Hotel Pocillos Playa

Todavía aquí hasta el sábado. El hotel es encantador, excelente ubicación, cerca de todos los restaurantes y bares. La playa está a 2 minutos. Las habitaciones se limpian todos los días y las toallas se cambian cada 2 días. El personal es encantador y amable. El único inconveniente son estos colchones de espuma. o los amas o los odias. la comida está bien, no hay mucha variedad el desayuno es la mejor comida del día las tortillas son deliciosas. las bebidas son buenas, hay mucho para elegir. la piscina estaba climatizada. El entretenimiento es muy pobre, así que salíamos todas las noches. No volvería pero he disfrutado mis vacaciones gracias pocillos playa

Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia aquí. La gente se quejó de la comida, pero disfrutamos cada comida.
Realmente no había ningún entretenimiento por las noches, pero disfrutamos charlando con otras personas.

Pequeño y encantador hotel muy limpio y bien mantenido. La comida siempre caliente y bien presentada limita las opciones, pero debe recordar que este es solo un hotel pequeño y no puede esperar una gran cantidad de opciones. Hay un área de platos calientes en el restaurante donde se cocina carne fresca a pedido, la mayoría de las noches la carne que se ofrece es cerdo, que desafortunadamente no como, así que iba al área de comida preparada y algunas noches la carne que se ofrece en esta área era También carne de cerdo la misma noche, por lo que recomendaría un pequeño cambio en el menú y ofrecer una opción diferente de carne precocinada en el área preparada. Todo el personal es muy amable y trabajador. El entretenimiento nocturno fue una decepción. Estaba ansioso por no tener que pasar la hora de entretenimiento para niños, ya que este es un hotel solo para adultos, el entretenimiento nocturno fue la comparación para enseñar a bailar salsa, lo cual está bien para el entretenimiento nocturno. Una joven encantadora canta todos los martes. Fue muy entretenida, pero desafortunadamente durante el resto de la semana tienes que hacer tu propio entretenimiento con karaoke, lo cual es genial si tienes un buen grupo de personas que se levantan y cantan, pero desafortunadamente esto no. No sucede todas las noches y si nadie canta, el comparador enciende la radio, el comparador debería poder entretener a los invitados. En nuestra última noche pensamos que se había ido temprano a casa porque la radio estaba encendida y no se le veía por ningún lado. Hasta las 11 apareció y dijo buenas noches. Esto no es un entretenimiento nocturno aceptable. Recomendaría darle un trabajo de tiempo completo a la chica que entretiene los martes.

Buena ubicación. Supermercado y playa a sólo 3 minutos andando cuesta abajo. Habitaciones relativamente bonitas y limpias. Las opciones de comida son variadas y la mayoría de las veces encontrarás algo que te guste. Además, la barra de huevos estaba bien administrada y los huevos estaban bien cocidos.
Las damas en el spa fueron muy amables y el masaje fantástico.

Bebidas todo incluido muy débiles. Seguro que no vale la pena el dinero. Aquí la media pensión es más que suficiente. Zona de spa muy anticuada; pintura que se cae de las paredes; El jacuzzi olía mal.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. El socorrista se va a las 6 pero puedes bañarte hasta las 11 de la noche. La gente muy maja, casi todos españoles. El pan con 2 tipos de barras muy ricas, las papas arrugás cremosas, la pasta suele estar deliciosa. El helado muy bueno. Cerveza mahou. Los licores de marca blanca, pagas 1,5 euros por los premiun. Muy tranquilo, pocas habitaciones y sin niños. Muy cerca de una playa excelente

Hola, de vuelta después de una agradable estancia en este hotel, el personal es encantador, con una mención especial para Jennifer.
Las únicas desventajas son el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso e ineficiente y la comida, que es muy común y corriente, no me refiero al talento de los cocineros, que probablemente hacen lo que pueden con productos de baja gama.
Ni siquiera me refiero a los postres poco excitantes entre frutas verdes y helados insípidos.

Lo peor el animador, si hablas español se dá media vuelta porque no entiende, está sólo para huéspedes ingleses. Éramos varios españoles y ni nos hablaba. Animar no animaba mucho, se sentaba en las mesas de la piscina a beber con los ingleses. Algunas recepcionistas tampoco hablaban español, pero por lo menos intentaban ayudar.
Los demás maravillosos, todo el personal de restaurante, bar y limpieza, muy atentos, maravillosos, y siempre intentando que no te preocupes por nada. Sonia de recepción, la mejor, gracias por todo, eres maravillosa.

