Personale gentilissimo, stanze accoglienti e ben attrezzate, struttura ampia con piscina, bar, ristorante (peccato fosse temporaneamente chiuso), piccolo alimentari e zona ricreativa per bambini.

Mala atención en recepción, y sobre todo que no es lógico que el chekin sea a las 16H y tenga que salir chekout a las 10am, osea no se cumple las 48horas que estuve, que por que no son un hotel y al que no le guste que no venga esa no es manera de atención a los clientes

The apartment is at middle of residential area so even walking the night it’s quiet safe and the stuff are so welcome for any request! If I got other chance will be back for sure! Highly recommend

Wonderful place to spend a holiday in november. Lovely apartments with heated swimmingpool (kind guard Elbis).
Nice walkings along the seaside and great hiking possibilities in the neighbourhood. Don’t forget the walking shoes ‍️

Nice place, got everything that you need and more.would benefit from an update as old fashioned furniture and some bits look a little more than past it's best before date.
Beds are very comfortable, view is nice.

We had a wonderful 2 week stay. Yummy food made at the bar. Amazing lifeguard named Elvis who went over and beyond to keep everyone safe and lend a helping hand. Thank you Elvis, we will not forget you!

Las habitaciones son estupendas, nos sorprendió muchísimo lo equipadas y bonitas que estaban. En cuanto al servicio de recepción genial, nos explicaron muy bien todo y nos resolvieron algunos problemas de forma eficiente. La ubicación también estaba muy bien, a 3m de la estación de guagua. La única pega que pondría es el restaurante, fuimos una noche y la camarera no hablaba español y fue un poco borde con nosotros prestando mucha más atención a los clientes ingleses, ni siquiera tenían una carta en castellano, creemos que este servicio fue bástante mejorable.

El apartamento que nos tocó era tipo casita con dos plantas y dos habitaciones. Un patio enorme. Totalmente reformado y bien equipado. Un sitio súper tranquilo. Lo que buscábamos para ir en plan famaliar. La piscina les gusto mucho a los niños. Inconveniente que la playa está a unos 20minutos andando.

Ideal si no tienes pretensiones. Falta intimidad. Y nuestro habitacion parece mas a garaje: no hay ventanas ni terrazas, solo la entrada. Tienen todo lo necesario. Muy limpio. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Tiene pista de tenis! WiFi funciona mejor que en hoteles de 5*. Una pequeña queja: por favor, avisa a señoras de limpieza que hablen bajo. Nos despertaron por la mañana hablando en voz alto y riendo de sus cosas.

Fabulous place. Had lunch at the pool bar and we were made very welcome. The food and drink were excellently priced and the quality was fantastic too. We will definitely be returning.

El apartamento muy cómodo y super bien equipado. Nosotros lo encontramos todo limpisimo e incluso nos limpiaron el apartamento una vez a pesar de quedarnos sólo 3 noches. El dormitorio esta en el piso de abajo lo que hace que esté más fresco, hacía calor pero por la noche sólo necesitamos dejar la puerta de la terraza abierta con la contraventana para dormir fresquitos. La parte de arriba con aseo, cocina, salon y terraza amueblada y con toldo. La recepción y el resto del personal con el que tratamos super amables. Parking gratuito en el mismo complejo. Se puede ir andando al centro y a la playa, 10-15 minutos pero para volver hay un poco de cuesta. Nosotros llevabamos coche pero no creo que coger un taxi para volver sea muy caro. Por la noche muy tranquilo. En general muy bien, mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos. Cuando volvamos a Tenerife repetiremos en Los Claveles sin dudarlo

Excelente, buen ambiente, servicio de recepción muy amables, lencería limpia, el estudio que nos dieron lo tenía todo tipo de electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado, terraza, toallas interior y para las piscinas, buena ubicación para el precio, repetiré en agoste le doy un 10

Stayed for a week, was very nice, clean rooms and spacious, the staff was amazing all around.lovely heated pool, good bar with food n drinks, would stay again…

We've been to this apartment 3 times now. Smashing wee place, just keeps getting better each time. Within walking distance of pubs and restaurants however sits at top of hill so may not suit those that have mobility issues. Pool bar/restaurant serving great food & I like the new improved service of entertainment during the day to make it a bit more lively. Keep up the good work guys

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Claveles. The staff are very friendly and help with any issues or concerns you may have. Apartments are clean and comfortable. The pool is fantastic and the pool bar has a great menu for breakfast and lunchtime.

