el balcón de todos los demás, por lo que no era muy privado.

La ubicación del hotel es genial. Todo está a poca distancia a pie si eres un caminante.

El personal era amable, el área de la piscina estaba limpia

No hay entretenimiento por la noche y no hay muchos niños alrededor del área de la piscina, incluso durante las vacaciones escolares.

Lo que derribó este hotel para mí fue el aire acondicionado y las reparaciones básicas generales que nuestra habitación necesitaba, como un cabezal de ducha que se dispararía hasta el techo a menos que no se sostuviera. En los 10 días que estuvimos tuvimos unas 5 o 6 cucarachas en la habitación

Llegando desde el aeropuerto desde el sur, coger el autobús 40 y caminar 10 minutos hasta el hotel. Aparcamiento barato (10€ por 1 semana), muy limpio y recepción de primer nivel.
Estamos a 2 minutos andando.

Bien ubicado y asequible.

Seemed like a cracking hotel although my review is from a friend that stayed here and was very happy with everything that was offered.

Habitaciones cómodas, excelente ubicación, personal amable, lo recomiendo encarecidamente.

Parecía un hotel excelente, aunque mi reseña es de un amigo que se hospedó aquí y estaba muy contento con todo lo que se ofrecía.

No aircondition, beds and pillows like rocks. I' ll never go back to room 653.
No shade on the balcony. Sunbedrace at 10 am

Stayed in one of the private bungalows but have full use of the club Atlantis facilities as part of the package. Absolutely horrendous around the pool. The old folk guard the sunbeds like there lives depend on it. It’s awful and you are not welcomed if kids want to play in the pool and make any noise. Avoid at all costs unless 60 and over

Sono stata bene. Non nuovissimo unica cosa danno asciugamani all'appartamento che abbiamo affittato da privati, molto bello peraltro, veramente indecenti, vecchi, macchiati se pur lavati e con anche macchie di ruggine e un solo asciugapiatti per 10 gg, anche le lenzuola piccole veramente scarse. Questo è colpa dell'hotel che gestisce alla signora l'appartamento

Ideally located, walking distance to many bars and restaurants and beaches. There is a very big Mercadona within a few minutes walk up the road which has everything you need. These are mostly privately owned apartments which are rented out to tourists, so the apartment standard can vary from modern to old fashioned. We usually stay at hotels, but we rented a recently refurbished modern apartment which was fabulous.
As one or two others have mentioned, it was a bit annoying to queue for the sunbeds to be unlocked at 10am, but after a few days you just accept it and was not a big deal. The cleaners and maintenance team are up early everyday, cleaning the pool area and painting public areas and do a great job, all the staff were polite and helpful.

The size of the accommodation is nice however the air-conditioning is not working! We booked through on the beach and we were told that there would be air-conditioning, wifi, etc instead hot accommodation and staff not very helpful. We visited Tenerife last year and were not happy with air-conditioning at that hotel. We had chosen different hotel Club Atlantis -who had everything what we wanted in the list. However bedroom - you can hear people talking and walking outside, the bedroom doesn't have any air-conditioning etc Staff not very helpful.

Old structure but well mantained. Excellent position overlooking Puerto Colon and La Pinta beach. The heated swimming pool is a plus.

The staff really seem to know their guests and are friendly every day.
The car park is sufficient for the amount of cars that park here and the gate works very well, easy in and easy out.
The location is perfect you are always already half way there.

Excellent location for bars and restaurants. The only down side was having too queue for the sunbeds to be unlocked at 10am. Some people were placing towels on their spot before 8am and the wait by the sunbeds starts around 9. They were slightly reduced due to covid restrictions but not enough for the amount of apartments. The majority not getting sun on balconies until the afternoon if at all.

A fantastic place to stay with amazing reception staff.
Club Atlantis is continually being updated and maintained, so is always absolutely beautiful.
You have a wonderful view of the three pools and the sea with some spectacular sun sets.

Very clean hotel, room 464 had a brilliant views of both sea and mountains. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