Una decepción de hotel, en general el hotel esta bien pero deja muchísimo que desear.
Es un hotel orientado a extranjeros, en recepción solo una persona sabía hablar español, el resto ninguno. Los camareros lo mismo, ninguno entendía español.
El todo incluido nefasto, vasos de plástico la comida, el horario, no está para nada adaptado a los españoles.
En general muy decepcionado, no aconsejo a ningún español venir a este hotel

La señal wifi es buena pero el internet es muy lento. El panel de vidrio de la puerta de la habitación no está completamente cubierto y alguien que esté cerca de la puerta puede ver el interior de la habitación.la cerveza tenía que ser servida en pequeños vasos de plástico de un solo uso que normalmente se usan para el café en las máquinas expendedoras, incluso si el cliente tenía su propio vaso.

En primer lugar me parece intolerable que haya personal en recepción que no hable castellano. Canarias todavía es territorio español y el idioma oficial es el castellano. Me parece inconcebible que llegues y encuentres en recepción dos chicas que no lo hablan ni entienden. Yo no se inglés y hacer el chek-in fue complicado y desagradable. Había turnos que dejaban a estas dos chicas solas, demostrando por parte de Direccion un profundo desprecio al cliente nacional. O en el bar, no te entendían cuando pedias una cerveza. Las instalaciones no están mal. La zona de piscina es bonita y que las habitaciones sean tipo bungalow y tengan una salita, es cómodo. La calidad de la comida, mala, y la variedad escasa. El mismo arroz con leche durante cuatro días (al final avinagrado y pastoso) Los tarros de cristal en los que servían las cremas y el arroz con leche eran reciclados de los yogures Danone. Las bebidas de marca blanca y desconocida. Los mojitos y otras bebidas, de máquina. Lo único que se salva es una parte del personal: en especial Sonia en recepción y Michel en el comedor. Señores; por el país en el que está el hotel: primero saludar en castellano y según respondan los clientes contestar en su idioma.no se puede ningunear al cliente de aquí. Muy mala impresión. De cuatro estrellas le sobran mínimo una y media o dos

This is not a 4* hotel. No privacy to the room as the window is the door and everyone walking past. The restaurant is like a canteen; no tablecloths, chipped cups, plates and glasses and not always the cleanest. No cup and saucer to have a cup of tea or coffee in the evening, only cardboard.
Food was good and a good variety

Excellent relaxing holiday. Good staffing, with a smile. Rooms a little dated but not a problem. Evening entertainment a little dated but excellent host.

So sad today going home what a fabulous time me and my partner have at pocillos playa great staff met some great people very good food clean rooms so that's why we're coming back in September

Room rather basic and needs updating.
Inadequate lightening as the room was rather dark.
Food was not that brilliant, but it’s unfortunately what you expect for an all inclusive.
Didn’t like the dining area downstairs. Very school/work canteen dining.
Although the staff were very efficient in cleaning tables and resetting them.
Would we go back? Unfortunately it’s a no.
But you get what you pay for.

If you don't like the noise of children then this is right up your street as it is a adults only hotel best option is going all inclusive can't beat it

Great simple food, really welcoming staff and always friendly. Easy to get to Puerto del Carmen by scooter, takes about 5 minutes. To the centre is a good 30 minute walk. Really like the location. 2 mins walk to the beach and spar shop.

A lovely hotel, extremely hard working and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel. One point I would make is that when we reported that the fridge wasn't working properly, someone came and looked at it. They also said it wasn't working correctly, however nothing was ever done about it. I know that other residents had the same problem (get these things sorted, and you will have extremely happy guests)!

We really enjoyed our 10 Days stay here. The staff are always smiling even after working 7 Days. The hotel sits on a slope which helps if you like to sit by the pool all day as there is a breeze that keeps you cool. There is plenty of food choices if you're staying all inclusive. Would like too return one day

Excellent hotel had everything we needed for a short break. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Bars and restaurants within walking distance too. Hotel very clean and not in a built up area. Booked to go back again

We stayed here for 2nd time but this time had my parents with us.mum has walking difficulties and hotel was perfect.perfect rooms perfect pool area.perfect food and drink. Spa was excellent had 2 treatments.but best thing of hotel is all the staff super friendly and can't do enough for you. We have 2 further booking which we're with other hotels but have now changed to pocillios thanks all

Was here for 4 nights had a perfect location for room (right next to the pool and bar) some staff could do with a update in friendliness and customer service tho 1 was super lovely. Cleaning staff rude - only allowed 1 towel every 2 days - some of us like a clean towel daily. Not a lot to do here in terms of entertainment and food wasn't all that good. We went all inclusive but felt apart from main meal times there was no other option for food apart from pastries during the day and a small mix of food in a small food warmer container around 5ish. Otherwise for the rest of the time there was nothing
Whilst I'd return purely for the location for other reasons I wouldn't. Definately worth a visit if someone likes a very quiet do nothing kind of holiday.

