Servicio lamentable y personal grosero.
Reservamos con 5 días de antelación, pagamos por adelantado, nos pusimos en camino y no alcanzamos a recorrer ni un kilómetro con la moto cerrada y empezando a pitar, todo mientras nos dejaban solos y abandonados por todos. Al darse cuenta de que estamos desaparecidos, regresan y nos dicen que tendremos que cambiar de motos de agua pero después de esperar bastante no llega nadie, por lo que deciden llevarnos de regreso con la embarcación auxiliar. Allí decido dejarme llevar de nuevo al suelo pero recibo una respuesta grosera por parte del personal que me señala como el "clásico italiano presuntuoso" sólo porque decidí decirles en la cara su pésimo servicio y el repugnante servicio.condiciones en las que se encuentran sus vehículos.

Reservamos el tour en moto de agua de 2 horas. Desafortunadamente, nuestra moto de agua tenía la batería vacía, por lo que solo pudimos conducir durante una hora. El amable equipo nos dio inmediatamente a elegir: recuperar el dinero o conducir una hora más. Luego nos permitieron conducir durante otra hora y fue muy divertido.

Los instructores de 10, recorrido lo prometido pero no poder tener un recuerdo arruina la buena experiencia. Piden por las FOTOS que te sacan 30€! Un robo…. Sin foto nos hemos quedado…. Otras empresas sacan las mismas fotos y cobran 10€ por ellas…

Muy linda experiencia y descubrimiento. El punto de encuentro sin problema y puntual. 2 horas de moto acuática, realmente hicimos un recorrido muy, muy largo y la velocidad estaba ahí, pudimos pasarlo genial. Una parada durante la excursión para observar el fondo marino mediante las gafas de buceo que se facilitan. También se toman fotos y las recibimos. Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo

Gran estafa, nos dirigieron a ellos en la calle, en el acto con 20 minutos de retraso, nos dieron chalecos salvavidas que el grupo de delante acababa de quitar sin siquiera enjuagarlos = gran parche de botones en toda la superficie donde está este chaleco me tocó. Pagamos 2 horas para al final 1h10 máximo de práctica, a velocidades muy bajas para preguntarnos si realmente sabían pilotar una zodiac. Lo desaconsejo encarecidamente

El personal es relativamente amable, el recorrido también fue bueno, pero las fotografías prometidas nunca se enviaron. 20 euros estafados.ninguna recomendación, ¡hay muchos otros que lo hacen mejor!

No recomiendo una moto de agua a nadie, en muy malas condiciones para mantenerse educado, personal que solo quiere ir despacio, no hay safari ni paisaje ni ninguna cueva como se vende en el servicio en el camino se suponía que duraría 2 horas, solo hicimos 1.hora con un descanso en medio de la nada obligan a mantener el chaleco demasiado grande para nadar realmente lo que no se debe hacer

Reservamos 2 horas de moto de agua al final solo estuvimos 1h30 de moto de agua y con mucha espera y retrasos, la moto en mal estado, no lo recomiendo demasiado.

We payed for an hour for 80 for single and we got 2 doubles that was 200 so it cose us 280 for 1 hour but we timed it when we got on the jet ski and it was allow for 30 minutes kinda a rip off but great team tho just the rip off part

Nos recogieron y nos volvieron a dejar en el hotel. El guía que iba en lancha súper simpático, nos daba tips y consejos para conducir por esas olas que eran bastante fuertes, de hecho, mi pareja volvió en lancha junto con otra chica (ellas lo pidieron) y nos quedamos los chicos solos en las motos para afrontar esas olas que la verdad estuvo muy guay.

The jetski experience was really cool, but it was rushed. We booked a 2 hour jetski safari, however there was around 1 hour of actual jetski driving. The experience started 20 min late with a health and safety instructions - which probably took around 5 min, so we started the jetski after 25 min, we returned to the harbour 10 min before the end time. We were told there will be professional photos taken and we will be able to purchase them after the experience. The cost €30 per jetski of everyone who participated in the safari. We saw that photos were blurry but thought we will be able to find some of a better quality. It was disappointing to see that they were all blurry and looks like the camera was dirty. There was also no snorkeling as stated in the experience description. I would recommend the jetski experience, however, if you want good quality photos of your experience choose another provider.

Tenia muchas ganas de esta experiencia me regalaron un bono regalo por mi cumpleaños hace casi tres años y lo hice esta semana no tuvieron ningún problema en canjearme el bono. Fue una experiencia espectacular, todo genial super amables y muy bien explicado todo. Siempre en el safari pendiente. Nos sacaron muchísimas fotos. Repetiremos sin duda ninguna.

Would Not recommend, payed 180 euros for a 2 hour trip which was only over an hour, did not go snorkelling which they state you can, did not follow the route on the leaflet either which was all FAKE ADVERTISING - the sea was very rough so not very enjoyable. I would definitely go elsewhere next time. Was definitely over priced for the experience we had.

