Silvia y Beatrice nos acompañaron paso a paso en los trámites prácticos y burocráticos necesarios para preparar mejor nuestro apartamento para alquiler turístico. Su preparación y profesionalidad nos permitió hacer todo de forma fácil y rápida a pesar de no tener experiencia en el sector. Profesionales capacitados y confiables, los recomiendo absolutamente a cualquiera que quiera tener ingresos alquilando su apartamento de forma segura.

Ambiente limpio y ordenado, las camas son muy cómodas y hay todo lo que necesitas. Situado en una zona muy tranquila no muy lejos de las discotecas y de la playa. Definitivamente regresaré

Pasamos un mes en el apartamento. Está en una excelente ubicación, justo al lado del Strip, cerca de todos los restaurantes, bares y tiendas locales. Los autobuses y taxis están a la vuelta de la esquina. El puerto está a 15 minutos a pie. Está justo enfrente de la playa.un hogar lejos del hogar el apartamento tiene todo lo que necesitas, tiene una hermosa terraza grande con vista lateral al mar, lo único que el aire acondicionado está solo en el dormitorio y funciona con monedas, lo cual debe mencionarse en las instalaciones, hay un pequeño ventilador en el sala de estar que está bien en general, disfrutamos nuestra visita

Quería decir que mi apartamento está alquilado con esta agencia desde hace 2 años y no me arrepiento. Como no estoy en Lanzarote, esta agencia se encarga de todo (gestión de reservas, limpieza, contabilidad, mantenimiento y reparaciones del apartamento, obtención de la licencia VV, etc.) y es muy profesional, siempre disponible y super amable.
Lo recomiendo mucho

Un viaje inolvidable. La isla preciosa y el apartamento lo mejor. Muy bonito y nuevo. Todo muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. Las caseras muy amables y atentas. Sin duda, volvería a alquilar en este complejo de apartamentos. El servicio y la comodidad inmejorable. La localización buenísima, muy fácil de llegar y con todos los comercios y sitios de ocio muy cerca. Volveremos sin pensarlo. Les doy un 10!

Alojamiento perfecto, tal cual aparece en las fotos! Es muy bonito, acogedor y amplio! Las dueñas siempre atentas para cualquier cosa que necesites! Muy buena ubicación!

La casa en línea generales está bastante bien, aunque le falta algo de mantenimiento, como frigorífico (no enfría lo suficiente), la limpieza de la piscina, la zona es estupenda con posibilidades de hacer de todo!
Hemos disfrutado de una buena semana en familia!

Everything was great. Everything we needed was supplied. Hosts were very accommodating. Amazing location, can walk to the main strip.

Lugar muy bien ubicado en Costa a Teguise, restaurantes muy buenos y ricos cerca.
La casa tiene de todo. Muy cómoda.
La única queja que podemos tener que en la habitación entra mucha luz, puesto que no hay persiana, sino la típica cortina oscura, lo que hace que en el momento que sale el sol entre luz por los lados.

Por todo lo demás estamos muy contentos con todo.

Great accommodation. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here. Hosts were brilliant. Communication was good. Many restaurants within walking distance, supermarket couple of mins walk away…

No tengo nada negativo la ubicación perfecta, el apartamento muy limpio, iluminado, con todo lo necesario y unas vistas preciosas hacia el mar

Myself and my partner stayed 4 weeks in Casita del Mar Vivienda Vacacional located in PDC. It was exactly like the photos shown, and spotless clean. The wifi connection is excellent as this was required as we both had to remote work. The shower is spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony are delightful as you can watch the sunrise and sunset. Silvia and Bea checked in on us to make sure everything was ok, which was a lovely touch. The whole process was very straight forward and hassle free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We have had two wonderful weeks in Lanzarote! We have been here before and this is the best place we have stayed in so far. The view is spectacular, you can see the sun rise and set from the balcony and the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. An extra plus for comfortable beds and excellent Wi-Fi! We would love to come back!

Check in and out was easy, the location was good also the apartment was clean when we arrived but:
- the bedroom has moldy walls! Which wasn’t pleasant at all!
- it doesn’t have fitness place as mentioned on the website… (we chose this place only because we thought they have an actual fitness center!). That was disappointing.

