Iberostar Grand El Mirador

Así que las vacaciones de Navidad ya están aquí nuevamente y nos fuimos nuevamente a nuestro hotel favorito Grand El Mirador. Esta vez llegamos al hotel un poco tarde, gracias al retraso de nuestro vuelo. La habitación ya estaba lista, y como siempre tenemos la misma, hicimos el check-in rápidamente. Teníamos muchas ganas de cenar porque la comida siempre es muy sabrosa y el personal es fantástico. El hotel está muy limpio y se siguen las normas de higiene. El servicio aquí es de clase mundial y probablemente no cambiaríamos. Nuestra habitación tiene una gran vista del panorama que rodea el hotel, como la playa, el paseo marítimo y el jardín del hotel. Esta vez los servicios fueron extremadamente excelentes, algo que no hemos experimentado en ningún otro lugar del mundo. Me gustaría agradecer al Sr. David y a la Sra. Elisa del restaurante El Cenador, donde su servicio fue famoso. Incluso el servicio de la Sra. Erika (servicio de habitaciones) fue completamente profesional y único. Gracias también a la señora Diana, quien hace su trabajo con responsabilidad y buena disposición, y sus servicios son de la mejor calidad. Ella nos cuidó muy bien.
Gracias también al director Marc Clement, que también nos recibió personalmente a la mañana siguiente y siempre venía a desearnos unas buenas vacaciones.
Finalmente me gustaría destacar a nuestra encantadora y siempre sonriente, dispuesta y amable señora Tiziana. Como he dicho varias veces, ella es nuestra segunda hija que nos cuida como verdaderos padres. Su sonrisa constante y su buen humor permanecen en nuestros corazones. Ella constantemente preguntaba si necesitábamos algo y si éramos felices. Su trato profesional con los huéspedes es irreal. Es el orgullo de este hotel. Él es simplemente nuestro corazoncito más querido. Ya estoy deseando pasar otras vacaciones en nuestro hotel favorito y conocer a nuestra segunda hija. Muchas gracias Tiziano.

Uno de los mejores hoteles resort de Tenerife. Como es sólo para adultos, no hay niños pequeños, por lo que es muy tranquilo comparado con otros lugares. El interior de la habitación es boutique y tiene un diseño lujoso que irradia una sensación de lujo única. Se mantiene muy limpio, pero las instalaciones como los baños son un poco viejas. El personal es muy amable y el servicio es sólido. La música y el ambiente del bar nocturno son adecuados para personas mayores de 60 años. Puede resultar un poco aburrido para quienes buscan un complejo dinámico y moderno con un ambiente rico y retirado. La comida era deliciosa y la piscina estaba bien mantenida, por lo que mi familia quedó muy satisfecha.

Desde recepción y su cálida bienvenida hasta las atenciones en piscina y restaurantes hicieron de nuestra estancia unos días maravillosos y nos hicieron incluso querer cambiar el siguiente hotel

Levamos tiempo disfrutando de este hotel, es el mejor de la isla sin duda, no solo por sus instalaciones sino por el trato de todo su personal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a facilitarte lo que necesites y mas, gracias a Tiziana, maravillosa, Chelo, fantastica, Diana, Carlos, tendria que nombrarlo a todos para agradecerles y amabilidad y saber estar, volveremos segurisimo, GRACIAS.

Un sitio increíble con un personal súper amable. Nuca me habían tratado tan bien en ningún sitio.

Estuvimos una semana y todo fue perfecto: el trato del personal, las instalaciones, y los desayunos y cenas. El restaurante la Pérgola fue excelente y el Spa muy recomendable.

This was my third time at The Mirador and if it is possible it just gets better and better. This is the best place in the world for exceptional service, beautiful rooms and a stunning pool and gardens with a view of the sea.
The staff are incredible and I would particularly like to mention Tiziana the assistant manager was who is genuinely one of the loveliest people in the world! She goes out of her way to care for the guests and did everything within her power to make me feel special and cared for.
Although all the staff are amazing I would also like to particularly mention Diana on reception and also Cuba on the bar who makes the most fabulous cocktails!
Finally can I just say how fabulous the evening entertainment was. The Abba night, electric violinist and Emilio Gonzalez musicians were superb! Thank you to everyone at the best hotel in the world!

Back again after covid closures. As delightful as ever if not better IF you're of a certain age. Civilised.

Ein fantastisches Hotel! Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie machen alles für den Gast, die Anlage ist super sauber und das Essen ist sehr vielfältig! Für die terminlichen Vorgaben können Sie nichts, sie sind ständig hilfsbereit und kompensieren die Probleme sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Tratamiento de luxo en todo, comida, service room, spa, cuando no hay mucha gente el desayuno lo sirven como si fuera un almuerzo con diversas portadas, todos muy amables y realizan todo lo que pides, yo quería siempre batidos y nunca me decían no se puede o otras excusas siempre me traían lo que quería que no es de todos.

