Recomendación absoluta! Excelentes bicicletas, enfoque súper flexible por teléfono y personal muy agradable. Al final obtuvimos algunos buenos consejos para la isla. ¡Con mucho gusto otra vez!

¡Bien! Buena bicicleta, buena ruta, responde muy rápido. No es una tienda y también recogen y entregan, por lo que enviar mensajes de texto funciona perfectamente. ¡¡Recomendado!

Son una pareja muy amigable que alquila bicicletas.
Alquilamos dos bicicletas de montaña eléctricas.
Cuando lo levanté toqué los pedales, uno de los pedales estaba prácticamente a punto de caerse, así que obviamente lo apretó.
Luego en la carretera casi me caigo porque el neumático delantero estaba desinflado y no lo había revisado cuando salí.
Finalmente al bajar por un sendero tengo un problema con la cadena que cambia y se bloquea y con el desviador, que tiene un problema.
Me detuve y me di cuenta que en realidad la rueda se había salido de su soporte, evité una buena caída.
Entonces esta falta de verificación resultó peligrosa, además las bicicletas de montaña eran muy buenas incluso si al neumático trasero casi no le quedaban clavos.

Muy buena gente! Fue un encanto conmigo sin haber avisado con tiempo para reservar. Todo muy bien y fácil, para mí una gran opción de alquiler de bicis en el norte.

Perdí un día de mis vacaciones porque me regalaron una e-mountainbike que no funcionaba, la cadena se trababa constantemente. No escribiría esta reseña si hubieran mostrado algún remordimiento, pero literalmente recibí este mensaje cuando les escribí sobre el problema mientras intentaba comenzar mi pista: "estas cosas suceden". Ofrecerme una bicicleta gratis la semana después de mis vacaciones realmente no compensa el hecho de darme una bicicleta que no es segura para andar, o incluso posible de usar. Y cuando devolví la bici no vinieron a pedir perdón, siguieron hablando con sus vecinos sin ni siquiera saludar. Elige un lugar mejor y no pierdas tu tiempo.

Das Rennrad war in einem perfekten Zustand - Licht, Pumpe, Helm, Multitool, Smartphone-Halterung und sogar Schuhe (LOOK, Größe 45) alles dabei! Enrique und seine Frau sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ich kann Kiraya Bikes für einen Rennradtag zum Teide Nationalpark sehr empfehlen! Vor der Bike-Abholung aber am besten kurz anrufen und die Zeit ausmachen.

La bicicleta de carreras estaba en perfectas condiciones: luz, bomba, casco, multiherramienta, soporte para teléfono inteligente e incluso zapatos (MIRA, talla 45), ¡todo incluido! Enrique y su esposa son muy amables y serviciales. ¡Recomiendo encarecidamente Kiraya Bikes para un día en bicicleta de carretera al Parque Nacional del Teide! Antes de recoger tu bicicleta, lo mejor es llamar rápidamente y fijar la hora.

El Fahrradkaden está un poco escondido en una pequeña calle del sótano. Me atendieron muy amable y competentemente. Una gran selección de bicicletas de alquiler.

¡¡Muy lindo! Nos ayudaron con las rutas, nos dieron todo el equipo que necesitábamos, ¡y fueron muy amables! El precio es más barato que en otros sitios, tenemos 2 bicicletas de montaña por 50 euros. Además, tienen su propio seguro, por lo que si algo sucede con las bicicletas (chocas con un automóvil o con otra bicicleta), está cubierto.

¡La ubicación en los mapas de Google es un poco complicada! El lugar es un garaje, por lo que si conduce con el automóvil, probablemente no lo verá. ¡Solo conduce hasta que veas un gran garaje naranja donde arreglan y limpian autos y está justo al lado! ¡Puerta azul con el nombre!

Gracias por las facilidades a la hora de recoger la bici y facilitarme casco y botes. Excelente bici, con excelente puesto a punto.

Lo mejor para alquilar bicis de calidad en el norte de Tenerife. Horario flexible y una atención excelente. Recomendado cien por cien.

Alquilamos una bicis de carretera, para disfrutar de la isla, y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa que las bicis eran totalmente nuevas. El trato de los propietarios fue increíble adaptándose a nuestro horario, ya que fue en Domingo.

Great service and bikes are very well maintained! Personal and super friendly service. Recommended routes that were very much appreciated! Was flexible and provided us with all the gear we were missing from helmets to water bottles. Absolutely recommend this business!

Not trustworthy! They're advertising free delivery in La Laguna to catch customers. I called them at noon, they said it's possible. I wrote an email with my details. 5 hours (!) later the reply: delivery not possible.

Alquilamos dos bicis para un día y el trato fue muy bueno, tanto la atención como la predisposición.
Las bicis son muy muy antiguas, dando poca seguridad a la hora de montar en ellas. Quizá para un uso básico como un paseo por la ciudad o un desplazamiento corto, están bien. Pero para uso deportivo están más limitadas (alquilamos otras en otra tienda y eran bicis muy actuales y cuidadas, por el mismo precio).