Recomiendo la excursión VIP a cualquier persona que venga de viaje a Tenerife, sin duda te ofrecen una experiencia que nunca vas a olvidar. Mucha puntualidad a la hora de realizar la actividad, el trato excelente. Al llegar, puedes guardar tus cosas, y te explican el funcionamiento de la moto y las instrucciones que hay que seguir en el recorrido. Además, te sacan unas súper fotos con cámara profesional que al final del viaje te enviarán por teléfono. El guía nos llevó a cumplir nuestro sueño de visitar los acantilados de los gigantes de cerca donde pudimos bañarnos, sacar fotos con el móvil y además nos ofrecieron varias cosas de beber y donde pudimos descansar un poco del recorrido. Nuestro guía iba pendiente en cualquier momento de nosotros y de si íbamos bien y cómodos y que si estábamos disfrutando la experiencia. Íbamos parando en el camino donde pudimos observar varias tortugas marinas impresionantes y también podíamos descansar y bañarnos con total tranquilidad y hacer snorkling, aunque se veía bastante poco porque habían muchos metros de profundidad. Al llegar a nuestro destino pudimos comer una rica carne de fiesta y carne de cabra en un lugar impresionante de la zona. Mi experiencia es totalmente recomendable y el precio se ajusta perfectamente a las características de la actividad. Gracias a todos por hacer que esto sea una experiencia tan agradable.

Beautiful way to see the island, sea can be choppy in places, but overall wonderful experience, highly recommend.

Ils viennent vous cherchez a l'hotel avec 30 min de retard.rien de grave c'est les vacs! Mais une fois la navette au port nous demandont a nous soulager.ils nous repondent que nous sommes en retard et que cela seuras deduit de notre sortie.les photos prisent par le bateau pilote nous seront vendu 50€. Tout est dit, c'est du foutage de g*** attrape touriste

The Jet Ski it itself was awesome. Very entertaining, quite high-adrenaline due to all the waves and high speed. The engines were very modern and felt very smooth & performant. Really glad I tried it. The instructor was also great and friendly.

We only booked 1hour as we were limited in time and we were advised so but we were picked up with a group of people who all booked for 2hours. There was no option to go back to our hotel after 1hour so eventually had to do the full 2hours (we of course did not pay for the 2nd hour thankfully) but we got into trouble with our hotel check-out, oh well. If you are riding single, I would suggest 1hour but if you are riding with a partner and want to switch then 2hours is fine.

30€ for the pictures is expensive and of course you don't get told upfront that the pictures are going to cost this much yet we spend quite some time during the activity for picture-taking. For people like us who are not so much into pictures, it's a shame. For those who are, it is expensive.

Would recommend them 100% had a good time and some unexpected adventure, very friendly team, if I would do it again would chose them, thanks again

Un tur muy divertido, fuimos a dar una vuelta de 2 horas, te llevan al mar abierto mientras vas puedes disfrutar de preciosas vistas de la platas de Tenerife, lo mejor de todo es que te dejan ir "a tu bola" por supuesto siguiendo el grupo. Luego un par de veces paran y te dejan dar las vueltas para que te diviertas disfrutando de tu moto. Todo muy bien, me ha gustado mucho. Único que nos llevaron de vuelta 15 min antes, en vez de 2 horas han sido 1.45 min.

Something I had wanted to do for ages, but it was waay more tricky than I thought but got the hang of it and ended up jumping some big waves. The support was professional and friendly and I would do it again in a heartbeat

Fue una experiencia horrible, nos sentimos superestafados por esta empresa. No cumplieron nada del recorrido, no vimos absolutamente nada, dos horas por mar abierto sin ver nada de lo que dicen en la web.
Cuando mostramos nuestras molestias nos dijeron que nos devolverían 50 euros y seguidamente borraron el sms y nos dijeron que si queríamos reclamar lo hiciéramos a través del e-mail.
La mala experiencia fue en septiembre y a fecha de hoy (dos meses más tarde) aún no tenemos respuesta.
Son unos estafadores y chulescos.
No la recomiendo para nada.
He puesto una reclamación en consumo, espero tener alguna respuesta.

Une honte a fuire nous sommes une famille de voyageurs nous avons fait beaucoup d'activités c'est la première fois que je vais laisser un avis comme ça.c'est du vol je donne vraiment un 0/20 pour l'amabilité je donne un 0/20 pour la sortie il n'y a pas de dauphins pas de tortue pas de grotte rien quoi en plus des vagues gigantesque et pourtant je suis né au bord de mer a Marseille donc mauvaise mer je connais vraiment très dangereux voilà garder vôtre argent pour faire autre choses ah j'allais oublier a la fin 30€ les photos non mais je rêve bon vous m'avez bien escroqué tempis c'est le jeux juste si je peu éviter une autre famille de ce faire avoirs

We had an amazing time! First time out on a JetSki and absolutely loved this - we were made to feel relaxed, had time to get used to the JetSki and then had chance to go fast if you wanted.overall it was a superb experience, highly recommended and we’ll be doing it again next time we come here!

Jetskis are in really good condition. Free pickup from the hotel worked quiet well. They let you have fun with everything. They even take pictures of you. Can recommend that!

