The driver was fantastic, professional, and very friendly with us and our baby. If we were rating the driver alone, it would be 5 stars. We could not have asked for better service from him.
However, the man who works on the desk at the airport kiosk was the opposite. We found him to be rude and obnoxious. He was speaking in Spanish to his colleague (in our presence) about how we didn’t look like the type of people to have booked a limousine transfer. Appalling customer service. A word of advice: you never know who is listening and understanding what you are saying about them, even if you don’t think they speak your language.

ESTAFADORES! Te dan un presupuesto de 79€ por traslado, y de sorpresa de llevas que son 79€ ida 79€ vuelta. En ninguno de todos los correos que me envían especifican que vale eso por trayecto y cuando vas a pagar el chófer tampoco

Had an amazing day with Fransesco our driver, west coast of Gran Canaria, not touristy at all, which is exactly what we wanted!
Visited a beautiful cacti garden not far from San Nicholas de Tolentino!

Drove to the wrong hotel and charged extra to drive to the right hotel even though there was written confirmations that the mistake was the company’s.

The driver is too fast, drive on 12/05/2019, almost always over speeding. How this company does not have GPS tracker to check on their cars?
For départure, we try to change the pickup time which is 1 hour too early, but they refuse because it has been booked by my travel agent. But I am the client and I want to change the time.
Avoid this company, I am sure others available in Gran Canaria are driving more safely and are answering the client's expectation.