- the bikes where old and in a not well maintained state, the chain was jumping up and down and it was slipping due to wear which can be very dangerous on the steep climbs
- I was told they’re the last bikes they have since they’re booked out - that’s understandable since I only called on very short notice. But an other customer who booked three months in advance also got a bike with very badly set gearshift.

Lo recomiendo al 120%. Super bien atendido durante todo el tiempo que tuve la bicicleta, dando todas las facilidades del mundo. Te recomiendan rutas. Todo un acierto alquilar la bicicleta con ellos.

Very nice place to rent bikes of all kinds with good quality! Went for the Trek electric mountainbike and it was a pleasure to move around hilly urban areas and then the green hills of agana, great place, thank you for good service! Danny

I was gonna leave 3 stars, but after seeing that instead of apologising and maybe reflecting on a poorly run business, you accuse your own customers of lying, it’s a two. I’m really shocked by this behavior which is unacceptable. We have rented two bikes, I have gotten a bike that they had a reported issue with (disfunctional shifting which is dangerous - reported by a previous customer we talked to), but had no time (or skills?) to service, they rented it anyway. I was having trouble the whole day when the shifting was getting stuck and vibrating. I wouldnt comment on general state of the bikes (which are long past their good times), i will just say that scratches (clearly crashed many times) are very visible, but the aesthetic is not an issue. I got a saddle that looked straight out of trash, like if it was rotting…. Completely peeled surface, but again, aesthetic is not that important, but the seat was very uncomfortable and it shocked me that a rental company would even rent this out. Definitely get your own helmet as they rent such old gear that it would probably not protect you much, same with the shoes, nothing available and the stuff they had looked like if it was used for the past 30 years. Biking should be done with passion as well as running a business, you might be getting profit by being fully rented out because in this part of island, there is no competition, but running this so poorly is not a good way to do things (particularly when it can put your customers in danger), you should maybe decide to take a week off and service the bikes that are incredibly overused and buy some new parts. Cannot wait to get a response that me too, I am a liar for providing a detailed honest review. Instead of accusing your own clie ts, invest time in running your business properly and try servicing your bikes, you will be able to use them for longer then (and no, this is not a standard on the island, we rented in gigantes now, bikes are in excellent shape, perfect service, real passion behind)

Alquilé una bici que respondió a mis expectativas. Previamente, me solucionaron un problema con mis calas- de hecho, gracias a ellos puede llevar a cabo mi propósito-

Una experiencia excelente. La bici eléctrica que cogí iba muy bien, me permitió hacer una ruta que consideraba complicada en principio pero que resultó ser bastante sencilla con esa bici.
Además, la chica se mostró super accesible y simpática desde el principio, me sugirió varias rutas, entre ellas la que escogí.
Te facilitan casco, bolso y todo el material para poder arreglar un pinchazo, hinchar una rueda o cualquier cosa que puede pasar pero normalmente no pasa.
Si vuelvo a la isla repetiré con ellos seguro

Hemos alquilado unas bicis eléctricas y hemos hecho la ruta que nos han recomendado. Son una pareja muy agradable y nos han ayudado con información para seguir nuestro viaje. Una bonita experiencia!

Buenísima experiencia. Las bicis de primerísima calidad y la ruta que nos propusieron super chula.
En la bajada me caí y se salió un pedal. Lo primero que me preguntaron al bajar fue si me había pasado algo a mi y no aceptaron cobrarme extra.

Fui a la Isla por trabajo, me presente allí temprano y sin previo aviso, fueron todo facilidades, alquile una eléctrica y la prepararon en tiempo récord, además de orientarme para realizar una ruta con vistas increíbles, gente muy cercana y auténtica!
Repetiré seguro, les pongo un 10.

J'ai loué un vélo de course en très bon état, vitesses, freins ok, 2 porte bidons, le kit de réparation (qui n'a pas servi) et le jeu de clés Allen qui m'a permis de bien ajuster la hauteur et le recul de selle.

I rented a roadbike for a day and it was a fantastic experience. Very helpful from the start and helped plan my route around the stunning Anaga National Park. Run by triathletes with excellent knowledge of local area and the bike was excellent. Next time I'll book more days and cycle the Teide volcano! Many thanks.

Great little shop. Family run, super friendly. Showed me a local route which was a blast. Bike was in good shape and ran smoothly. Be careful going there, it’s easy to miss the shop. Look for the automotive garage.

I strongly recommend it. Great range of bikes and perfect service. Best of all is the staff - so friendly and helpful - we got two flat tires and they arrived immediately to fix it so that we could continue our tour. Thanks again!

Great place to rent a bike in Tenerife. Nice and helpful owners. The bike I've rented was in a good technical condition and I had no problems cycling around the island for 5 days. I can recommend this place.

We called them on Thursday evening just for trying to reserve 2 MTB the day after. They replied me in a while and I managed to have my day on bicycle.
Super nice service and very kind staff.