Very clean and welcoming. Beautiful pool area. Entertainment every night. We stayed in a one bed apartment which had all the facilities for self catering. There's a pool bar serving food plus an evening restaurant. On site shop. Staff very hard working and friendly. Excellent holiday stay

Love the place. Own four weeks. Have been going here since 1998 Fabulous. But now it's 2022. This place has been ground down by Ona and it's full of noisey families from Spanish speaking countries. What happened to our owner led community!

Ottimo residence, appartamento spazioso, ambiente tranquillo e pulito, molto bella la piscina e la terrazza. Unica pecca posizione non troppo vicina ai locali.

Equipación correcta y limpieza, las instalaciones están muy bien. Muy contenta con mi estancia en esta Villa.

Superó nuestras expectativas con creces, La recepción fué cálida y muy profesional, las instalaciones limpias, la gente de mantenimiento y limpieza TODOS simpáticos y amables, especialmente Cande, que incluso nos dió algunas recomendaciones. Gracias! Repetiremos.

Instalaciones seguras, cómodas y bien equipadas. Fácil acceso al recinto, tratamiento por parte del personal impecable. Estuve del 6 al 8 de diciembre de visita en Arona para una escapada de la rutina, y la verdad es que tanto el lugar como el personal son dignos de querer volver, mucha atención y amabilidad además de confianza y buen ambiente.

Superb food, entertainment and the staff are friendly, fast and attentive. They make it a special event. The fish and hand cut chips are soo good. A great venue for parties

This hotel is perfect for families. We had apartment 15, which had the most spacious terrace, with 4 sunbeds, umbrella. The rooms upstairs had confortable beds, pretty clean, 2 large bathrooms with 2 baths, and 1 small bathroom downstairs. The sofa was quite old though. Kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker and kettle. We cooked here a lot. Only inconvenience, is that the smell if you fry something, is going upstairs in the rooms.
We had washing machine, which is quite necessary for a longer stay.
Staff at the reception very friendly speak English well, as most of the customers are mainly from UK:) they even helped us with printing tickets for our flight and keep our belongings in the luggage room.
Pool was perfect for the kids, not too crowded, as we had to book in advance the hours for entering the pool area.
The location is quite good, silent one and in 8 min walk to bus station. The bus to Siam park or Siam mall is even closer, in front of Paradise Park. We enjoyed the stay here very much

Complejo de apartamentos, estudios pequeños y algo antiguos con alguna reforma, los apartamentos están mucho mejor x amplitud y bien equipados

Este lugar tiene todo para pasar unas cómodas y relajantes vacaciones: Piscina aclimatada (máx.prof: 1.50m), bar-restaurante con música en vivo los fines de semana, un pequeño mercado en la recepción con productos mayoritariamente de UK, cálida atención del personal, pequeño parking privado, elevador y apartamentos con solárium. Mantienen constantemente la limpieza, cumpliendo los protocolos de seguridad por COVID-19

Nos quedamos mis 2 hijos, mi mujer y yo.
1ero. Lo bueno:
El precio está muy bien, 245€ por 4 noches.
Aparcamiento privado, piscina climatizada, te dejan una botella de vino rosado en la habitación y una botella de agua. La cama es cómoda y en la habitación hay aire acondicionado además de un ventilador de techo, el socorrista (un señor mayor) limpia las colchonetas (supongo que con agua y jabón) cada vez que un huésped se va.
Habitaciones bastante limpias y hay de todo, cocina, horno, microondas, nevera, cafetera, tostador de pan y todos los utensilios que se puedan necesitar. También a la entrada hay un dispensador de gel hidroalcolico.
En la terraza hay tumbonas, mesa silla tendedero y toldo retráctil.
1 baño y un aseo. Limpieza y cambio de toallas cada 2 días.

