Siamo andati tre volte per avere informazioni, ci hanno sempre detto di non prenotare ed al momento della prova non avevano più tamponi. Uno scempio a meno di 24 ore dal volo abbiamo dovuto cercare un’altra clinica.

Worst clinic ever. Paid an excessive price for a simple urine test which later in the official hospital was a wrong diagnosis. Being pregnant it dit have big implications. Even worse was that when we returned 2 days later to pick up the bill he frauded with reporting measurements of tests he never performed and which were turned out to be the focus of concern. Being a physician myself I take this very servere and consider making a claim. Furthermore we tried to get a refund for the check appointment which we cancelled because of the misdiagnosis and had to pay in avance with no succes.

Excellent service, arrived 2 hours before our appointment time as we were passing the clinic. Saw all 4 of us no issues 25€ Each for antigen test for travelling back to the uk with printed and emailed results. Fantastic clinic, super clean and staff are friendly, we wouldn’t hesitate to use again! Just make sure you double check spellings on the certificates, we had 1 minor typo that was fixed in seconds

I came here for a covid test and got tested quickly and had my results quickly as well. Friendly and professional staff. I recommend.

Horrendous experience. My husband suffers with anxiety so we were sure to prebook only for 11 people to ‘walk-in’ in front of him and he was told, very abruptly “sit and wait “. The receptionist was arrogant, rude and dismissive of his appointment. Go elsewhere. Upsetting experience and a complete waste of time booking an appointment

This clinic is the in resort clinic for AntiGen test, so it’s busy and getting busier. However, the receptionist is shocking, abrupt, rude, useless, disorganised. Watch an Irish lady find two mistakes on her test certificate. The surname on my form had been misspelled. You are asked to check and there is no problem with correcting & reprinting. Don’t bother making an appointment, oh unless it’s through a hotel. You can make one, but in our case it counted for nothing. We were aggressively dispatched to the back of the queue. But she will take a booking from you! If you need to organise test to fly home you can purchase a service in the UK. Validated with video service, €10 more expensive, if money not an issue would definitely advise.

The Dr administering the test was polite, considered and empathetic. I would suggest I’m not someone to normally complain or see the worst in others! On both visits to the clinic I was horrified with my treatment. I have huge concerns that this may end badly as flights increase, tempers fray in the heat coupled with her disorganisation, inefficient, abrupt & rude conduct.

I’ll stop now as I could write reams and still feel like I’d been assaulted.

My experience here was great lovely lady on reception.
I went in for a prescription because I had forgotten to bring some tablets so my fault entirely.
They sorted my new prescription out it was 60 euros so not cheap, but another clinic wanted to charge me 100 euros.
We also book our travel home Lateral Flow test 25 euros again very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend.

Don't go there! The PCR is super expensive (130€ when you could have it for 80€ in other places). The doctor is anything but delicate when doing the test. But most importantly, I didn't get my results even though I called ahead and they guaranteed I would get them the night before my flight. I had to call for 2 hours right before my flight at the airport and finally got someone on the phone from Costa Teguise clinic, who was able to forward the results to me. I barely made it to my flight when I finally received them.
Do not recommend at all.
