Iberostar Grand Salomé

No puedo criticar este hotel, el servicio desde el momento en que llegamos hasta el momento en que nos fuimos fue INCREÍBLE. El personal es simplemente el mejor. La piscina está climatizada y nadar antes del desayuno fue un placer. Habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas y muy tranquilas. Lo recomendaría altamente. La nota a un comentario la hizo una señora que estaba muy descontenta de encontrarse con niños en el restaurante principal. Indica claramente que se utiliza el restaurante principal del hotel, que sigue siendo muy tranquilo y relajante para familias que disfrutan de sus vacaciones con sus hijos.

Nos alojamos en el Grand Salomé en enero y no puedo decir lo suficiente. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable, la comida y la variedad de restaurantes fueron excelentes y definitivamente regresaremos.

Realmente muy bueno, una perla en un conjunto más grande. ¡Este espacio reservado a los adultos es un oasis de paz y refinamiento exquisito!

Tuvimos el placer de pasar nuestras primeras vacaciones del año en Iberostar Grand Salomé Tenerife y fue una experiencia realmente mágica. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal cálido y atento nos hizo sentir como en casa. Un agradecimiento especial a nuestro mayordomo Joffer, quien cuidó cada detalle.

Nos atendieron excelentemente en el bar Alejandra, Thais, Armobussa, Nereida y Liv. Su compromiso y amabilidad hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera especialmente placentera. Aunque no mencionaremos algunos nombres, nos gustaría agradecer a cada miembro del equipo.

Lo más destacado de nuestra estancia fueron las cenas en Poseidon, donde la comida fue excelente. Mossi y su equipo, incluidos Néstor y Ulises, se aseguraron de que cada comida fuera una experiencia inolvidable.

En general, nuestra estancia en el Iberostar Grand Salomé fue unas vacaciones perfectas que superaron nuestras expectativas. ¡Estamos ansiosos por volver!

Un gran lugar para decir. No nos dimos cuenta hasta poco antes de llegar de que formaba parte de un hotel mucho más grande, lo que significa que tienes todas las instalaciones y entretenimiento de un gran complejo, con la tranquilidad y la intimidad de un hotel mucho más pequeño.
Las habitaciones son realmente bonitas y están bien equipadas. Fuimos con todo incluido y quedamos muy satisfechos con la calidad de los licores y el vino. El mini bar de la habitación estaba bien abastecido y tenía bebidas premium. Nos gustó mucho el rosa pálido que tenían en los bares y restaurantes. Después de una solicitud rápida, había una botella en la nevera de nuestra habitación todos los días.
Los mayordomos, camareros y personal del bar fueron todos muy agradables. Es un pequeño oasis encantador donde puedes encerrarte y relajarte.

Nos encantaría que Mossi y su equipo fueran reconocidos por el arduo trabajo que realizan. Hemos estado varias veces en Salomé y el servicio siempre es excelente, pero Mossi y su equipo lo llevan a otro nivel. Siempre te hacen sentir bienvenido, nada es demasiado problema y siempre sonríen. Excepcional.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier voll und ganz! Team mega freundlich, Zimmer und öffentliche Toiletten im ganzen Hotel super clean, Essen fantastisch, Lage optimal! Gerne immer wieder

We have again very much enjoyed our stay at this excellent hotel. As usual the staff make the difference. They are all kind, friendly and want to do a great job for their customers. Special mention to Mossi, Chema, Giuseppe, Vicky, Andrea, Ode and her team in Lugano, Paula, Enrique, Johan, Emrica, Camila, and I am sure others that I have missed, to whom I apologise. Credit to Alessandro too. As regular guests we have enjoyed and generally appreciated the attention to detail improvements that have been made. See you all again soon.

Der Service im Restaurant Poseidon ist erstklassig. Besonders die Professionalität und Freundlichkeit von Mossi macht jeden Abend zu einem Erlebnis.

A most enjoyable evening. Delicious food in a wonderful setting. Really well looked after by Mossi. A perfect birthday evening. Would recommend the Poseidon restaurant and hope to return again.

Grand Salome is fabulous. We had 7 days in Nov. Sun was hot, the private pool for Salome residents also fabulous and food at their restaurants was also great. Fabulous views of the ocean too

We are still here in the Salome hotel, upgrade to this place to a suite and you will not be disappointed, the small touches are the biggest. Room butlers are fantastic, we would not use this service previously but just to have them book your restaurants for the week is great. There is a little bell at your sunbed if needed to bring you drinks. It is only a few steps away from the bar but your choice to use. Private dining areas with food cooked to your order. The hotel is right on the beach/sea front. A nice stroll when you need exercise from sunbathing. We are looking forward to returning, overall very relaxing just what we needed.

Dans ce magnifique hôtel, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Chambre et infrastructures nous offrant calme et repos dans un décor idyllique.
Une organisation hors pair qui permet de goûter chaque instant.
Tout cela agrémenté par un personnel souriant, discret attentionné, mais aussi proactif.
Une mention particulière pour le petit déjeuner servi à la terrasse Mirador. Une attention surtout pour Mossi, Rosa, et l'équipe.
Un moment super.
Sans oublier Abel, rencontré dans divers restaurants, et lui aussi toujours au top!
Bref un endroit à surtout ne pas rater.