Solo me deja ponerle 5 estrellas porque sin duda le pondría más de 5. El hotel es impresionante, las habitaciones, las pisicinas, la ubicación, los restaurantes.el personal de 10. Son atentos y te hacen sentir como en casa.
Queríamos agradecer a Tiziana por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. No he conocido persona más amable y atenta que ella. Nos ha tratado con un cariño impresionante, siempre pendientes de todo, de que no nos faltara nada. También agradecer a Lionel y Mario por su trato y por sus bromas, nos hemos reído mucho con ellos. También a Kuba, por sus cocteles maravillosos y su profesionalidad. Y a Jonathan, un encanto también, que señor tan estupendo!
Sin duda repetiremos en cuanto podemos. Qué experiencia tan maravillosa!

Hemos estado en Tenerife unos días. En nuestra estancia en el Sur de la Isla estuvimos alojados 4 noches en este hotel. Decir que las instalaciones son esplendidas, las habitaciones confortables, esta muy cerca de la playa. Pero lo mejor ha sido el trato recibido, el personal del hotel en todo momento se ha preocupado porque nuestra estancia sea lo mas confortable posible. Se cuidan muchos los detalles, son muy amables y profesionales. Destacar también a Tiziana, desde el primer momento nos enseñó la habitación, se preocupó de preguntarnos y fue muy atenta. Sin duda alguna repetiremos si volvemos a la isla y tendremos presente a la cadena Iberostar si vamos de viaje a otro lugar.

This adults-only hotel is very nice and located right next to Playa del Duque. It is considered one of the most expensive and exclusive hotels in the area. We were told that major Spanish soccer players used to go there.

While we liked the overall look of the hotel, we were a little disappointed with the dinner selection. We had half board booked. Breakfast was okay, but dinner left both my husband and I wanting more. We stayed for 9 days and there was just not enough change from day to day. Last year we stayed at a comparable 5 star hotel in Rhodes and every night they had a different dinner theme (Greek, Italian, Japanese - you get the idea). When you stay 7 days, they give you the option to dine 2 days during your stay at their other on-site a la carte restaurant. We wanted to check the menu before we decided because I am a Vegetarian and wanted to see if they offered options for me. The young lady at the front desk told me that I should download the Iberostar app and just check the menu there (quote: we are paperless). Ok, downloaded the app as told and checked the menu where I found a few nice vegetarian options. We booked a table through the front desk and arrived at 7: 30 PM at the restaurant. There were a few nice tables that overlook the pool and we thought one of them was reserved for us. However to our surprise the waiter told us that these were reserved for other people and our table was in the back (like way in the back with one view at all). There was only one couple except us in the restaurant and they had a wonderful view of the premises, so why not giving us a nice table as well? And guess what? The menu had NO Vegetarian options LOL we asked the waiter and showed him the app that we were told to download, but he just said that the app was outdated. They did not even offer to make me a Vegetarian dish.that was very disappointing. We left the restaurant and went back to the buffet one. Needless to say, we were not impressed. The issue was addressed at the front desk afterwards. They apologized and said they will come up with a solution, but to our surprise we did not hear back from them at all.

What took the cake was that during check-out when we were presented with our final bill, my husband realized that they charged us with a 30 euro bottle of wine. Hahahaha. I am pregnant and don't drink alcohol and my husband only had one beer during our stay. They took it off but were not apologizing at all, which I would have expected.

All in all the hotel is nice (as you can see in the photos), but the service is not on a 5 star level. Maybe it were isolated incidents but we would not go back.

Fabuloso hotel de cinco estrellas, habitaciones preciosas, cada una con detalles únicos y genuinos. Un hotel muy tranquilo solamente para adultos.
Recepción muy bonita y personal, botones muy amable, simpático, educado y atento.
La cena impresionante, sabores únicos. La atención en la misma, sobresaliente, nos han atendido con mucho cariño y cercanía, haciendo cada detalle único. Metre muy agradable, con estupendos consejos y gran conocedor de su puesto.

Estuve con mis hijas pasando unos dias de descanso y relax, nos hicieron sentir como reinas.
Espectacular el hotel, limpieza extraordinaria con todo tipo de detalles, habitaciones muy confortables, pero todo esto no tendria sentido sin el trato tan encantador de TODO el personal del hotel, siempre pendientes de todo y en cada momento.
Buffet desayuno y cena impresionante, gran variedad, calidad extraordinaria en todos los platos.

Fantastic hotel, superb location. Staff brilliant. We have stayed in a number if 5 star, leading hotels of the world in Europe and this is the one we keep coming back to, a couple of times a year. What more can I say. Thanks to all at this hotel and looking forward to our next visit.

A wonderful stay in an amazing hotel, the staff are fantastic and friendly, and the rooms superb. Special thanks to Iza and Sophia for making our stay even more enjoyable, looking after the Balconista guests with big smiles and great service. I cannot wait to return.

Great hotel in a great location! We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff was very accommodating! The beach is beautiful. The pool is so relaxing! Well definitely be back!