Food was nice but a bit repetitive.
Staff lovely but not enough of them.
Umbrellas round the pool need changing as they no longer stay in the base so get blown over all the time which is dangerous.
Entertainment is awful. No fault of Coco who tried his best but it needs a major rethink.

We stayed in june the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and attentive food was OK plenty of selection we did not eat in all the time the main reason for this was the lack of Air conditioning the restaurant was unbearable with the heat. Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would retun to this hotel

C'est la première fois que je ne me suis pas sentie bien, ainsi que mes amies dans cet hôtel.
Notre impression général c'est que les français se sont pas du tout appréciés.

We stayed at the Pocillos Playa hotel from 12th to 19th June. Our stay was very good and nice and relaxing.
The hotel has good facilities and is made special by the fantastic and hard working staff in all areas.
The staff work really hard and cover multiple areas of the hotel services.
I cannot remember all the names but Sonia in reception, Jenny in the restaurant and the 2 interns i think one was called Maria all went beyond what they needed to and ensured we got top rate service.
There is a main bar which serves the lobby and the pool area and you can can get drinks and food in the main restaurant. The drinks are plentiful and the food in the restaurant was of a good standard and much variety and looks to cater for all tastes.
The rooms were modern and clean with air conditioning and were cleaned every day with towel change every 2 days.
The pool area was the main area of relaxation and activity but you do have to get up early to reserve a sunbed but that is not the hotels fault.
The only reason why i have not scored the hotel a top 5 is because the evening entertainment was basic with kareoke, bingo, a quiz and an occasional artist but the entertainments guy does try hard to get people involved.
The wifi was fantastic and was great all over the hotel!
All in all a nice and enjoyable stay and will consider returning in the future!

A small friendly all inclusive hotel with terrific friendly staff. Rooms immaculate, pool and sun loungers were clean and well cared for. Unbranded alcoholic drinks were served freely during reasonable opening hours and the quality was more than adequate.
The only downside was the very noisy dining area which served a reasonable menu choice for the holiday budget price.
A welcoming drink on arrival for weary guests would probably be most appreciated and very acceptable during their check in.
This leads me to conclude that it is very good value for money, more a 3 Star hotel than a 4 star. On that basis i would happily recommend it.

Der Speiseraum errinnert an eine Kantine. Sehr laut und es nicht in Ruhe zu essen. Abräumpersonal sehr hektisch. Essen war nicht so berauschend und sehr für das enlische Publikum abgestimmt.

Barbetrieb eine reiner Chaos. Personal überfordert.
Werben mit guten Produkten und bekommen tut eine schlechte Qualität.
Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Mehr schein als sein.
Es kam auch so rüber, ob man als Deutsche nicht so gern gesehen waren.
Wenn einer ein Saufurlaub machen möchte, dann kann er das Hotel buchen. Für Erholung ist das nichts

Warm welcome from the friendly staff and management. The rooms were cleaned daily and we very spacious, bed was big double which was great. The pool was lovely and was a great place to relax. Food was lovely and plenty of choice, a different theme each night, from Canadian to Italian. Daytime and evening activities were all ran by Coco, who did a great job, especially his stretching class in the mornings. Great holiday for couples looking to relax. Thank you Pedro and all the time, will definitely return.

Very clean hotel, rooms, pool and communal areas. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain cleanliness. All staff very polite and friendly.
Breakfast was excellent, however on occasion the lunchtime and evening meals had limited options. We were expecting more variety of potatoes dishes, meat choices and bread rolls.

Tra gli aspetti positivi sicuramente la pulizia, sia delle camere che degli spazi comuni. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile.
Piscina di dimensioni contenute. Da migliorare la cucina. Probabilmente orientata ai gusti ed alle preferenze dei clienti del nord Europa, ma molto lontana da standard di livello per la clientela italiana.

