Recientemente compré un Omega Seamaster en Joyeria Santos, esta fue mi segunda compra, la primera fue en noviembre pasado. Todo acerca de toda la experiencia fue de primera clase, desde las instalaciones hasta el producto, el precio, pero especialmente el personal. Me hicieron sentir bienvenido y Bharath incluso me reconoció desde noviembre y recordó mi nombre. No hubo presión para comprar el reloj y me invitaron a irme y pensar en ello. Bharath me contactó por mensaje de texto y nos volvimos a encontrar donde me dieron un refrigerio. Finalmente compré el reloj y todo el personal fue de gran ayuda, desde la prueba hasta la explicación de la orden judicial, ¡e incluso me dieron una copa de champán! ¡Recomendaría encarecidamente este negocio a cualquiera que esté pensando en comprar un reloj de alta gama! ¡Si pudiera dar menos estrellas, lo haría! Decir que me quedé con el corazón roto después del tratamiento y mentiras: nos vendieron una joya muy cara solo para descubrir cuando llegamos a casa que el anillo ni siquiera se acercaba a la descripción del certificado y que los diamantes estaban sueltos. Los ajustes de los diamantes eran de varios grados inferiores a los que pagamos, ¡ni siquiera eran todos iguales! He intentado durante semanas ponerme en contacto para resolver esto como lo haría cualquier buen propietario de un negocio, pero me han ignorado y engañado, por lo que mi consejo sería que, si viaja desde un país diferente, lo evite a toda costa o se verá afectado. ¡¡Robaron a miles como nosotros y los dejamos devastados!
Excelente servicio. Personal muy amable. Buenos precios. Mi esposa y yo disfrutamos de una copa de champán mientras le ajustaban la correa a mi nueva compra, un Omega. Definitivamente vale la pena echarle un vistazo si te gustan los relojes y las joyas. Vuelvo enseguida.

Robert was so professional and helpful. We purchased two longline watches and I saw a beautiful ring with white sapphire but we wanted diamond in it instead and Robert without hesitation had it completed within two days. Both him and his colleague made us feel so special. We will definitely be back next time.
I have used this shop numerous times and have always been welcomed as a friend not as a customer by Robert and his staff making it a pleasure to shop here.

Terrible experience in store. Wanted to purchase a ring but was treated badly, watched like a hawk. Security guard stood right next to me the whole time, like I was a thief. Both the young man and the older lady that work there felt the need to crowd me while I tried the ring. I was made to wait for 20 minutes for a certificate of authenticity which never arrived. I ended up leaving without a purchase and quite angry at the way I was treated. I have since found the ring to purchase elsewhere. Santos price: 425 euros. Online price: 59 euros. Avoid this shop like you would Covid.
Very disappointed by the continued silence and lack of response following my multiple emails and phone calls in which I spoke to Santos. My mother & I purchased 2 rings in January. We were given a stamped certificate with warranty. Although it lacked all details of the jewellery. Worth, diamond clarity, stone. I was told mine was a Tansanite stone, and have since been told by 2 jewellers here that it is an Amethyst. I really dont mind but its the misleading information I was given. I rang Santos a few times asking for clarificatiin for insurance purposes as I wonder what else they mislead me on. He assured me he would send me on the details. Im still waiting.
I purchased a ruby ring and by mistake I dropped my mothers ring- which I had removed to try on the ring I purchased. Before I realized the ring I dropped had been dropped off at our hotel in Puerto del Carmen within 2 hours of our visit. High recommended shop, thank you so much <3
CUIDADO CON ESTA JOYERÍA DE LANZAROTE VER OTRAS RESEÑAS DE CLIENTES.: Compre un reloj de lujo TUDOR de un valor elevado, y estoy recibiendo un trato nefasto por parte de este establecimiento, el reloj estaba arañado ya en la exposicion de la tienda, dispongo de una fotografía del día de la compra, (no me di cuenta) voy a poner una reclamación en la marca oficial y quizás otras medidas legales, no he recibido ni una llamada para atender la reclamación, mucha verborrea el día de la compra pero luego se termina todo al pagar, todo medias verdades, malos entendidos, descuentos ofrecidos que NO se cumplen, etc, NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO CUIDADO, en unos días me dirijo a la central de la marca ROLEX TUDOR con mi reloj a hacer constar la reclamación y todo el caso en detalle. TAMBIÉN VOY A COMUNICARME CON OMEGA POR UN DESCUENTO OFRECIDO COMO GANCHO QUE LUEGO NO SE CUMPLE.
Be aware we agreed a price on a gucci watch for £608 only to find out we got charged £648 when we got home the crafty man over charged us on the exchange rate i was a bit slow realy working it out by the time i realised it was to late he would not refund the £40 back said he needed to speak to head office once again be aware
Spent nearly 3000 euros on a Chopard happy diamonds necklace, first I was charged 800 euros too much, they refunded the money and said it was marked up wrongly. I was given a blank box not a Chopard one, then I had to call back next day to collect a genuine box, when I got home they had given me a ring box not a necklace one. I had to take it back and I was told to come back on Saturday 27th April to collect the correct one, when I got there they didn't have one, and made up some excuse about it being stuck in customs. I was promised that they would post the genuine box to me in England as I was flying home the next day, and guess what still no box two weeks later. Necklace is very good and genuine Chopard, but the service and lies from the staff are not acceptable. Don't trust anything they tell you, as they will tell you anything to get you out of the shop once you have spent your money. My advice is go to a reputable dealer who you can trust, do not buy from these.
My boyfriend bought an engagement ring from here 2 years ago. Spent £900. Took it into the jewellers back in UK and was told it was a FAKE! Stone was not worth more than £2.00 Do not buy from this store. No idea how people can get away with this. Very upsetting.
What I mean buy fake is that we were told it was a diamond. But we now found out it was a cubic zirconia stone. That is not worth anything sadly.
We bought a saphire and diamond ring in Sept 2018 which we were told was 1.8 ct.and cost €1460 but when we got back to Ireland it was valued at €160because it is FAKE!

We didn’t pay attention to the bad online reviews and now we are paying for it by having being conned I to buying a FAKE ring. They even gave us a valuation cert.it’s FALSE!
Fantastic jewellers. We were there last month and my husband bought me the most fabulous emerald ring for Christmas.can't wait to wear it! The staff were really nice and helpful.
I have tried unsuccessfully to reach you with regard to my earring which I sent to you which you said you would make another earring for me. You said the earrings were ready at Christmas however you have not been in contact to arrange sending back the earrings to me. Why is the store refusing to answer phone calls and why are you not replying to your messages? ! I am extremely annoyed and due to to lack of response I am extremely unhappy and therefore would recommend that all patrons avoid your jewellery store.
