Hotel Lanzarote Village

Nunca he escrito una reseña pero tengo que hacerlo en esta ocasión. Primera vez en Lanzarote, pero ciertamente no será la última y definitivamente no será la última vez en este encantador hotel. Viajé con un amigo celebrando mi cumpleaños, lo pasamos increíble, el personal fue insuperable, muy servicial y amable. El hotel en sí estaba impecable, la comida era increíble y fresca, la elección fue fantástica, ya estoy planeando mi próxima vez allí Enhorabuena a todo el personal y muchas gracias por mi tarjeta de cumpleaños y mi champán xxxx

No podemos poner ningún pero, ubicación perfecta zona tranquila, el personal del hotel de 10 empezado por la recepción, camareros, personal de limpieza, y en especial a Mamen responsable de cocina zona fría. Un saludo a todo el personal de hotel, gracias por lo agusto que hemos estado.

Buen hotel, muy bien para ser un 4 estrellas, siempre había sitio junto a la piscina, aunque las tumbonas estaban reservadas con toallas. Limpio, tranquilo, la edad media estaba más cerca de los 50-60+ que de los 20. Pero también había familias con niños y parejas jóvenes, pero más bien en minoría. No hay música en la piscina, sólo una hora de aeróbic acuático. La selección de platos fue suficiente, pero nada especial en comparación con otros hoteles con todo incluido. Cerca de la gran playa y del paseo marítimo. Hay 3 bicicletas en el gimnasio, de las cuales sólo 1 es funcional, que es lo único de lo que puedes quejarte.

Gran hotel ordenado. El personal y la comida eran geniales.
Definitivamente regresaría a este hotel.

Como hotel de 4 estrellas lo considero más que satisfactorio, vacaciones tomadas la primera semana de octubre con mucho calor, los camareros son de admirar por su servicio, siempre disponibles y sonrientes, habitación muy amplia con vistas a la piscina y al mar.el baño podría mejorarse, aire acondicionado perfecto, muchas opciones en las comidas, gimnasio dividido en dos salas y uso de la sauna, sala de juegos, cancha de tenis, la piscina y el área circundante no es muy grande pero sí agradable y una alternativa válida.a la playa y al mar

Bonito hotel en una ubicación bastante conveniente.
Empecemos por lo negativo, las habitaciones no están especialmente limpias, bueno las hacen todos los días, pero algunos detalles quedan atrás.
Buffet variado, seguro que encontrarás algo de tu agrado en cada comida. La zona de la piscina es justificadamente caótica durante el día, más tranquila por la noche y después ya no será posible nadar. Hay entretenimiento para los niños en varios momentos del día. La ubicación es bastante conveniente, no está lejos del océano, pero no de la playa, y también está cerca del centro de la ciudad, pero hay que caminar 10 minutos para llegar allí. Desde algunas habitaciones la vista al océano es muy agradable. Personal amable y servicial.

Tuvimos una estancia estupenda con media pensión aquí en mayo. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y ventiladas. La ubicación es buena entre Puerto del Carmen y los pocillos, un agradable paseo en ambos sentidos por la carretera principal. La comida era excelente y fresca. Precios de bebidas razonables.

A great hotel.very clean, attentive and caring staff, social distancing advice etc was in place, large bedroom facing the sea in the "village" part of the hotel; manicured cactus beds throughout the airy campus. One road to cross to large beach. Wide prom to walk in each direction for several kilometres. Ten minute drive to airport. The landing planes could be seen but not affected by noise. We didn't use the buses but plenty on the doorstep it appeared.

Ein sehr schönes, nicht allzu großes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern, alles sehr sauber. Eine Anlage die man gern weiterempfehlen kann.

Good location, near sea, lovely pool, high standard cleanliness. Food very good wide variety buffet. Rooms v spacious and accessible with elevator. Friendly staff and we had a very enjoyable relaxing holiday.