Absolutely fantastic hotel! We booked on a budget but by it far surpassed what we expected. We just wanted a clean room and edible food but the selection at each meal, great modern facilities and exceptional cleanliness was a joy! We came during the quieter covid period (and the weather wasn’t great for a few days) but Coco the animacion leader was a ball of energy that made the establishment feel full. Master of languages and humour, we had a good laugh each night which made us not even notice the weather! Definitely recommend.

Amazing, great food and chef was great with gluten free options. Only 2 mins from the beach, and only €1.40 for a bus to the main town, with the bus close to hotel pocillos near the spar

Hemos pasado 16 días y lo único que tenemos son cosas positivas, limpieza fantástica, trato excelente, situación perfecta cerca del inmenso paseo de centros comerciales y restaurantes.
Tanto las/os camareras/os del restaurant, como las/os del bar, recepción y por último pero no menos importante las camareras de piso.
Tenemos que hacer una especie mención al trato recibido el día que nos íbamos pues salimos temprano y el restaurant aún estaba cerrado pero nos ofrecieron un desayuno estupendo, cuando en la mayoría de los hoteles te ofrecen un desayuno pic-nic
Solo nos queda pir decir GRACIAS POR HACERNOS PASAR UNOS DIAS ESTUPENDOS.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que no tiene nivel de 4 estrellas. Muchas deficiencias en la comida bebida. Poca calidad

Alles sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr ruhig. Gute Lage zum Strand. Animation eher bescheiden. Essen sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet.

Estuvimos unos días este verano, el hotel está muy bien ubicado y el entorno es muy bonito. Las habitaciones son sencillas, pero prácticas, ubicadas junto a la piscina.
La comida es pésima y casi cada día había las mismas opciones. La calidad es muy muy muy mala.
El personal muy amable, a excepción de un hombre de recepción, que el primer día nos tuvo esperando más de tres horas, a pesar de haber avisado con antelación de que llegaríamos pronto.

Very welcoming staff, room was very clean. Coco the entertainer was brilliant, he was funny and made the whole experience even more exciting! We can’t forget the staff member Strong man Kelvin who is such a great dancer and is also very welcoming!

Nice clean hotel, staff were quick to add sun loungers when complaints of not enough, however they're pretty cramped in areas. Food was nice and varied but not hot enough and because of that I'd give it a 3*

Ni grande ni pequeño en el medio como su ubicación en medio de todo de playas de restaurantes comercios y paseos interminables a la vuelta de la esquina así es el hotel pocillos encantador.

We have just returned from a ten day all inclusive Jet 2 holiday at the Hotel Pocillos Playa Lanzarote. What a great hotel in a peaceful area, we found it to be well run with friendly staff and very clean. There was good choice of food at all meals and very typical of similar hotels we have stayed in, the chef Pepe cooked fresh food on the grill and was always looking to fill empty food trays up. The restaurant staff worked well to clear tables etc and were cheerful and friendly. The drinks were good with an excellent choice, the room we had was adequate with a large balcony. Entertainment was provided by Coco who was very versatile! And an asset to the hotel. It was also nice to see the manager walking around the hotel at different times of the day checking that all was well.
The hotel coped well with covid, and provided a safe environment.

Wasn't on the front as I have mobility problems could only get out by taxi. Hotel was clean, food leaves alot to be desired, pool now clean. Staff work very hard, the manager listened to complaints and tried to put it right.

La atencion desde el primer momento ha sido muy dedicada tanto a nosotros con toda la familia. Todas las comidas, desayuno, almuerzo cena estaban super ricos y los aperetivos en el bar de la piscina siempre muy buenos.

Esperamos volver pronto!

Un buen hotel para descansar y un BUENÍSIMO trato del personal. Y con ganas de volver en otra ocasión

Lugar precioso, acogedor, con un personal de 10, todo muy limpio y una tranquilidad maravillosa, que es lo que fuí buscando, una playa enorme a 200 metros y si queréis "movida" se puede ir caminando. Quedé encantada

I would describe this as a pleasant hotel. The room was nice and clean. It was a family suite. I thought it had 2 bedrooms but one of the beds was in the lounge and then there was a separate bedroom. It was ok for the 4 of us. It said it sleeps 6 but I think it would be a bit squashed with 6.as there was only one bathroom. The shower only got Luke warm and I really appreciated a hot shower when I got home. The food was okay. The restaurant had a slight canteen feel. It is a small hotel so there is not as much selection as some of the larger 4 star hotels. The pool was cold, not any heating in it. I have stayed before at 4 star hotels which have put a little heat in their pools. The hotel had a nice quiet feel. There was a small games room which my son enjoyed playing table tennis in.