2do. Lo malo:
El recibimiento, preguntamos si la habitación podía estar serca de la piscina y la respuesta fue, ya está asignado, tenía que haberlo con tiempo (creo que decir se lo miro y luego lo siento no tengo nada era suficiente)
El apartamento resultó ser de 2 pisos, arriba cocina, sofá cama y terraza, abajo aseo, baño y habitación. Como el aire acondicionado está abajo en la habitación, arriba solo un ventilador de techo, hace un calor día y noche, es imposible dormir, tuvimos que improvisar en la habitación para poder dormir todos.
En la piscina el socorrista es una persona muy mayor, no creo que sepa nada de socorrista y aunque limpio cada colchoneta cada vez que alguien se retira, no lava el paño en todo el día, así que lo que hace es esparcir lo que halla en todas las colchonetas, un par de veces (como le puede pasar a cualquiera) se resbaló la toalla y pegue la espalda en la colchoneta un par de veces, justo me sale unas burbujitas en la espalda y fui a mi médico y sorpresa me han pegado un herpes Zóster.

Finalmente, no volvería a repetir a pesar de lo bueno nunca y tampoco lo recomiendo.

Llegamos con ganas de pasar un buen finde semana. Al llegar nos recibían una chica muy amable que nos indicó la habitación. Cuando entramos parecía limpio hasta que nos fijamos y habían bastantes bichitos, no le dimos importancia dado que es normal por el clima y el calor. Entramos en el baño y nos sorprendieron una cantidad de cucarachas muertas en los lavabos y arañas en las duchas que nos horrorizó y llamamos al servicio de limpieza a lo que ellos respondieron que estaba recién limpiado. Les enseñamos todo la suciedad y decidieron cambiarnos de apartamento solo porque se lo tuvimos que decir. Llevan 1 hora limpiando el apartamento que se supone que está limpia.

Hotel alejado de la playa, el entorno del hotel, no muestra la belleza de la isla, apartamento normal, eso sí limpio, piscina esta bien, el servicio del bar-piscina muy lento, para poner un café y 2 tostadas, 1h de reloj, para mi regular todo.

I am possibly not the person to post this as I own three weeks here. It's a little gem and once the infighting has finished it will be the best place to visit.

Nice quiet location. Double bed instead of two singles would have been nice. Really good pool and balcony.

We have been going to this complex for 15yrs and we think its getting better every time we arrive the staff are very helpful and its so clean beautiful large pool and new childrens area excellent

Excellent resort and food weather and hotel all great. I would recommend this as a good holiday.

The cleaners never stopped cleaning! It was spotless. About 15min walk to the centre but plenty of pubs & restraunts on the way. Would go back there definitely.

Fabulous service in the restaurant we weren't staying on the complex. Great choice would recommend the daily specials (they really are special).

Very relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. Very clean and great food in the Restaurant. Theres a pool and child's pool &pool Bar for snacks and drinks. Tennis court. & Free wifi.

Pretty decent hotel for the price. The staff and service are great. Swimming pool is nice. Rooms are a bit on the small side.
Overall not a bad choice.

Endroit calme et reposant. Loin des tumultes du centre mais à 15 min de la plage. 30 min d'activité physique journalier recommandé. à bon entendeur.lieu de sejour agréable et propre. Je recommande.

Bueno somos un matrimonio de Santander con dos niños que decir de este aparta hotel para nuestra opinion la palabra perfecto seria poco. Limpieza impecabale todo limpito la cocina los baños tienes todos los utiles necesarios para disfrutar de unas vacaciones el silencio y la tranquilidad tienen tienda las piscinas super limpias y el resto del recinto impresionantemente limpio y cuidado caalidad precio 10 sin duda volveremos a este hotel.
