Kaboti Surf school Lanzarote

La playa de Famara es un gran lugar para surfear. ¡Tomé clases de 2 días y disfruté mucho de mi tiempo!

¡Qué gran día de surf! Elegiré Kaboti surf cada vez que venga a Lanzarote. ¡Gracias de nuevo!

¡¡¡Qué divertido! Me recogieron afuera de mi villa y me llevaron con otros a la playa. Agustín es muy amable y servicial, y habla muy bien inglés.
Una vez que llegamos, nos pusimos trajes de neopreno, cogimos nuestras tablas y nos dirigimos a la playa. Hicimos un calentamiento rápido y luego nos dividimos en dos grupos para repasar los conceptos básicos de remar y pararse en la tabla. Entonces llegó el momento de ponerlo en práctica. Primero probamos las olas más pequeñas más cercanas a la costa, pero después de un poco de práctica nos animaron a probar el siguiente conjunto de olas. Agustín nos dio correcciones y consejos en todo momento. A mitad de la lección salimos del agua para repasar y mejorar nuestra técnica. Luego volvimos al agua para divertirnos más. El ambiente es muy divertido e informal, no demasiado serio, pero al mismo tiempo sentí que aprendí mucho y pude montar algunas olas. Agustín amablemente nos tomó algunas fotos en nuestros tableros que compartió después. Cuando terminó la lección nos tomamos una foto grupal y luego volvimos a la camioneta para hacer las maletas y regresar a casa. Experiencia increíble por un precio razonable. Definitivamente regresaré.

Esta mañana hemos hecho la ruta de paddle surf y snorkel con Jordan y ha sido una experiencia chulisima lo recomiendo un montón el paddle surf es más fácil de lo que parece y puedes hacer la ruta sin dificultad y disfrutarla y y cuando llegamos a playa mujeres pude hacer snorkel por primera vez y fue muy bonito ver todos sus peces y nadar con ellos el monitor súper agradable además eso si recomiendo llevar cangrejeras ya sea por si te caes de la tabla o para el tramo de snorkel puesto que hay bastantes rocas debajo!

Recogida, experiencia de surf y regreso. Mucho tiempo en el océano. Principiante completo y estaba surfeando al final. Se sintieron seguros y se divirtieron mucho con los instructores y el pequeño grupo de estudiantes que tenían.

Augustin y Jordan fueron muy amables, serviciales y motivadores. Mi hija tuvo un poco de dificultad al principio, siguieron controlándola y ayudándola hasta que lo entendió y sonrió. ¡Una gran lección de surf!

Super recomendado! Los niños de 7 y 10 años tomaron dos clases privadas y no solo aprendieron a pararse, sino que la pasaron fantástico todo el rato. Repetiremos la próxima vez en la Isla. La opción de recogida en el hotel fue muy conveniente. Agustin y Jimena, maravillosos en todo momento. Gracias Kaboti!

All round great experience. Efficient and helpful booking process and transport. Patient and engaging tuition hit the spot for our 15 and 13 year olds, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Great surf too. Highly recommended.

We had a good surfing experience with Kaboti school. Iñaqui was a really nice instructor and we were able to learn basic surfing in only 3 days. However, we would have liked to have had more of a theoretical aspect and support in the practice of surfing. Also, classes were starting late every day, between 20 and 30 minutes later.

A big thanks to Austine and his team for a great surf lesson at Playa de Famara on Monday. We’ve surfed before, but Austine gave us some great tips which really helped improve technique- especially mine! Plenty of beginners in our lesson who were up in no time following some great instruction. Thanks again Austine and your team for a great morning’s surf! All the best, Al, Harry and Ethan.

Brilliant private lesson for our 9 and 12 year olds today. Everything was made easy from booking to the lesson itself. I recommend!

I would like to thank Kaboti for the private lessons with Andrea. It was a delight to work with Andrea. He was very attentive and followed my every step in the water. I have learned new things and improved my technique. I got some very nice feedback from him for the future to surf alone. It’s a rare thing to have someone who really pays close attention and listens to you and what your worries and fears are and plays around to help you address them. I’ll definitely recommend him to my friends:) Thank you!

