Los entrantes fueron decepcionantes, pero se redimen con los platos principales. ¡Recomendaría los tagliatelle Alfredo! Pero lamentablemente no volvería.

Absolutamente irreal, por favor no escuches las malas críticas que he visto. Vimos este lugar entre los 5 mejores lugares para comer en Tenerife en un tiktok y estábamos tan felices de haber ido aquí que volvimos por segunda vez al final de nuestras vacaciones. Siempre vuelves a tu lugar favorito por segunda vez y el nuestro es Mamma Mia.
Es un italiano adecuado, la comida es de primera categoría. No podría recomendar más este lugar, es imprescindible si estás en Tenerife

Nos dieron de comer a las 3.30.q pensábamos q iban a tener la cocina cerrada, pero no.así q pudimos comer.
Menú para niños genial.

Fue absolutamente impactante, la comida era realmente mala, el servicio no era bueno, el personal que nos atendió allí en inglés era malo, generando mucha confusión.

Pasta no cocida. Servicio pobre. Nos dan la cuenta excepto que no habíamos pedido nada y que pensábamos llevarnos una bebida y un postre. Para prohibir.

La comida tardó 40 (!) minutos en llegar y cuando finalmente lo hizo, no era tan buena, no estaba lo suficientemente caliente y las porciones eran pequeñas. NO RECOMENDADO.

La comida era bastante buena, pero el servicio arruinó la noche, esperamos con bebidas vacías durante tanto tiempo que no pudimos continuar con nuestras comidas, y esperamos casi 20 minutos entre pedir nuestras bebidas y llegar, a pesar de ser uno de los pocos en nuestra sección. Para cuando pudimos volver a comer, nuestra comida estaba fría.

Para empezar, el servicio es pésimo. Los camareros no tenían interés en entablar una pequeña charla con nosotros mismos y se equivocaron en nuestro pedido de bebidas. Mi plato de pasta estaba horrible, la pasta estaba dura y el queso no era satisfactorio; Cuando me quejé con el camarero, el camarero no hizo nada para apaciguar la situación y dijo que se lo mencionarían al chef. No recomendaré este restaurante a mis amigos que visiten la isla ni a nadie más.

La comida es un servicio encantador es basura! Fuimos en nuestro segundo día de vacaciones y una persona tuvo que esperar 10 minutos adicionales para obtener su ensalada cuando todos los demás en la mesa ya habían terminado de comer. Tuve que subir y preguntar dónde estaba o probablemente no hubiera salido. Luego volvimos esta noche para volver a intentarlo y tuvimos que esperar 45 minutos para que nuestros entrantes despejaran la mesa. Luego esperé otros 30 minutos para que salieran los platos principales y esto fue solo porque le pedí al gerente (que es extremadamente encantador) que resolviera esto, ya que las personas que estaban sentadas media hora después de nosotros tenían entrantes, platos principales y luego pagaron el Bill ya se fue y nosotros seguíamos esperando. Definitivamente no volveré. Pasé casi 3 horas allí y la mayor parte estaba esperando.

Muy decepcionado con nuestras comidas aquí anoche, los entrantes se quemaron, mi hijo pidió la pasta, que era dura y suave y nadaba en una salsa cursi, el personal no estaba interesado, así que no dijo nada, lasaña insípida y fría, mi hijo disfrutó su pizza que era algo.

Solo tuvimos que esperar 1 hora y 15 minutos para nuestro plato principal. Realmente no pedimos lo más difícil, solo 2 pastas.
Pero realmente, tomó 2 de largo y 2 de ancho, el servicio no pudo evitarlo porque la cocina era un gran caos, porque aparentemente tenían todos los recibos confundidos.

Muy desafortunado, porque sabía bien, pero como tomó tanto tiempo y no hubo excusa del restaurante, no puedo obtener más de 3 estrellas.

Arrived with a party of 12 and no booking on xmas eve and we were looked after amazingly well, the staff are really helpful and friendly and the food was gorgeous, highly recommended

The steak I ordered I had to send back twice and still was not right. I changed to Salmon and again this came out raw. Shocking experience would not go back if I got it for nothing.

We had read the reviews before deciding to eat here and as the issues detailed tended to be about service rather than food we gave it a go and are glad we did. Ordered garlic prawns and garlic mushrooms as our starters and have to say best we have ever had. The mains were pizza and burger. Both were superb, the pizza was stone backed, the toppings were fresh and the pizza cooked to perfection. The burger was requested as medium to well as at home I typically have medium and it can back perfect. Service was where we thought we would be let down having read some of the reviews but it was quite the opposite and there was never a delay whether requesting drinks or the bill. Overall great and a must do again restaurant.

We ate here at Mamma Mia twice on our holiday and on both occasions the whole experience was 5 stars! We were greeted by a team of friendly and helpful staff who seated us straight away. We tried pizza and calzone on the first visit, we could see the chefs stretching fresh dough and all the ingredients used were freshly prepared which was reflected in the amazing taste. The same was true for the pasta dishes on the second visit. Our waitress was very patient whilst I tried to order in Spanish! The ambiance is great and we would highly recommend a visit here for great Italian food and fantastic service!

Un restaurante italiano con una carta con un poco de todo. Nosotros, de primero burrata con tomatitos, muy rica. De segundo, pizza Regina, muy buena. De postre tiramisú, buenísimo. El servicio muy amable y servicial.

One of the best restaurant in Tenerife South. Excellent service, ambiance, speed, quality. Usually it’s tough to find a good restaurants near highly touristic areas and we went there with least expectation. I really enjoyed the food and drinks. Must try if you are in Tenerife South….

Diner entre amis à 7 adultes et 3 enfants: tout le monde est resté très content. Les plats très bons, copieux et modérés niveau tarif.

Absolutely humiliating; the waiters couldn't care less, the place very poorly decorated, music from all directions very distracting only "ok" thing about it was the food which most of was bland and tasteless. Don't recommend for a good experience but if you're looking for a bad one, this is the place for you.

Nice food but service mixed. Felt like we were receiving poorer service as we weren't spending as much as others. This may have just been a one off but this was our experience. Lovely pizza though!

Starter burnt, main was average, service appalling. Not once were we asked how out food was, had to ask for condiments, not one word from any staff was spoken. Ignorant and unprofessional!

Estive a jantar quase diariamente, aconselho a todos. Atendimento muito bom os empregados de mesa e o barista muito atentos sempre com os clientes. A todos aqueles que me serviram um muito obrigado.ciao ragazie, grazie.

Decent place. Pizza good. Pesto sauce on pasta a little oily. Dessert card looks pre-made and not homemade.

The place looked lovely but the food was a little off and the service was quite slow but I enjoyed the evening.

We went for an early dinner to the almost empty restaurant. Nobody to greet us or give attention for a while. It also took long before we got to order, and to get the meal. The mushroom risotto was excellent. The seafood platter OK. But the non-challant service spoiled the experience.