Fantastic, well equipped apartment, on a lovely complex. The balcony gets the sunshine from 09: 30 until sunset. Perfect!

Bel residence, appartamento in buone condizioni ampio e soleggiato. Bellissima la piscina, peccato peril bar sempre chiuso. Consiglierei, magari a richiesta, un servizio di pulizia ogni due giorni.

Lovely apartment, clean and very comfortable. Only downside for me is that it's a 15-20 minute walk or €5 taxi to bars / restaurants on sea front. I have difficulty walking but if you're fit it's not a problem

Serendipity was everything we wanted in an apartment and more. Very private, sun on the balcony all day, all amenities at hand to self cater. The place is clean, bright and welcoming, we had all we needed for a peaceful chilled stay.
Due to circumstances out of anyone’s control, meaning Sylvia & Beatrix knew nothing about the work being done
(unplanned complex renovation) in the middle of our three week stay, we were moved to another apartment at Playa Bastion, (Apartment Patty) this was equally as beautiful (brand new) so comfortable and relaxing.
Sylvia did everything she could to make our stay comfortable, she solved the problem with our first apartment instantly and without any fuss.
We were very happy with our stay and will be booking again for sure.

Professionisti del settore. Tutto è stato organizzato al meglio. Casa in affitto per due settimane in complesso con piscina. Casa pratica e confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulizia impeccabile. Buona la comunicazione. Consiglio vivamente questa agenzia.

Casita del Sol è un alloggio molto bello all'interno di un complesso con piscina a Puerto del Carmen. Il terrazzo vista oceano è fantastico. La zona è tranquilla.

Très bel appartement très spacieux et confortable car très bien équipé. Il est situé en périphérie de Costa Teguise pas trop près des gros complexes au calme et proche de beaucoup de centres d'intérêt. Les +: Lit confortable, très grande terrasse, belle salle d'eau et jolie décoration sobre.

Had a wonderful visit the apartment had everything you could need. Will definitely be coming back ️

The apartment was spacious. And well maintained. The owner nice.
The (direct) surrounding a bit boring.the real city is about 1,5 KM away.
I is a shame that the aparmtnet only had 1 set of bedsheets: that is not enough for 9 days! (And when you are away full days on excusrions, washing and drying in one 1 day difficult). Same for all the other linen.
Also: I know there is nothing wrong with IKEA, but it does not give a luxerious feeling if everything is from IKEA.

But biggest negative point (costing at least 1 star) : the bedroom was very damp. Felt like a cellar.

Very accommodating hosts, communication is fantastic. Apartment is very clean. Would definitely stay again

La semana que hemos pasado en el apartamento, ha sido perfecta, todo estaba limpio y ordenado. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotografias, su ubicación es buena pues está a un minuto en coche del centro de costa teguise, pero lo suficiente apartado para no oir ningun ruido. Tanto Beatrice como Silvia contestan siempre y rapido, y la comunicación es fluida. Lastima que no las hayamos podido conocer.

En general bien. Apartamento amplio con terraza. Utensilios de cocina, aceite, sal…
Todo correcto. Menos la cama era muy incómoda. Y se veía deteriorada.

Really good company. We have used them for several years. They have been helpful, attentive, and kind. Any problems have been quickly addressed. They are quick to respond to anything, with helpful answers or actual response. If you want a carefree holiday, we can recommend them!

A very nice apartment, ideal for the two of us. Positioned near to the Old Town which was a bit of a hike from the Port Area. Clean and tidy facilities and very comfortable beds. As it was mainly over 27 degrees whilst we were here, Air-Con would’ve been nice but the fan provided was much needed. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Casa Evy is a great apartment in the lovely Portonovo complex in Puerto Del Carmen Old Town.
Casa Evy is so well equipped, comfortable, clean and quiet.

Apartamento muy acogedor, bonito y cómodo para 3 personas, en zona muy muy tranquila pero relativamente cerca de cafetería y restaurantes.

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable villa, however, use of air conditioning would have been beneficial. Thank you!
