Llegamos por casualidad y fue todo un acierto. La comida estaba riquísima, con buena relación calidad-previo y todo el personal fue encantador! :)

Me sorprende ver críticas bajas aquí: el lugar es parte del hotel Duque, tiene hermosos interiores (estilo mexicano) y excelentes vistas al mar. Pedí pulpo, plato de jamón, cafés y pollo del menú infantil. Todo fue simplemente magnífico. El servicio era un poco más frío pero razonable. En general, volvería a comer, una experiencia agradable.

Comimos tacos de pollo y langostinos enchipotlado y pollo coquelet asado, ambos platos muy buenos y sorprendentes

5 estrellas para la simpática mujer de 55 a 65 años que corre y corre y corre a temperaturas de 35 grados pero siempre es súper agradable

La comida está excelente el trato con los camareros Silvia y Daniel lo mejor con mi niña siempre atentos con ella, cada vez que vamos el trato genial.

Volví allí de buenas experiencias pasadas.

El servicio fue bastante malo, no se prestó atención y fue muy difícil contactar a alguien para realizar más pedidos y pagar la factura. Por no hablar de la dificultad para hablar con algunos camareros que claramente no hablan inglés.
Aprecio que esto sea España, pero este es un lugar turístico importante.

La comida era normal, engañosa por el precio. Algunas de las comidas nos llegaron frías. Claramente sobrevalorado.

Queríamos ayuda para pedir un taxi para mi padre discapacitado y que nos dijeran que caminara calle arriba hasta la parada de taxis. Muy inútil.

Muy buen establecimiento, buen almuerzo, servicio perfecto.

Primera noche en Bahía y no teníamos reserva. La hacienda nos alojó en el último minuto: terraza frente al mar, la comida estaba bien y el servicio fue regular. ¡Bill había incluido artículos no consumidos!

La comida es muy buena! ¡Delicioso, de lujo! Hermosa vista del lugar es hermosa, con vista al océano (playa). Fuimos a almorzar, ¡buena suerte! Hay lugares.ordenados sopa y bruschetta - en pan casero - ¡delicioso! Agua en una botella de vidrio (importante). Satisfecho)

Trato nefasto por parte de los camareros, todo el rato dando malas contestaciones y muy bordes. Por el precio que tiene cada plato no merece la pena, ya que la mayoría estaban insípidos. No lo recomiendo

Sin reserva nos dieron un lugar muy lindo en el patio. El personal es super amable, los vinos son buenos y el lomo 'al fuego' estuvo fantástico. Hay un ambiente muy agradable, ¡este restaurante es muy recomendable para cualquiera que esté en la zona!

Mujer amable en la entrada nos dio una mesa en el jardín que era muy acogedora. Pedimos 2 refrescos, una botella de agua y bocadillos de bruschetta como entrante, no había nada de qué quejarse. Como plato principal teníamos pasta al pesto penne y rodaballo, ambos muy cubiertos de mantequilla y aceite. Además, las raciones no eran suficientes para un comensal decente. Lástima que el comportamiento del camarero también arruina en parte el ambiente, comportamiento muy condescendiente como si fuéramos solo un grupo de turistas que no comimos ni bebimos nada. Prefería prestar toda su atención a las parejas mayores que nos rodeaban que a una pareja más joven que, según sus ojos, no pertenecía aquí. Las camareras fueron muy amables.

Lo pasamos genial en nuestro último día en Tenerife. Agradable restaurante en un entorno muy agradable. Excelente comida: tallarines de boletus negros y gambas (¡una delicia!) - excelentes espaguetis a la carbonara (deliciosos trocitos de tocino) - filete de salmón a la catalana con espinacas y arroz (muy buena y bonita presentación). En cuanto al postre, brownie de chocolate caliente y helado de vainilla (excelente y generosa porción) - muy buen tiramisú pero no lo suficientemente rico y una pequeña decepción en la presentación (presentado en una copa de helado). Camarero atento.

The food is delicious, the staff is polite.
The only thing is that they brought me a dirty spoon, but they replaced it upon request. And also the handles of the chairs and the chairs themselves are sticky.

En revanche je reste sur ma note car les deux serveurs délégués à notre table n'ont pas pris la peine de faire leur service jusqu'au bout.
Après le plat, ils ont préféré rigoler entre eux et ne pas s'occuper des clients. La seule préoccupation était ensuite de préparer la fermeture alors que nous n'avions pas eu la carte pour les desserts. Ils ne sont jamais revenus à notre table.
Nous sommes donc partis sans dessert ni café.
Heureusement Airam était là sinon j'aurais mis une seule étoile. C'est lui qui nous a apporté la note.
Une absence de management flagrante est à relever.
Dommage pour un restaurant de ce "standing". Nous avons mangé dans des restaurants plus simples avec un service irréprochable.

Would have rated this 5 stars, but we waited a long time for servings. And the staff messed up some drinks.

Terrible place. Service very poor. Kids meals came with starter and were fine but at €10.50 for nuggets and chips was expensive. We were going to share the starter which was €15 but it was 2 tiny tacos which weren't very impressive. Kids then finished their food and 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our mains. No apologies or explanation from waiting staff despite asking. We upped and left! Looks like a nice place but don't be deceived!

