Lanzarote Lates - Holiday Villas

Gracias a Louise y a todo el personal de Lanzarote Lates por hacer que nuestras vacaciones de noviembre fueran tan agradables. Reservamos nuestra estancia en Villa Mo, pero lamentablemente hubo un problema inesperado con la piscina y no fue posible. Louise llamó el día antes de nuestro vuelo, se disculpó profusamente y ya había organizado una mejora. Esta villa era más grande, bellamente decorada, espaciosa y muy limpia con todas las comodidades. ¡Incluso se había dado cuenta de que era mi cumpleaños y tenía las burbujas enfriándose para que llegáramos! Nos visitaron al día siguiente para asegurarnos de que todo estuviera bien, y nos dieron ideas sobre lugares a donde ir. Considerándolo todo una estancia muy agradable. A cualquiera que esté pensando en quedarse en la isla, le recomiendo encarecidamente que considere Lanzarote Lates. Sin duda los usaremos nuevamente. Gracias de nuevo a todo el equipo.

Tuve una estancia encantadora con mis 2 nietos. Me sentí muy segura en todo momento. No puedo agradecer lo suficiente a Louise por su tiempo y paciencia cuando tuve un percance. Ella fue maravillosa y me tranquilizó. Gracias. No puedo recomendar lo suficiente Lanzarote hasta tarde. X

Una hermosa villa de 5 estrellas, todo lo que pueda desear en un hogar lejos del hogar, gracias a Louise por proporcionar un paquete de bienvenida muy apreciado a nuestra llegada. La villa es muy espaciosa y está bellamente amueblada, a solo unos minutos a pie de un supermercado local, puede caminar hasta el puerto o tomar un taxi por € 3,50. Muchas gracias a Louise y Phil por toda la valiosa información proporcionada. Definitivamente volveré

Gran lugar para pasar tiempo con la familia! Nos hemos alojado en una villa de dos dormitorios, con dos niños y nos encantó. ¡Hay una terraza en frente de la casa, que sirve bien cuando hace sol y calor, y la piscina está al lado cuando esté listo para bucear! La villa es espaciosa y tiene dos baños, lo que es agradable cuando estás con mucha gente. En general, todo fue perfecto con nuestra estadía, solo desearía que la piscina fuera un poco más cálida.

Mi tía alquiló una hermosa villa en Dave / Lanzarote Lates (creo que Casa Morgana) El proceso es increíble. Villa estaba impecable y por persona, la villa privada era más barata que el hotel más barato.

El sitio web puede resultar difícil de navegar a veces cuando se va por fecha, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo por las vistas a una corta distancia a pie.

I just have to say what a fabulous company this is.this year has been awful to us all and yet they have gone above and beyond to help me and, I am sure, many other customers. They are a beacon in these dark times and have put their customer's first. I have said it to them and will say it publicly, I will NEVER use any other company for accommodation in Lanzarote. In these strange times of pandemic, the professionalism of the Lanzarote Lates team is to be appreciated. You can book the villas with them without any problem and with total confidence. For sure, you will have safe and happy holidays in Lanzarote. We have been booking with them for more than ten years and of course we will do it again in the future. Just returned from our two Week holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote & wanted to thank all the efforts from Lanzarote Lates for making this a smooth, stress free & most importantly safe trip throughout.
All emails before & during our trip were answered by Damion with speed & honesty, putting any concerns to rest.
We requested that fresh bedding/towels to be dropped off & that house keepers weren’t required during our trip which was happily carried out by LL.
David still visited to carry out pool cleaning duties but all was carried safely with the current climate in mind we’re in.
As for Playa Blanca as a whole, masks are generally being worn whilst in shops, all restaurant staff are wearing them, hand sanitizers in place at all restaurants/shops, social distancing is in place, beaches we’re nice & quiet, felt very safe throughout. Was still able to go Scuba diving, most dive centres open with all Covid safety measures in place.
Airport proceeding were fine, well organised & stress free.
Obviously things feel a little different but it didn’t prevent us doing anything or from feeling relaxed throughout.
We’ve been using Lanzarote Lates for 10 years now & this last trip proved why we keep using them, can’t thank them enough for making this “testing times” family holiday just perfect & totally safe.
Here’s to another 10 years!

Had to leave our villa half way through our holiday due to covid crisis. Helpful and responsive staff and we are hopefully returning to the same villa in November

Following the lifting of lockdown travel restrictions, we made enquiries with the office and all 3 enquiries were answered quickly and completely and we subsequently made a booking. All emails regarding the booking were clear and the Manage my Booking link worked well. Payments have been over a secure method and cancellation terms have been provided.
So far its been an easy transaction.

Very good staff easy to ask all questions to Damian in the office was very helpful and good at his job also the only problem we had was sorted out within 45mins by two staff (one of witch was the owner of the company) we have already been looking to book for xmas and next summer. Keep it up guys we had a fantastic time. Rodriguez family.

I have dealt with Lanzarote Lates over a number of years and have always found them to be extremely helpful. They have amended my bookings on two occasions when work commitments meant I had to change my dates, no fuss, no bother. Paying is very easy and straightforward, confirmation of your booking is quick and clear. The cleaner and pool attendant are friendly and offer advice on places to visit etc. I will definitely be using Lanzarote Lates in the future.

Used Lanzarote Lates several times. Right from checking property availability online to the care and maintenance provided once you're there - excellent!