Everything was perfect! From the rapid response, to organization of the classes, to the instructors and their teaching method. Simply amazing! I haven’t surfed for a while so I am a beginner. The instructor took the time to explain the techniques while we were on sand and also gave us time to practice there so it becomes second nature while in the water. The classes did not have a lot of people which is perfect when you want to learn. This gives the instructor also the chance to see you and give you immediate feedback on what to improve! Really really the best experience! I recommend it 100%! When I go back to Lanzarote will definitely have more classes with them! ️️️

Great surfschool. Very friendly. Andrea gave good feed back and we spent a lot of time in the water.

I had a great time. They always tried their best and were really helpful. It was my first time surfing and I felt like I was in good hands. The teachers are fun and there is a good vibe. I recommend it ‍️.

Booked last minute 7pm the night before! They kept in contact before and was picked up at 9am at the front of Hotel Elba! Partner didn’t want to surf but they let her come along!
All gear was supplied!
Had plenty of time on the waves (about 3 hours)
Waves were good for all levels, with plenty of bigger waves, and local surfers very friendly! The mentors were great for supporting everyone and giving extra time to anyone that needed it!

Don't come to Lanzarote for wakeboarding or Wakesurfing, this is not the place to but! But Kaboti Surf School team is great we had much fun with them! ;)

My daughter and I had a 3 hour surf lesson in October 2021 as total beginners with Agustin and it was brilliant. We borrowed wetsuits and after a gentle warm up on Famara beach, were introduced to the basics of surfing. And then, with renewed confidence, we headed into the water. It was not easy, but Agustin had his eyes on us and was there to correct our technique and to offer gentle encouragement when things didn’t go so well and a little celebration when they did. After 3 hours we were shattered but happy and very pleased with our progress. If you are thinking about giving it a go, don’t hesitate. These guys are pros and will look after you. If we’re ever back in Lanzarote, we’ll definitely be back for more.

I had the best time! Really nice teachers, had me standing on the board really fast. Experience could not be better, wish I could stayed longer.

We could easily contact kaboti with Monica and Agustin with WhatsApp.they pick you up in front of the hotel and bring you back at the end of the lesson. They are very accommodating, if you choose one of the packages you don't have to surf for 3 or 5 days in a row, if you have planned to visit or rest.
Agustin is a very good teacher, he knows how to transmit his experience in a way that is easy to understand. We do a little theory on the sand and then the rest is done by practicing, practicing and practicing again, if he realizes that it is too difficult he does not hesitate to take the time to help you in the water, which is reassuring for beginners who are a little apprehensive.
They are the best teachers and also good friends to choose without hesitation.

Great surf lessons with Agustin! He picks you up at your hotel if you want and brings you back after the class. He is reachable on WhatsApp all day long. He is very pedagogical and patient, even with big beginners like me! The beach where we surf is huge and very nice. I also got great advices from his colleague Luis (I don't know if that's how you spell it?). They are both very nice and cool. I had a great time with them. I recommend without hesitation! I will come back if I can

Great surfing experience with Kaboti. Smal groups, personal approach and attention, useful hints - we loved surfing with Augustin and Luis. The guys knew to bring me from beginner level to intermediate and to transform the hobby into a passion. After 4 lessons my partner turned from a sceptical 0-experience one into enthousiastic beginner. Not a problem to take lessons from them if you stay in Famara (and not in Playa Blanca). Also big compliments for quick and clear communication. See you back in Lanzarote one day, gyus!

Took my 8 year old for his first surfing lesson and the instructors couldn't be better. So patient making sure he loved every seccond. Famara beach was incredible for waves too

Lovely people and a very friendly service. Always had a great time and will definitely come back! They can pick you up at your hotel/apartment and will drop you off there afterwards. Snacks are included when you take a break and the equipment is also very good.

I highly recommend Kaboti Surf if you want to try surfing in Lanzarote. Agustin and Manu are great teachers, really friendly and helpful. Caleta de Famara is a beautiful beach with really nice waves for beginners. Already looking forward to our next trip!

Manu and Augustin are great teachers! We got picked up in the morning and drove us to the beach. After showing and explaning to us what to do we were off in the waves. Both Augustin and Manu are very attentive and helped us out individually. Although we are all beginners towards the end we definitely got better. Amazing experience!
