Encantadasima con este servicio, alquilamos un coche que nos lo llevaron hasta el hotel y nos dieron además la opción de alquilar sillitas del coche para los niños, que nos vino genial. tambien cogimos las entradas para el Loro parque y fue un día increíble. Venus pour réserver une voiture pour le lendemain, l agent (je n ai pas retenu son prenom) très sympathique nous en trouve une a un prix très abordable (53 euros la journée), nous sommes repartis avec une réservation pour une excursion pour aller voir dauphins et baleines. Alors que nous avions repéré une autre prestation similaire ailleurs nous n avons absolument pas regrette notre choix car la sortie en mer était formidable.un pilote qui a fait des efforts pour nous donner des explications intéressantes sur la faune et la flore (alors que nous parlons peu anglais) nous avons pu voir baleines et dauphins pendant 2 heures comme promis et cerise sur le gâteau une tortue!
De plus nous étions seuls a bord donc nous avons pu profite pleinement
Merci encore pour ces prestations je n ai pas eu l occasion de venir vous remercier mais c était génial.au plaisir de revenir un jour sur cette île magnifique

absolutely brilliant and great value - lived here for 6 years in early 2000's and cant believe i never went up there earlier.

We had a really nice excursion. We went on the Buggy Trail.
Elisa was very good dealing with us. Reasonable price and friendly we paid cash and happy to give business to this company again.

I really liked the service and how we were made to feel comfortable and friendly. Customer service wins on this one! However would highly recommend to clarify the details and check the availability as there might be some miscommunication. Ours was dealt with and compensated swiftly. It might have not been this companies fault not sure what happened.

I would give them 10/10 for communication and service

Personale italiano che mi ha consigliato le più belle escursioni da fare a Tenerife.
1. Visita al Teide, Garachico, Mascha
2. Noleggio automobile per visitare Santa Cruz, Playa De Las Teresitas (stupenda), La Laguna.
3. Visita al Teide buy night.con cena inclusa.
Devo assolutamente scrivere che è andato tutto bene e sicuramente se tornerò a Tenerife, farò nuovamente visita a Elisa (l’operatrice che mi ha venduto le singole escursioni).

The lady who was serving us was really friendly. However, the boat trip that was sold to us was not what we experienced. We were told we would receive Tapas, open bar, 3 hour sight-seeing of dolphins and whales and access to life jackets and snorkeling kit. During the trip the "tapas" was a bowl of crisps to share and a warm ham and cheese sandwich. The "open bar" was a cooler box full of knock off cheap cola and beer.

To be fair, we did see whales for 5 minutes which was an amazing experience and were warned on-board that the evening trip was less likely to see dolphins and whales, however we were not informed of this when booking, in fact we were told it was the best time to go. Furthermore, it felt as soon as we had seen the whales no further attempt was made to locate any other animals and subsequently we floated around the water for another 2 hours.

I want to emphasise the lady who sold us the trip was very pleasant on interaction, however somewhere there must have been some miscommunication as the trip in our opinion was not as advertised.

(By the way the cost of the trip was €55, each.)

Had a fantastic holiday in Tenerife. Staying in La Siesta hotel. The highlight was definitely two excursions. We were recommended to go and speak to the English guy called Asa who works in the excursion shop over the road from the hotel. So glad we did. His prices beat the hotel prices. He was so friendly and professional. We went on a boat trip to see the Dolphins
and Whales. Followed by a quad bike adventure in the national park. Thank you Asa for making our holiday so special

Fantastic service by Elisa. Brilliant people skills. Very pleasant, kind and patient. She showed us a million options, prices & availabilities to choose from. We felt very comfortable and at no point we felt pressured or like we were expected to go ahead with any of the excrusions. Further contact via whatsapp was also smooth, quick and just nice. Both ladies are very chirpy & there to help you. Strongly reccommend!

Total scam! Trying to charge us 160 euro per day for a small car. Also the owner was arrogant, sarcastic. It's like people don't want to make money.

We got so much information and help with booking car within very short as well as booking activities. Remus (Romanian guy) was super helpful and we will definitely recommend his services to everyone we know visiting this area. Thank you for all the tips and help!

J'ai réservé une voiture pour 24 heures et acheter des billets pour Aqualand et jungle park.
Concernant les billets, aucun problème.
Concernant la voiture, elle a fait un bruit fort de courroie tout le long du trajet. Le genre de bruit où les gens dans la rue tu regardes quand tu passes.
C'est une voiture qui a une bonne dizaine d'années.
Lorsque je l'ai rendu il y avait une grosse trace sur le pare-choc avant droit, donc je suis sur ne pas etre l'auteur, sûrement quelqu'un qui m'est rentré dedans lorsque la voiture etait garé.
J'ai laissé les 100€ de caution.
Je ne conseille pas de louer une voiture à cet endroit.
