Me lo entregan y me dicen lo normal "lleno está, entréguelo lleno", al llegar al coche el tanque no estaba lleno, faltaba una raya para ello. Yo se lo he entregado lleno como me comprometí. Al llamarles y explicarle el suceso e incluso mandarles fotos me dicen que tenía que haber dejado el tanque "tal y como se lo encontró" algo "matemáticamente inviable". Me dan unas tímidas disculpas y a otra cosa. El coche bien y el servicio rápido pero con estos detalles pierden mucho.

Inmejorable tanto el servicio como el precio es el más barato con diferencia, recogimos el coche en el centro comercial y lo devolvimos en el mismo sitio. Si volvemos a Canarias repetiremos con ellos.

Una decepción.ya que nada más llegar al aeropuerto a las 19:20 (hora que estaba estipulada en la reserva) nos recibe un empleado, Juan Manuel y nos dice que nos cobra 50 euros más, aparte del depósito y lo ya pagado por el servicio. por llegar fuera del horario de oficina (hora que no ponía en el contrato). Según esta persona la oficina cerraba a las 19 y tenemos que ser adivinos.Lo peor fue que tuvo una actitud prepotente y maleducada en todo momento incluso diciendo que es lo que había y que sino, nos buscásemos otro coche, vacilando e incitando a que pusiéramos reseña negativa ya que no afectaría al tener 200 positivas (palabras textuales). Por suerte fuimos a la oficina y se medio arregló con el jefe y ahí entendí que si tiene buenas reseñas es por él, no por su empleado que se llevó 20 euros finalmente, no 50. Espero que si este empleado intenta engañar sin avisar a alguien más, al menos tenga educación.

Nos dejaron y recogieron en frente del hotel sin preguntas ni problemas, servicio muy agradable y rápido. El coche es relativamente nuevo, está bien cuidado y limpio, si no esperas milagros, lo recomiendo sinceramente.

Todo salió muy bien. Nos entregaron el coche en el hotel y depositamos las llaves en recepción al finalizar el periodo de alquiler. Por error habíamos pagado dos veces y nos devolvieron el dinero sin ningún problema. ¡Recomendaría!

Servicio excelente, atentos y eficaces. Nos vinieron hacer la entrega del coche en el aeropuerto y la entrega de la misma manera. Ayoze nos facilitó su teléfono por si había aún incidente o para consultas de cualquier tipo, gracias por hacernos mas cómoda la estancia. Nos vemos pronto.

Alquilamos un auto aquí por 10 días. Ya había reservado esto en línea a través de un portal de reservas. Era realmente barato en comparación. También tuvimos la suerte de que obtuvimos un vehículo un poco más grande de lo que realmente pagamos. Por supuesto que no era un auto nuevo a ese precio. Ya tenía 60.000 km de bajada. Pero todavía estaba en buena forma Todo estaba bien y conducía muy bien. Todo lo demás sobre este alquiler fue amigable, relajado y sin complicaciones
Y luego nos pasó algo realmente estúpido. De alguna manera nos confundimos con la fecha de entrega y devolvimos el auto exactamente un día demasiado tarde.
Pero la empresa de alquiler reaccionó ante esto de una manera absolutamente amistosa y muy justa. Solo tuvimos que pagar la tarifa diaria normal por este día adicional. Sin recargo, sin compensación. Así que realmente absolutamente justo y bien. ¡Definitivamente volveremos a alquilar un coche aquí en nuestras próximas vacaciones en Gran Canaria!

Reservamos el coche la noche anterior. Pudimos venir a la mañana siguiente. Al llegar, nos ayudaron amablemente más. Depósito pagado y perfectamente recibido dentro de una semana. Devolvimos las llaves del hotel. ¡Definitivamente recomendado!

Muy buen trató, rápida respuesta y coche espectacular, muy económico, magnífico el empleado que nos dio el coche.

