Tuvimos que caminar hasta la playa más de 2 km (en ambos sentidos) llevando una tabla de surf que no es tan pesada, pero sí incómoda de llevar. ¿¿No pudieron coger una furgoneta para al menos trasladar las tablas de surf? Además, los trajes que nos dieron estaban mal lavados, el traje de neopreno de mi compañero olía a algo podrido y luego, cuando nos pidieron que simplemente mojáramos nuestros trajes en el cubo de agua embarrada para "limpiarlos", entendimos por qué olía.muy malo. Bromearon sobre "¿qué? ¿No crees que lavaría 10 trajes de neopreno? " Además, me encantaron todas las playas de Fuerteventura excepto ésta a la que nos llevaron a surfear. Era una playa rocosa de poca profundidad, y cada vez que caías podías golpear fácilmente rocas muy afiladas. Al final, cuando regresamos, no tenían vestuarios, así que intentamos cambiarnos en los rincones más oscuros de la casa que estaba conectado a un bar, y el personal del bar (obviamente) pasaba constantemente mientras hacía su trabajo.
En el lado positivo, el instructor Max fue increíble, estuvo atento, animó y ayudó activamente durante todo nuestro tiempo.

Reservé un curso para principiantes de 3 días con esta escuela de surf online una semana antes de mi llegada. En el sitio web se prometieron varias cosas:
- grupos pequeños máximo 6-8 personas
- equipamiento de última generación
- ondas de luz perfectas para principiantes
Lo de los grupos pequeños funcionó más o menos bien.
¿Último equipo? Las tablas de surf estaban rayadas y, en el mejor de los casos, funcionales, ni siquiera habían sido enceradas, una de las cosas más importantes al surfear para no resbalar constantemente y encontrar agarre. Los trajes de neopreno no se lavaron después de su uso o solo se enjuagaron brevemente. El mío siempre estaba lleno de arena y sal del anterior, lo cual me parece muy antihigiénico. Además, algunos de ellos ya estaban bastante llenos de agujeros. Ni siquiera empieces con los zapatos de baño, algunas suelas ya se estaban despegando.
Pasemos ahora a las ondas de luz, que por supuesto no se pueden prometer porque no se puede influir en la naturaleza de esta manera. Cuando llegamos había tormenta y olas muy altas por toda la isla, no aptas para principiantes. Por ello, varias escuelas de surf de Corralejo y sus alrededores no han impartido clases de surf o han aplazado o cancelado las que tenían reservadas. Este no. Por supuesto, el instructor de surf se detuvo al poco tiempo porque era simplemente demasiado peligroso. Quien ahora crea que se devolvió el dinero se equivoca. Un máximo de un bono, que nadie puede utilizar porque usted planifica sus vacaciones en consecuencia. Si se cancela de antemano, puedes hacer otra cosa ese día, pero básicamente se acabó un día de vacaciones.
Luego intentamos recuperar el dinero. La señora de recepción nos explicó que era culpa nuestra si reservamos 3 días a la vez. Deberíamos haber reservado un día primero. Y si no podemos leer las condiciones en el sitio web.
Demasiado para servicio al cliente.
Lo siguiente era que tenías que escribir a un número de WhatsApp por la noche para preguntar si el curso empezaba a las 10 o a las 14 horas del día siguiente. Cuando pregunté en qué playa se estaba realizando el curso, no obtuve respuesta alguna. Absolutamente poco comunicativo e inflexible. Luego tenías que presentarte en la escuela de surf a las 13: 45. Cuando se repartían todos los trajes de neopreno y se colocaban las tablas, normalmente eran las 2: 30 p.m. Tediosa y molesta pérdida de tiempo en unas vacaciones tan cortas.
¡Me gustaría destacar en este punto a los monitores de surf! ¡5 estrellas para ti! ️️️️️ Especialmente Isak y Max, que eran los responsables de nuestro grupo, muy trabajadores, amables, todo estuvo bien explicado y siempre nos vigilaron a todos de cerca. Gracias Isak y Max!
Pero por lo demás no puedo recomendar esta escuela de surf, el entorno y la oficina son simplemente un grupo desorganizado sin ningún servicio al cliente. Sin opciones de cancelación, falta de información y ningún respeto por los clientes.
No tengo idea de dónde vienen todas las buenas críticas. Leí los malos antes de enviar esta reseña; en general, todos dicen lo mismo. En respuesta, probablemente me sentiré insultado por haber inventado todo, como todos los demás
Corralejo tiene tantas escuelas de surf geniales, ¡busca otra!

Una escuela de surf realmente genial. Reservamos por 5 días y fue simplemente divertido. Todos en el equipo fueron súper amables y respondieron todas sus preguntas. Los instructores de surf te hicieron sentir seguro y estuvieron siempre contigo. ¡Fue un gran momento con grandes personas y muchas experiencias! ¡Gracias!

El curso de surf fue muy divertido. Especialmente para nosotros como principiantes, Alex nos explicó todo en detalle. Todos también fueron ayudados en el agua, aunque también haces mucho por tu cuenta los músculos doloridos después están definitivamente garantizados

Terrible servicio. Hicimos una pregunta simple y solo obtuvimos risas burlonas y ninguna respuesta a menos que quisiéramos alquilar algo.

