Llegué a Gran Canaria el lunes por la tarde y me di cuenta de que a mi bicicleta le faltaba una pieza crucial que me permitiría completar la construcción. Después de varias llamadas a muchos talleres diferentes encontré la vida sobre 2 ruedas. Rápidamente comprendieron mi situación e inmediatamente buscaron una solución. Entonces me di cuenta de que mi bicicleta tenía algunos otros problemas y, en lugar de llevarme la bicicleta y dejarla sin ruedas, me proporcionaron ruedas nuevas, un mini servicio y me ayudaron a seguir mi camino. El servicio fue increíble. Martyn, el propietario/mecánico, definitivamente hizo todo lo posible y estoy muy agradecido de haberlos encontrado. Volvería a utilizar a estos tipos en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Gracias

Profesional y amigable, contraté un sigiloso Merida Scultura Endurance por 5 días y estaba en excelentes condiciones. El segundo día pregunté si era posible tener un vástago más corto y lo cambiaron en cuestión de minutos.
Definitivamente regresaré cuando visite GC nuevamente.

Alquilé la Merida Scultura Concept con ruedas de carbono durante 4 días en noviembre de 2023. Era una bicicleta estupenda para escalar en Gran Canaria y se comportaba bien en los descensos. Tenía un juego de ruedas bien equilibrado, frenos de disco fiables, un cuadro de fibra de carbono ligero como una pluma y el juego de platos y bielas Ultegra de 12 velocidades hacía que montar en las subidas más empinadas fuera un placer. La oportunidad de recoger la bicicleta la noche anterior me permitió salir temprano para evitar las altas temperaturas durante el día. En general, fue una experiencia muy positiva, gente agradable con la que tratar, sin problemas y bicicletas de calidad confiables para alquilar.

Simplemente perfecto de la A a la Z.

Alquilamos bicicletas durante una semana para mí y mi esposa. Grandes bicicletas y gran servicio. ¡Buena selección de nutrición en la tienda también para mantenernos con energía! El equipo resolvió rápidamente cualquier problema de actualización y nos dio algunas recomendaciones de rutas realmente útiles.

Trotz äußerst kurzfristiger Anfrage habe ich ein tolles E-Mountainbike bekommen. Sehr freundliche und fachmännische Beratung von Anja und Martin; Bike war perfekt eingestellt.
So wurde die „Grand Canyon“-Tour zum unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Great service! Bike was ready when I arrived, adjusted to my size and fittings and off you go! Bike was in perfect shape, flawless rides.for tips, do's and dont's, just ask them, verry hulpfull!

Great experience:) super helpful, English -speaking staff, they helped us to choose best bikes (matching our skills) for our first bike trip on the island.
Bikes are in great condition, fully equipped.

Martin, Ion & Anya agreed a fair price to replace my TRP hydraulic brakes for an Ultegra set up. Although the parts were good quality 2nd hand I knew I'd receive a great job as I've been here before. What a huge difference this has made, I am now able to actually stop when required. TRP versus Shimano Ultegra, no contest as Shimano wins everytime. If you decide to have any work done from these boys, you'll be pleased with the end result for sure. They also tidied up all cabling routes as previously it was like spaghetti junction. My bike now feels like a totally new bike and these guys are quality!

Très bonne expérience. Vélo en parfait état, typée confort et c’est pas plus mal vu certaines routes (pas les majoritaires). Très bon accueil. Le vélo m’a tenu 450kms sans aucun souci ni crevaison…

We had a great time in on a personal tour with Anja on e-mountain bikes. She adjusted the tour based on our interests and needs, and we have enjoyed it so much that we even came back two days later to rent e-road bikes and explore one of the nearby canyons.

Went in for a rear hub bearing service as none of the other bike shops could help me. The bike was looked after immediately and the axle was greased which resolved the issue I was having. These guys know what they are doing!

Great service from Martin and his team as snapped chain out on a ride. Replaced it and fixed problem with cable etc. Extensive range of spares and accessories so we'll worth calling in.

Fantastic service, expert advice and friendly staff. Fitted downhill tyre and puncture insert super fast and had me ready to ride in 20 mins. Highly recommend.
