Hotel Las Dalias

Personal de animación increíble, todos son muy amables y te hacen sentir como en casa. A los niños les encanta la discoteca sin duda lo recomiendo.

Al estar en un barrio de este hotel, ¡es una experiencia horrible! No hay respeto hacia otras personas alrededor. ¡Espectáculos tan ruidosos que gritan a altas horas de la noche todas las noches! ¿Qué pasa con las familias con niños alrededor? ¿Qué pasa con las personas mayores? ¿Qué pasa con las personas que quieren disfrutar de una velada agradable y tranquila? ¿Por qué toda la zona tiene que escuchar gritos de mal gusto hasta las 23.00 horas? Hotel irrespetuoso. Todos los demás están haciendo sus shows hasta las 8-9 pm o durante el día y no tienen un escenario con micrófono para gritar a toda el área. ¡Simplemente ridículo!

Estancia muy agradable y placentera. Buen servicio en general. Personal muy amable. Animación que buenos shows tienen. Que bien baila Dana y Eunice

Gran lugar para quedarse. La comida y el personal son excepcionales. Bebidas no aguadas en absoluto. Entretenimiento fantástico. Realmente amigable y divertido. Definitivamente feliz de recomendar

No se portaron adecuadamente conmigo tras un accidente dentro del recinto.
Todavía estoy esperando una disculpa y el pago del dentista que me solucionó lo del diente.
Decepción total con una compañía de hoteles de ese nivel.

Came 31st dec till 21st Jan still at hotel now.walk through the hotel front door the front desk staff are excellent, been lots of times to this hotel and nothing as changed the staff are very quick and booking sorted out and a lovely welcome by all behind the desk.there the best you can wish for.you go to your room and we were having one with a pool view, spot on very clean.the girls come in every day to clean make beds up clean towels every day. Every morning we make sure all clothes are put a way and make it easy for them.the room is spotless with a bottle of water everyday. Then of to the restaurant. Well I'm not going to pick any of the table staff out.they are all very very good always make you feel special. Always taking plates away always makeing sure you have plenty to to drink k on table.then theres the chiefs and cooks anything g you ask and nearly always get what you ask for.the food is excellent and plenty of it.in a morning I like my sausages cooked down the middle well cooked no problem same with eggs flip over and runny just as I like it spot on.then after the bar staff.cant say enough about them cant pick one out they are all spot on and very good.then theres the bosses treat you like family I love one of them that treat me like her old grandad and that's vanessa shes a lovely young lady a bit posh and I wind her up a bit when I look into her eyes and she gos red but shes the tops done a great job for me booking for September when we come again.this hotel is great.nearly forgot the games and entertainment team are good but the boss of them is no good at fishing beat him everytime. They look after you like a family.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever visited. The pictures and description in the brochure is nothing like it cost me £1600.to move into a proper 4star after slot of trouble it was booked through a company call holiday Gems.really hard work to deal with never again. I would not let my dog stay there it was so run down and dirty.all the tiles in the rooms & around the pool was all broken and sharp.plug sockets with wires hanging out of the wall. Avoid like covid 19

Un trato excelente, un personal de 10 y buena comida, nos dieron un servicio excelente y unos trabajadores muy atentos, deseando repetir.

All inclusive, food was good, pool area good, rooms were sufficient and clean just looking a bit tired however 2020 hotel having a revamp.

Somos una familia asturiana que pasamos una semana en diciembre, lo pasamos genial todo el mundo súper amable, Tatiana, Miguel Ángel, que decir de Paula, Vanessa, recepcionistas, ufff! Todo el personal en general, muchas gracias.

Excelente hotel a todos os níveis! O Único senão é estar um pouco longe da praia. Merece 5 definitivamente!

I asked for a pool view room near the lift, as l have mobility problems, l was given pool view but, it was like a rabbit run to get to the room, the food was naff, l had to ask for food x wait x wait, in the end l lived on chip butties, choice of drinks, yuk, cocktails were disgusting, my husband asked for San Migel, only in non alcoholic, (Er What) l asked for gin x lemonade x was given a tumbler glass, when l asked for a gin glass, they said l couldn’t have one there was gin glasses there behind the bar, the only people deserving anything in this hotel was entertainment staff, l could go on but.never again!

Great 4 star all inclusive hotel for holidaymakers from across the world. Great range of entertainment in the evenings and food quality good and staff are friendly. Sunshine always a bonus for any holiday as there is plenty of it here.

Animation team are excellent food is amazing. Very clean. It does need a revamp which I believe is happening this year. Day time snacks need to be covered as the pigeon fly on the food drinks are fabulous always ask for sminoff etc

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. La nourriture est bonne et très variée. Par contre la piscine chauffée était à peine à 25 degrés. Nous avons passé et vécu une belle expérience et nous y reviendrons.

Amazing all inclusive hotel. Service is blast, extremely clean, the food is simply heavenly. Loved it so much. Highly recommended.

Hotel muy correcto, el buffet muy bueno al igual que la animación mención especial para Franci (socorrista) y Paula (animación) por su atención, un consejo cuiden del turismo nacional igual que al turista extranjero

Excelente.limpieza.servicio y el mejor todo incluido en Tenerife.gracias a todos los empleados que hacen que sea posible y ejemplo para los demas hoteles de la misma linea.

Food is very nice. Quite hotel. But super entertainment. The entertainment team is simply Amazing: skillful, talented, friendly.

Très satisfaite, grand choix aux buffets. Hôtel très propre. Activité pour grands et petits et le soir mini-disco pour les enfants.

Hemos estado una semana de esta navidad y todo estupendo le doy un 10.repetiremos el año próximo.sobre todo una camararera llamada marichu y una bailarina Paula una sevillana majísima. Soy mari carmen del país vasco.saludos