Joined a 5 days surf camp through booksurfcamps. Had a wonderful time and probably one of my perfect holidays. Would love to give a 5 stars review, but I could only give 2 stars due to one toxic factor, which I think it is very alarming that they need to work something on it.
There is a lady, I didn’t quite get her name (Juliet? Julien?) who is very impolite and irrespecutful. Every students are offered a free drinks after a class. One day she refused to give me one. I was being shouted and pointed at for three times without any explanation, in the end she just unwillingly spoke to the staff in Spanish and I got a drink. To be honest, I don’t really care as it was just a €1 bottled orange juice…I stood there just because she keep SHOUTING at me without any explanation.
I have never been so offended before, not to say for just a small bottled of orange juice. If they have history of people trying to take advantage of them, may be they can invent some ways to prevent it? Like chopping a stamp on your hand before the class like you go to a night club. Or simply, she can just ask the other students or instructors around. Why the shouting?
The next day this lady was in charge at the reception and I would like to ask question. I think may be her English is not that good, but instead of asking me to repeat, she SHOUTED AT ME AGAIN. Saying that she has already done and deal with my request, why am I still talking to her.
So I needed to calm myself down, even I was so angry and really wanted to shout back. And tried to speak - every - single - word - clearly - so - she - could - understand - that - I - was - just - asking - question. At that point, I didn’t even want to reschedule my classes as she was so rude. I wanted to get a refund. She later on finally understood the situation and realised it’s their fault that I couldn’t attend a few lessons, she said I could come back again at the end of all my classes and talk to her again.
On my last day, I did see her again at the reception. But I realise I didn’t bother, as even walking close to her, you could already feel the grumpy and negative vibe, that it destroy my holiday mood completely.
The surf camp offers accommodation, there are a few clumsy management. But once there is problem, the volunteers will try their best to help. They are all very friendly, warm and welcoming.
The surfing instructors are all very friendly and helpful. I am glad to have joined a 5 courses camp as it allow me to experience different kinds of waves (due to the weather) and the instructor will explain why this happens and what we need to pay attention to. I have learned a lot and can’t wait to try again in the near future!
All the staff and everyone are so nice. It’s just a shame that I have to paid three yoga classes that I couldn’t join due to their fault. And all these amazing staff won’t be enjoying these extra money I am paying and the money only goes to the business's pocket.
In the end, I had a really good time, made a lot of good friends. I just hope that grumpy lady would learn how to talk to another human, learn how to be polite, and learn how to trust in humanity.

Aucun professionnalisme, aucun respect de l'usager et ce malgré un contexte juridique clair.
Si votre séjour est annulé contre votre gré (covid par exemple.) l'école Kailua ignorera toutes vos sollicitations et ce dans le but de ne pas vous rembourser. A fuir.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Fuerteventura! La surf house est propre et les cours de surf avec Francesco étaient top! Très bon prof!

Unfriendly service. We booked a surf camp with a discount on rental boards. After endless conversations with the hostile lady, we finally got the discount. I recommend to avoid pre-payment with this surf school avoiding endless discussions on things that have already been agreed on. The rental boards have very poor quality.

Really nice school. We had lessons every day. Very helpful instructors who are very patient:) We had a lot of fun and enjoyed every moment in the water.

Management is very hard to communicate with, like most of their arguments ends with answer "no possible", while there is no logic in the situation.only star is only for cool surf instructors. I wouldn't reccomend this school to anybody.

Three times we were lied to and didn't get our surfing day. They refused to refund our payment and give us the lesson another day. Update: gave us refund

Great to stay in the surf house and meet a great bunch of people. The school was awesome! Great instructors, I found the staff to be flexible. I had a really great time here. Thanks guys!

Very cool and professional instructors, good surfing tips & tricks. Surf house is also very friendly and welcoming all of its guests.
Surfing went very great and would 10/10 times suggest to others. Although sometimes I have regret not to wear slippers when going into water because of stones on the shore:)

Stayed at Ocean Dreams surf house was very good experience. Wake up learn to surf party sleep, all day every day:)

Entered as beginner level. After one week with instructors help was able to improve till intermediate surfer. Very happy with the tuitions. Of course will be not close to that with the help of Instructors! ️

Bhavana surf house is the perfect place to combine surf, chill out and great people for sharing holidays! I had one amazing week there! Instructors are great and avaliable for every kind of clarification! All wetsuits and material are new! On my first day i got to use new wetsuit and new surf baord, that was avesome! It seams they upgraded for the new material that week. Absolutely recommended!

Great first surfing experience
I tried surfing for the first time and that was great experience for me. All instructors are very professional. The instructor was very dedicated and patient which means a lot for the beginners.

Amazing place, amazing host! Very comfortable and friendly! The local surf is perfect for all kinds of experiences. The views are great and the beach / shop / cafe is in a short walk. I loved BBQ and cocktails at Sunset Lounge Beach Bar. I also enjoyed dance party after the surf at their place! Thank you Mantas & we will come back!

Gave us good opportunity to learn surfing and explore Fuerteventura. The team is professional, knowing what they do. The House and the rooms were clean, as I counted even 2 people responsible for cleaning. Personnel is very helpful. They helped us with the excursions at the island. We are so happy that we chose this camp for our winter vacation. Thanks a lot for happy and amazing moments in the water and outside.unforgettable!