Un Safari? Mais quel Safari?
Rien de tout ce qui était annoncé n'était là: dauphins? Tortues? Grotte? Paysages?
Alors oui, ils pourraient répondre mais nous ne sommes pas responbles si les dauphins, tortues n'étaient pas là. En effet. Cependant la grotte, elle, ne bouge pas à ce que je sache. Ils pourraient répondre aussi que les vagues étaient trop importantes pour y aller. Mais justement, nous faire sortir en famille avec des vagues aussi importantes, ce n'est pas très conscient. Alors oui, l'océan est rarement calme donc pour la rentabilité, c'est sûr. La mer, on connaît, l'océan, non, donc on fait confiance à ce qui le connaisse. Chez nous, la sortie aurait été interdite.
Donc nous avons navigué durant 2h et fait une pause de 10 min sans paysage. La dernière demi-heure a été horrible pour moi, j'étais gelée et aucun plaisir à naviguer dans ces vagues. Je n'ai pas pu m'éclater à pouvoir accélérer pour avoir le plaisir du jet ski. Et heureusement que personne n'est tombé à l'eau car ça aurait été flippant même pour nous qui sommes de bons nageurs en pleine mer.
Ah oui, et la photo pour 30€, comment dire?
Le seul point positif, les jets skis sont confortables et de bonne qualité.
Et oui, nous sommes français mais vous travaillez avec le tourisme donc.

The Agua Safari guys were great! Out first time on a jet ski. We both had a ski each. I would recommend going with Agua, very professional, good at making you feel at ease, good safety briefing and explanation on how to operate the skis. Safety is paramount to them but lots of fun was had. Would recommend of you like some excitement and a great trip up the coast on dome fast skis

Had a great afternoon out jet skiing with my partner on Marina Del Sur. The team were so lovely they paid for our journey there as there was a mix up the booking. Then at the end we went for lunch along the Marina and I left my top there to dry off. I called them the next day and they organised for my top to be returned near my hotel. Great service and really thoughtful! Would definitely recommend!

Estuvimos haciendo la excursión de 1 hora.y simplemente fue espectacular.
La atención de los guías, su amabilidad, y sobre todo las motos. Yamaha nuevas, con menos de 750 horas de uso.
Totalmente recomendable.

Paid for 2hrs and got less and disorganized.

My son was over for his anual holiday so we decided to go jet skiing as my daughter had done it the week before and said it was good. It was 80 euros for 2hrs and we set off after 12pm and we were back in 1hr 30 if that. As we live here and we have owned a boat in Las galletas harbor we know only too well the sea can get very swelly and rough between galletas and the lighthouse, the monitor never explained about the sea conditions or explain how to ride the swell, lucky for us we have got our boat license so we knew, but there were beginners who didn't know. My daughter and her boyfriend came off theirs twice, once in the big swell, which was 4 to 5 meter swell, and a big swell came over the top of them, the monitor didn't even see this as he was well ahead of the back too, so I was abit concerned about the safety side as he didn't seem to be even keeping an eye out on us.
The experience of being on a jet ski is great but next time I would read the reviews first. My daughter said when they went it was a different monitor, alot better organized and the safety aspect was alot better.
The photos are really expensive as you pay 30 euros for a pen drive, there were 330 pics on there and there were only around 6 good pics of me and my husband, there were pics of us with our heads missing and half a jet ski, so was not impressed.

CUIDADO CON LOS PRECIOS, quieren aprovecharse del turismo, no existe una tarifa real de precios, fuimos a mediados de agosto y pagamos 40 euros por moto de agua, llamamos para volver a reservar para el día 26 de agosto y nos querían cobrar 50 euros. La razón fue: tenemos que aprovecharnos del turismo. Esto es una falta de profesionalidad, que únicamente perjudica a la imagen de la empresa y de la isla, incrementando los precios para aprovecharse de personas que favorecen el comercio local y generan riqueza, una pena.

Disorganised, paid for 2 hours and got 1, stood around waiting for ages (which apparently ate into our time), jet ski seat has sharp staples exposed, instructor was in a rush as we had started late, didn’t get to do the snorkelling, or get the snacks/drinks that we had also paid for, bikes had engine warning lights and kept making unusual noises making it hard to enjoy the experience, overall very disappointed.

Friendly and professional staff, I recommend 2 hours trip, for enough time to enjoy jumping the waves and to see whales / dolphins with a bit of luck. You can also get amazing photos from the trip for a small fee. Overall amazing experience - if you are in Tenerife and need some adrenaline - jets are the best bet.

I had amazing day. We booked 1 hour trip for 3 jet skies. Never did this before. Staff was great and very friendly, explain us everything, professional approach. Great Yamaha bikes, Great memories, great pictures, great fun. Next time I will do it 2 hours trip with those guys definitely. Tx.

Recently vacationed in Spain. Took the company Jet ski Yamaha, he was in idealnom condition. I cut through the waves, it was an unforgettable experience. The price for rental was OK the other big companies. I really liked it.

Today our family with total 8 person visit jet ski. 5 person of our member ride jet ski with instructor and all is fantastic day for us. There are many watersport activities that make you at home there.