This was my first time renting a car in Gran Canaria. I stayed at Lopesan Baobab and tried to research where to rent a car. After checking all the other rental companies, I was worried about high costs for damages, insurance and fraud. Islacar had the highest rating with the best reviews. All the other competitors had a “catch” for ordering the car. Even the car rental company that my hotel had an agreement, told me to pay 20€ over what was told on the website.

I ordered a car through the website for a Citroen C1 (70 Euros + 9 Euros for insurance). The insurance covered the car for all damages. I booked the car to the hotel for 09.30 and got a phone call 09.00 that they were ready to deliver the car outside of the hotel without extra charges. Since they didn’t have the car available I received a free upgrade from them. Since I payed for the insurance there wasn’t any deposit for the car (insurance covered damages instead of a deposit).

I even received more than 3/4 of the fuel (almost 3,5/4) and got told to deliver the car back with 3/4 instead!

This was a dealbreaker for me to give this review. I am pleased with their services. They even showed me how to start the car, showed me the features, and also they changed the system from Spanish to English. They even asked to change it to my native language that is Norwegian!

The car drove perfect without any problems. Minor damages on the car but we were told to take pictures of it. They also had a log to show that the damages were already there. I parked the car on the street and delivered the key to the reception.

This has been the greatest experience for renting a car in another country. (I have rented from many different in other countries)

I recommend it to everyone. The staff I pleasant and there isn’t anything to put a finger on!

They also spoke fluent English.

I will use them again next time I travel!

Wow! This was the best car rental agency I have ever dealt with and I do rent cars fairly often from various places. On the top of fantastic prices, no rip-off insurance cost and well maintained cars, they do deliver and collect cars to/from hotels. It is extremely hard work and I fully appreciate it. I have rented a Hyundai i20 and it has been great all-rounder to visit the island.

Thank you. The rental of a convertible gave us a great stay in Gran Canaria. We had not reserved a car, but with the smooth service, a beautiful VW beetle was at the office in no time. In our enthusiasm we wanted to drive away immediately, but the rental driver first pointed out the existing (parking) damage and gave us a tip to take pictures of everything. After explanation how to open and close the roof (also useful in beforehand how to do it).
We enjoyed our rides through the city and countryside. At the end of the rental period, I have the car fully refueled at a gas station nearby. Somewhere in the vicinity of the rental office parked the car in a busy street and returned the key to the car rental. We often rented a car during the holidays, but nowhere was the service as friendly and good as here. Thank you for the trust.

It was a pity that carplay is not activated. In an open convertible, the navigation app on a phone is difficult to read. But that didn't spoil the fun to drive a beetle in Gran Canaria.

They canceled my booking the day before.
I booked my car on Monday, they canceled on Wednesday. The lady informed me that they don't have a car because another client extended his rental.

Rented the Caterham for the day at very short notice. Isla delivered the car to the hotel in the morning exactly when they said, payment and identification was sorted quickly. Once the day was over the deposit was back in my account within 24 hours. Overall great experience.

Trato del personal excelente, variedad a la hora de escoger vehículos. El coche que nos dieron era nuevo y muy limpio a muy buen precio.

Einfaches unkompliziertes mieten. Fahrzeug sauber und neuwertig, es gab auch keinerlei Probleme mit dem Fahrzeug.
Das Fahrzeug wurde uns vor das Hotel gebracht und auch von dort wieder abgeholt. Einfacher geht‘s nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin war in jeder Hinsicht zuvorkommend.
Haben bei der Rückgabe persönliche Gegenstände im Auto vergessen, wurden in kürzester Zeit im Hotel abgegeben.

Alquiler sencillo sin complicaciones. Vehículo limpio y nuevo, no hubo problemas con el vehículo.
El vehículo fue llevado al hotel y recogido desde allí. No podría ser más fácil. El empleado fue servicial en todos los sentidos.
Se olvidó de devolver las pertenencias personales en el coche, fueron en el menor tiempo en el hotel.
De nosotros solo una recomendación! ***

Wanted to rent a car with automatic gear. I could choose between a suzuki Swift and a Mercedes. Took the Mercedes and expected it to be an A OR B series. They came with a smart. Not acceptable.
