Está muy bien, a dos pasos hay una playa genial y también cerca el intercambiador. Sin embargo, se nota bastante el ruido de la calle. No hay vecinos molestos. Tiene lo necesario: pequeños electrodomésticos, lavadora, pero el secador no funcionó.

Beautiful apartment, spacious with everything you need. Very clean and easy to keep that way, great find by my better half. Would be a pleasure to come back here, thank you for giving us a great base to have a good holiday.

Apartamento duplex con gran terraza muy bonito y acogedor, parking en el mismo edificio, excelente la limpieza y equipado hasta el último de detalle, muy bien comunicado para conocer la isla.

Buena ubicación a 10 minutos andando del centro de Arrecife e ideal para conocer la isla por los buenos accesos a la carretera. El apartamento fantástico, moderno y con todo lo necesario para cocinar.

Clean and comfortable. Easy to reach by car. The garage was very useful. It is located near the city center that you can reach by feet. Very nice stay!

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the bus station. It's €1.40 from the airport, number 22 bus. The host gave me the key code to enter the block and my apartment. I had a key fob for the parking lot, which I used, but on a night I walked to the bus station and caught the free bus along the sea front to dine out. If you're driving it's easy to access the main roads or circumnavigate the town. It's right opposite the lovely quiet beach of Playa del Reducto. (Well it was March) My apartment had a dishwasher, washing machine, rain shower and built in speakers, as a solo traveller I felt very safe here.

Como pega pondría la ducha, que necesita un mantenimiento y con la escalera se hace incómoda.
El parking es justito. Pero hay aparcamiento de sobra por la calle.

Sicuramente è un appartamento con uno standard di qualità superiore, mobili e arredi di pregio, clima caldo e freddo, tutti gli elettrodomestici che possono servire. Come piccola nota stonata non viene menzionato che quello che troverete è la dotazione settimanale: 3 rotoli di carta igienica 2 asciugamani e 2 teli X bagno, no teli mare! E in caso di necessità al telefono di reperibilità fuori orario e il sabato e domenica vi risponderà un ristorante di Puerto del Carmen.attenzione ai fumatori: Noi, visto che lo siamo abbiamo chiesto un appartamento con balcone ma il nostro balcone al sesto piano era raggiungibile con una scaletta interna all'appartamento che ti portava sul tetto! Non comodo!

Very modern and multi functional flats with direct view to the beach which is just 5 secs away. The access to the building is very high tech based, with electronic key or codes, as well as the flat facilities are. Love the radio in bathroom and living room.

Apartamento duplex con gran terraza frente al mar. Tiene pk en el mismo edificio pero no hay problema para estacionar en la misma calle frente al apartamento.

I really liked this apartment. It’s very modern with a lot of things: 2 air condition split, a big bathroom with hydromassage (only for one person), smart TV and fast internet, laundry and dryer machine, and a well furnited kitchen. The garage is big and easy to reach so you can park your car in a safe place. It’s in a strategic position: 5’ near airport, 15’ to the center of Arrecife by walk and it’s in the middle of the island. In 30’ you can go to Orzola or to Playa Blanca by car.

Experiència molt positiva. Apartaments sense recepció, però pots trucar per a qualsevol incidència. Son resolutius. Tens plaça de pàrquing pròpia. A 5 minuts de l'aeroport i a primera línea de mar. Un altre cosa és si et toca amb vistes al mar. Ben equipats, rentadora, secadora, microones, torradora, rentaplats, banyera amb hidromassatge, secador de cabell, farmaciola, aire condicionat, Smart TV. Els espais estàn ben delimitats i tancats. Infusions d'herbes i amanit de cortesia. Només he trobat a faltar una ampolla d'aigua de cortesia per quan arribes i si arribes tard encara més. No se us passi pel cap beure de l'aixeta. L'aigua és potable però dessalada.

L appartement est magnifique et contient tout le confort moderne. Le complexe est situé en bordure de ville de Arrecife. On accède au centre-ville en moins de 5 minutes. La route à proximité et la station de bus permet d accéder facilement au reste de la ville.

No esta mal, son apartamentos individuales en diferentes plantas, en un edificio donde vive gente de forma permanente. No se tiene la sensación de estar en un hotel. El apartamento estaba limpio y bastante bien
