Contratamos tmb el tour en catamarán y fue el mejor que pudimos escoger. Relación calidad-precio inmejorable. Recomendado al 100%.

Consejos muy amables y competentes. Tenía dos bicicletas eléctricas nuevas y recibí excelentes consejos para una excursión de un día. Muy recomendable y repetir en cualquier momento.

Alquilamos un par de bicis, muy buen estado y bien de precio, el chico súper majo y agradable.

Adolfo (Fito) y Josh son muy amables y también hablan algo de alemán.
Es mejor reservar todas las excursiones con ambos, porque obtendrás un mejor precio (descuento) que en línea (GetYourGuide) e información y consejos actualizados.
¡Se recomiendan especialmente las bicicletas de montaña eléctricas! Asegúrate de alquilarlo durante 4 horas y luego recorrer toda la costa desde el aeropuerto hasta la playa Virgen del Carmen. ¡ARRIBA!

Booked to go on a boat trip tomorrow and buggy tour the day after. Although I can't judge on the tour yet, the owner himself has been so kind, accomodating and reasonably priced. He took the time to show us all his favourite places to visit in Fueterventura and recommended all his favourite tours. Hopefully trips will be great over the next few days.

Great staff. Guy who works here is great, but bikes. MT in MTB is sure not for mountain. If you're going to ride on flat - sure, take it. But if you want some more difficult trails.

I checked gears and breaks before our ride, but on our way down from hill brakes (don't take vbreaks!) started screaming like daemons and all the wildlife left their place.

And then. Breaks didn't let go, so to ride up I had to disconnect it at all. Not so safe.

To be perfectly honest - we rented two bikes and the second one was not that bad (yet breaks also had its cons). That's why rating is not lower.

Booked an excursion lanzarote volcano express in caleta De Fuste in infoventura, wow what an amazing day they handled everything about our trip the guy was awesome explaining it all when we booked it, we got picked up at hotel at 9am brought to ferry and boarded our guide was with us 100% to help or answer questions, when the ferry docked in playa blanca she then guided us to our buses we then got on the tour bus where we met our tour guide for the day on the island and wow what a day from there such an amazing experience.

Our guide was 100% friendly and experienced and made us feel comfortable and it was an amazing experience got back to the ferry at 4: 30pm and our original guide was there waiting at the ferry we borded and got back to fuertaventura the whole day was amazing can't fault it now we have lots of happy memories

I would highly recommend infoventura thank you so much for such a memorable experience, I would highly recommend an excursion if your visiting fuertaventura

Great guy and bikes where cheap and cheerful. Perfect to trek over ruff terain. To get to the Salt museum at salida.

We rented a few e-mtb's and they performed ok. But they lacked maintenance, like pretty much everything else they had, so it wouldn't have mattered, what we went with. Wobbly wheels, brake rotors and even pedal shafts, rusty chains, sprocket and cassettes. Bike computers that didn't work half the time you pressed the buttons.
The staff was nice though, but for the price of the rent, I would have expected bikes in pristine condition. Change the chain and give the bikes a wash. It will make a world of a difference when you present a clean product for the customers.
But hey, they got us on the road and we completed the ride (about 50km), which is why I rate them 3 stars.

What a super friendly place, the young guy that served us was really helpful, loads of routes given & great advice from local! Super equipped - we had electric bikes and they came with locks, offered charger and puncture kit when we asked if we needed one, he even mentioned if we had a problem he’d just come and get us! What amazing service! I had a city bike & husband an off road e bike, both seemed well maintained and high quality! Good value rental! Definitely a service- can’t recommend them highly enough!

I stopped here with issues with my own bike. It Turned out to be a Lucky punch to Meet the owner Josué. Very polite and knowledgeable - way far beyond the "must See on Fuerteventura" e.g. With recommendations for Lanzarote, Lobos and the other Canarian Islands. I can Strongly recommend to consult Infoventura for rentals and guided /organized Tours.

Rented a bike from Tito he is very friendly and gave me bit of local information you can also book couple of other activities from here like fishing etc

I have been coming to the island every year since I was a small baby (expect covid) and this place I only visited for the first time last week and the service here was amazing! The guy was so so helpful and had wonderful recommendations for me & my boyfriend. He obviously has a great passion for his job and it shines through into his business. I would definitely come here (& will be) coming here again for my next visit! We hired the electric mountain bikes for a day and would highly recommend it! We cycled out to the cheese museum & back and the views were amazing! But yes I definitely couldn’t recommend this place anymore! Best bike rental place ever!

Die besten auf Fuerteventura!
Josué und Fito sind super sympathisch und herzlich. Man merkt, dass die beiden den Laden mit Herzblut und Leidenschaft betreiben. Sie kennen sich super auf der Insel aus und geben einem alle nötigen Informationen.
Beide sprechen sehr gut Englisch und weitere Sprachen.
Die E-Bikes sind in einem Top Zustand. Wir hatten super viel Spaß auf unserer Tour.
Ich kann Infoventura nur wärmstens empfehlen! ️

There guys were very friendly, spoke multiple languages very well and sorted us out with a great day of mountain biking. My partner and I would recommend them highly and would also recommend taking a bike south along the coast

Absolutely recommend this place! Josué was incredibly friendly and helpful, and arranged two sailing trips for me, while coming up with ideas on which parts of the island I can visit on my free days. I only expected this office to sell me tour tickets but instead he literally mapped out an entire itinerary for me, and his recommendations and local tips were excellent. I didn't hire a bike; but those returning their bikes while I was at the shop were quite happy, and both Josué and his business partner appear very handy with adjustments to the bikes. Hope to visit again!

Siamo stati a Caleta de Fuste per 10 Giorni, abbiamo affittato le bici ad un prezzo molto competitivo, ma la cosa più bella è il trattamento da parte dei due ragazzi, ora non ricordo il nome, ma vi dico solo che per i miei bambini erano diventati un punto di riferimento.
Bravi ragazzi congratulazioni, e grazie per averci fatto vivere l'isola in sella ad una bici curata nei dettagl.

Una experiencia inmejorable.
Alquilamos una bicicleta eléctrica y fue genial, hicimos 40km y quedó batería de sobra!
Además nos recomendaron varias rutas y caminos rurales para recorrer en bicicleta por la isla. Trato agradable, amistoso, cercano y muy educado. Quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos por el completísimo servicio que nos prestaron. Repetiremos sin duda. Lo recomiendo al 100%