Just got home from a week here and couldn't fault it.
Rooms kept spotlessly clean with new bottled water provides daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely and warm, sun loungers comfy and plenty of space for all. Very high standard throughout the hotel.
Food for myself was great, plenty of meat and fish daily with a lovely salad selection and our Christmas day buffet was amazing. My son doesn't really eat meat and lived on pasta and tomato sauce mostly while there. They did have chips and rice at every sitting in the evening, with occasional burgers etc that he could eat but he was happy enough. My daughter loved the meat and was ecstatic there was ice cream readily available every day. They did do extras at the pool bar during the day (some free like hot dog, burgers and chicken nuggets, some paid for like pizza). Evening entertainment was well varied, games room well stocked. Tennis court in great condition, €2 euros if you don't have your own racket. Deposit for hotel towels if you didn't have your own-seemed a very popular choice by half the guests and good size towels. 2 minute walk from the beach, short walk from shops, 10 minute drive to airport. Room had a pool view, all laid out well.
Would not hesitate to return at all

Alone with my daughter and my son, we are enjoying a 1-week stay. All inclusive formula is so good: nothing to take care of from breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, diner and even drinks! My children like the mini club and shows in the evening. Thank you from a relaxed mummy!

Found the staff very pleasant and rooms very clean. Good was really good I have no negative comments

The room is clean, but the curtain and bed look not so nice. The food is OK. The shower and closestool are a little old. The receptionist looks like she is the owner of the hotel and impatient and impolite to the guests. Nobody tells how to use WIFI and the safetybox when we check in. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and 13Euro to the airport by taxi. The 2 stars are given to the service at the reception. Even a 2-star hotel can offere a better service. Not recommended.

Food ok quite varied, breakfast scrambled eggs unrecognisable and sausages cheap and nasty. No bowls of olives! Clean hotel and good rooms. There's a funny smell outside you get used to. Entertainment weird, a belly dancer leads the kids round the stage in a dance, dad's were happy kids oblivious.

Rather 3 than 4 stars hotel. Clean.
Food Ok, but after few days became boring. In 1,5 happened two or three times, that fruits wasn't fresh and ham has a mouldy taste.
Close to the beach.
We had problems to connect to the open Wi-f in a lobby. So we decided to buy an access.but, no body inform us, that is the access just for one device.so at the end, we spend much more money on Wi-fi, than we planned.

We stayed here for a week. The staff were lovely and friendly.
A few different things in the restaurant could help. Some more vegetables would have been good. Hash browns with breakfast instead of chips. Putting the meat and cheese slices in different places like other hotels is a good idea. That way people don't use the same prongs for both. If you eat both it's fine, buy if you don't, you don't want meat on your cheese.
Rooms were kept clean. Bedding changed every other day, unless you put a sign out.
All in all its a nice place. We would all stay here again.

I stayed here in 1972 on my honeymoon but the amenities were few, I would like to return here in October 2019. I am a single traveller.

Lovely hotel and excellent staff. All inclusive have a wide selection of food and drinks. Beach is literally across the road.

Had an amazing few days away at this hotel. Great friendly staff. Gorgoeus rooms which are well maintained. Food superb totally faultless and excellent entertainment of an evening.

Hotel comodo bien situado con un personal muy amable y unas instalaciones muy majas con un defecto muy importante para el personal español que viene de vacaciones las animadoras no saben nada de español con lo que tienes como me caso con un menor de 6 años y no tiene nada de entretenimiento

Pequeño y acojedor nos gustaron las instalaciones, el buen servicio y la situación adyacente aún paseo paralelo a la playa. Ideal para unas vacaciones tranquilas en las que pasear por las noches sintiendo la brisa, marina. Muy recomendable para mi gusto.

4 estrellas para un hotel de esa categoría. Pero detalles mejorables como WiFi de pago en habitaciones, piscina que cierra a las 18: 00, pago por anticipado al llegar para toda la estancia o unas instalaciones comunes justas para el número de habitaciones disponible. Pero está en el mejor sitio del Puerto del Carmen.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff and great rooms. The buffet was rather simple and not very special.

Superbe. Heureusement qu'il y a l'hôtel parce que l'île n'est que désert. Tout est brûlé et cramé. Nous avons passé des superbes vacances grâce à cet hôtel, leur professionnalisme et surtout un grand merciiiii à Michel pour sa gentillesse et son dévouement. J'espère que ça lui reviendra.