It was really slow service after a quick start to take drinks order - the staff are a bit abrupt and slap dash - food was good but took forever - they got our bill completely wrong - charging double for all dishes and the response from the waiter when we pointed it out was un-apologetic, almost dismissive.wouldn't go again - as others have commented, it lacks atmosphere and they appear so busy yet the place is not full.

Total schön am playa del duque gelegen ist dieses stilvoll eingerichtete restaurant eines der erschwinglicheren lokale hier an der strandpromenade. Sehr freundliches personal welches auch deutsch spricht. Sehr positiv ist wirklich das gesamte ambiente dieses restaurants, hier wurde mit liebe fürs detail eingerichtet.
Weniger punkte gibt es jedoch für das essen, vorspeisen sowie hauptgänge empfanden wir als geschmacklos, vielleicht hatte der koch ja auch einfach nur einen schlechten tag.

Exceptionally rude host on entry. Not quite sure what his problem was. Food was fine and as expected.

Great spot to watch the sunset and the sangria was delicious. We sat in the bar area to side of restaurant.

Highly NOT recommend!
The fish was not fresh at all in the pasta. The proof was the huge number of muschitos that came when the plate arrived.
The manager was very reluctant to our comment when we tried to discuss with him. He made us pay and did not try to make an appology. In a matter of fact, he justified the smell by the mushrooms present in the dish. Luckily, we did not eat there, even though we paid, and avoid intoxication.

The staff were nice and friendly, took our order for drinks which came out quickly. Another member of staff took our food order and asked regarding any allergies. Cocktails tasted nice and were nicely presented, my daughter had to order the mocktail version as it looked so good and tasted even better. Food was also nice, we got a few starters and main course. The portions seemed to be on the small side however after starters and mains we had no space for deserts.

Absolutely amazing. We were walking by and noticed this restaurant so decided to see if we could get a table. We were very lucky. The food was brilliant as was the service. We all thought the food was some of the best we have had. The tomato bruschetta was so fresh and my tagliatelle was the best I've ever had. We will definitely book in here next time we are back.

È un posto informale e piacevole sul lungomare, si mangia bene, cucina per lo più mediterranea, melanzane alla parmigiana molto buone personale cortese e veloce

Aug 2021. Difficult to reserve if not hotel guest. Excellent location for sunset if you can get tabke close to promenade.

Coming to La Hacienda, a restaurant connected to the 5 star Bahia del Duque hotel, our expectations were quite high. Yet, from the first moment of our dinner, these expectations began to quash. My partner ordered a Sangria and was bitterly disappointed when she received some brandy with banana liquor instead. This chemical taste was followed by our starters, which were all overpowered by the presence of canned pineapple in every single dish. The final nail in the coffin were the calamari, which were frozen, rubbery and plain tasteless. Whilst I can somewhat understand the previous mishaps, serving frozen seafood with the ocean 50 metres from the restaurant is simply unacceptable.

Bin begeistert. Super leckeres Essen, super freundliche Bedienung, super schöne Einrichtung, super schönes Ambiente. Und das Essen wurde super schnell serviert. Das wird sicherlich nicht mein einziger Besuch hier bleiben! Ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter.:)

The worst service ever. First of all the waiters could not agree if we can take off our masks drinking water. Then I’ve tried to understand how big is the portion of quesadilla, that made a waiter very irritated for some reason. And then we asked to change something in the order, like to take out one dish and he literally ripped off the page from his notebook in a very theatrical angry move.

The food was ok. Maybe there were some explanation why the waiters were in a very bad mood, but we don’t know because no one bothered to explain something or at least smile of say por favor.

Booked this place during the in and out of lockdown for some winter sun for me and my wife self catering.
Balcony huge, with sunshine on it all day, see view. Bedroom smart and modern, everything in lounge big, tv etc, bathroom modern, kitchen like being at home. Huge hammock table and chairs and lounges all on your own balcony. Everything spotless. Limited reception so when you land you get an e.mail telling you keycode to access your room, DON'T MISS THE EMAIL. Car not essential all amenities local from iceland to pubs shops etc. 5 day break, fantastic. Reception is 12 - 6
And will book you a hire car taxi whatever.

Je suis retournée une seconde fois dans ce restaurant et je dois malheureusement changer mon avis. Mon mari avait pris des pâtes au pesto.s’il a reçu 100 grammes, c’est beaucoup. Pour un pris de 11,90 euros. Pour ma part j’ai pris des tagliatelles aux gambas.ces dernières pas nettoyées convenablement (encore avec l’intestin) et les pâtes étaient très sèches malgré la crème. Nous avons décidé de ne pas prendre de dessert. Les serveurs jusqu’alors très sympas sont devenus tout à coup distants. On ne nous a même pas salués lorsque nous sommes partis! Bref.c’est cher pour un service et un repas de piètre qualité.

Excellent restaurant, personnel très à l’écoute et sympathique. Délicieux, nous y avons été deux jours de suite. Nous recommandons sans soucis

La comida es muy normal, se puede encontrar sin problema una propuesta gastronómica superior por un precio más adecuado. Los precios son elevados ya que pertenece al Hotel Bahía del Duque. Eso sí, por lo que pongo 1 estrella es por el servicio. Llegamos a las 5 minutos tarde y el camarero nos dijo de una manera poco educada que ni si quiera tendría porque atendernos. En general el servicio de los demás camareros no se corresponde con la categoría del hotel gran lujo como Bahía del Duque. Si teneis otra opción, escoged otro sitio.