First class from start to finish. Check in at main reception was a breeze. We arrived late in the evening and went straight to the buffet. Food was fresh and well prepared. Service was quick and prompt.
Room was spotless with a nice touch of a chilled bottle of champagne. Everything you could ask for in the room was there from hair straighteners to shampoo etc.
David one of the butlers arranged to meet us the next day and show us around The Grand Salome. The overall service from the butlers Fran, Joffer, Valentina, Sam and of course David was exemplary. Alessandro around the pool was attentive and ensured towels and any requests were dealt with quickly. He was also on hand to answer any questions. Entertainment in the evening was to a high standard from the animation team. We also watched tributes to Abba, Elvis and Queen. Special mention to Mario who took time to ask us about the shows and how the animation team were.
Food was superb and to an extremely high restaurant standard. The service from all the team from chefs, maitre d's, waiters was fantastic. Special mention to especially Mossi, Adam, Enrique, Janethe and Vicky. I would also like to mention Stefano in the SeaSoul restaurant. Spa and Gym was brilliant and well worth a visit. Overall I could mention more colleagues as everyone you met went out of their way to ensure we had a great holiday. 5/5 doesn't do justice as it was a 6/5 from us.

We have just returned from a 30 day stay at the grande Salome. All of the staff are so very helpful! They are clearly well selected in the first place and then well trained. In particular, I feel I must thank Mossi who treated us like royalty in the Posiden restaurant! Such superb service with his excellent team. The butlers Fran and Valentina are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. And last but not least, the lovely Adam in Lagarto, who made us wonderful cocktails every afternoon. The rooms are very spacious and light and the beds comfortable. We will definitely return

The road in front Anthelia is full of big jumps. Be careful with your car. Very disappointed situation also for client with pain in the back or legs. Not a good welcome this bad pumping road

The food is perfect, the receptionists, the room service, the waiters all is perfect with one tiny mistake, the staff does not really know English well, which I would expect for 5 star hotel.
One day is spa for free, the second day they want you to pay. Same with bringing coctails to the room - one day, they can bring them, the other is not possible to bring it.

Es una pasada el hotel, y eso que hemos ido en mala época, después de que hayan confinado perimetral mente a casi toda España y medio mundo.
Las habitaciones perfectas, la comida muy bien, pero lo mejor el trato de todos los empleados. De TODOS, desde la recepción, a los camareros de Bates de piscina y sobre todo en restaurantes.
Menciones especiales a Jenni y a Antonio, un trato excelente y grandes personas además de profesionales

Fantastic hotel with relaxing grounds, great service and delicious food. However, our room faced the evening entertainment which is very loud until 11pm each evening, with guests drinking until 12, meaning we struggled to sleep until midnight each night. This morning the lawn mower started at 7: 30am! For us the main goal of a holiday is to come back replenished and sleep is the most important aspect!

The hotel did offer to move us to a different room but it smelt of cigarettes from the previous guests and the balcony view was much worse, so we didn't fancy the hassle of packing everything up and moving.

Rooms are modern but small and basic. Coffee facilities are provided but haven't been replenished during our stay, nor have any of the cups or glasses been washed. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are provided in dispensers but haven't been refilled so ran out during today's shower. Certainly expect more from a 5* resort.

That being said, the service at the hotel is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The food is incredible and the a la carte restaurants are a true culinary experience unlike any other I've had at a hotel resort. The hotel grounds are large, with plenty of great seating areas that have sea views.

Some services are closed, presumably due to low occupancy during COVID, making it hard to get slots at the spa, for example. If you do manage to get in, the massages are incredible with skilled masseuse and facilities to match.

All in all, a great resort but the loud evening entertainment and missing little details (e.g replenishing the shampoo) reflect my rating.

There is no fault with this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the service is amazing and so is the food. I will definitely come back here and I recommend this hotel to all people considering this hotel. It also has great views and is sooo close to the beach. This is the best hotel in Tenerife, in my opinion.

Estuvimos en el mes de octubre.con algo de reparo debido a la situación, pero nos sentimos súper seguros por la profesionalidad de todo el equipo y todas las medidas adoptadas por el hotel.
El solárium genial.la piscina climatizada me encantó. Y la música ambiente de la piscina, así como el equipo de animación también estupendo.
En el buffet, estaba todo muy limpio y daba mucha seguridad!

Sublime stay. One of the best holidays ever. We could not have been looked after better by our 3 butlers, Elsa, Lia and Fran - nothing was too much trouble - we were so much impressed that we booked to stay on an extra 5 nights Stephano was the best host we ever have had. He was mainly based in Lagarto - he was very knowledgeable and encouraging of us to try local wines and food - we wish he was in that restaurant every day, as his strengths certainly were to their best there - Thais was wonderful too, both in Lagarto and in the Mirador Terrace. Her memory of what we liked, alongside her helping me with my Spanish was amazing, and we had many laughs together Andrea was always smiling and helpful - a lovely young lady. Giuseppe in Poseidon was always friendly, happy, and gave us tremendous service. Alex oversaw a fantastic hospitality offering. We simply cannot wait to return and have already rebooked for March. Thank you wonderful staff for all your hard work. The food, drinks and service are outstanding. The cleaning is to the highest standard and we felt completely safe and happy in a blissful bubble at this wonderful hotel. The little touches such as a glass of Moet et Chandon at breakfast every morning and the lovely Cava throughout the day also added to this wonderful experience in wonderfully maintained grounds.

Loved our family holiday there. Had a great time.
My son did get an ear infection which I think was from the pirate ship pool and couldn't fly home for 3 days.

El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones están genial. Todo el personal es muy atento, sobre todo los camareros aunque tengo que destacar en especial la amabilidad y el trabajo de Rosa, la Sectora del restaurante tipo buffet del desayuno y las cenas. Las comidas son muy buenas, con una gran variedad y también una amplia carta de bebidas. El Spa no es muy amplio pero esta bien para relajarse. Sin duda un hotel para repetir.

Excelente hotel, la gente que trabaja es de 10, excrlente trato, camareros como Jenni, botones como Julio, en bar de por la noche Antonio. Te hacen sentir especial, gracias!
La comida excelente también
