He estado viniendo a Anna Nails durante los últimos 4 años. Definitivamente son los mejores de esta isla. Siempre consigo diseños de uñas elegantes, pueden hacer cualquier diseño.

Sin duda un maravilloso trabajo y un gran atendimiento. Gracias a Dayda por hacer este maravilloso diseño.

Muy muy mal lugar! ¡No recomendado en absoluto!
Usan esmalte de uñas viejo. Y hacer que el trabajo NO sea absolutamente agradable ni cuidadoso. ¡Nunca vuelvas otra vez!

Vine a hacerme una manicura clásica. Me dijeron que si está bien. El maestro me dice que elija un color. Elegí y la niña se puso a trabajar. Empecé a notar que el barniz se aplicaba muy mal: era la primera capa, me quedé en silencio. Corrió con una botella de barniz, aparentemente para diluirlo con acetona. Luego empezó a aplicar una segunda capa y ¡aún así el barniz estaba muy mal aplicado! Aquí ya dije que el barniz se ve viejo y ella estuvo de acuerdo y dijo, pero cuando esté hecha la segunda capa estará mejor. Dije que no, lo quitaremos. Ella trajo una paleta y yo la elegí. Esta trabajadora aplicó un barniz nuevo, el resultado del trabajo fue 5 sobre 10 + ¡al final no aplicó capa fijadora! Me mandó sentar para que se secara el esmalte, pero ni siquiera me quitó las manchas que dejó en la piel alrededor de mis dedos. Yo misma tuve que pedirle que me quitara el esmalte de la piel alrededor de los dedos. Materiales y trabajo de muy mala calidad.
La manicura se hizo el 15.12 por la tarde -la foto se puede ver el 16.12 (16: 30)
No cociné, no limpié nada.

Cuando pedí uñas de gel, el esmalte de uñas de gel estaba muy mal aplicado. Abolladuras y hundimientos en mis uñas terminadas. Ni siquiera cubrió los bordes de mi uña natural y ya puedo sentir el esmalte separándose.

No soy un competidor, simplemente no estoy acostumbrado a publicar reseñas. Mis uñas son las peores que me han hecho.

Hace 4 días fui a Nail Studio Anna a hacerme las uñas porque la chica que normalmente me las hace se fue de vacaciones y la verdad que salí encantada. Me atendieron sin cita pero igual me recomendaron coger cita la próxima vez por si acaso. La chica que me las hizo fue Naray y muy bien: fue muy paciente y me pedía que le dijera como las quería, si veía algo que yo consideraba para mejorar se lo dijera… y siempre atendía mis peticiones al detalle. Las uñas me las dejó preciosas, la verdad (ver foto adjunta). Ahora estoy dudando si para el próximo mes hacérmelas donde siempre o con ustedes, ya que me ha gustado mucho el trabajo que me han realizado. Igualmente siempre tendré en mente este sitio y lo recomendaré. ¡Muchas gracias!

Un sitio excelente, buena atención las chicas todas muy simpáticas, llevo un año viniendo y siempre me han echo un buen trabajo en las uñas, buen sitio recomendable 100%

¡Me encantó el salón desde el primer minuto! La chica que me hizo las uñas, Manuela, ¡es una profesional por decir lo menos! Estoy muy contenta de haber encontrado su salón y de haberme tratado las uñas allí. Los precios son asequibles y muy razonables para los servicios prestados.

The salon looked great and I had hoped the end result would be good too. Unfortunately I was disappointed. The existing gel was filed off but she took it too far and filed the actual nail. She ‘trimmed’ my cuticles and they sting a bit now. The gel has chipped on most of my nails and it’s not even been a week so I won’t be going back.

Great shellac manicure and pedicure done while on holidays, so much attention done to cuticle care in comparison to Ireland. My partner who picks and bites his nails also had a manicure and pedicure for the first time and was delighted how they looked after. He's trying to not pick at them since. He's nails were very bad and the girl did an amazing job on them.

Fue de maravilla hacerme las uñas aquí. Todo profesional: team, productos y como bono, las sonrisas. Recomiendo 100%.

Both me and my hubby had a pedicure while staying nearby for our 1 week holiday. The Service is excellent but unfortunately I have l to agree with some other reviewers about the bad quality of product.

I was very happy about how they took extra time to exfoliate and buff the skin. I was so happy that I decided to go for a manicure also for myself, though it was more expensive than some nearby nail salons.

However, the very next day the gel nailpolish on 2 fingers of my hand started bubbling and peeling off. Luckily, I was able to go back to the salon and get it fixed. Anna, who is the salon owner, fixed it without cost but it was still stressful for me as I also had my flight back home the next day.

They were unable to offer an explanation for why their product started peeling off. So I give them 3 stars for the service but cut off 2 starts for bad product.

These are a good hardworking Polish ladies. I really do hope they improve their product to get a 5 star from me next time!

On the website it says that in the salon they use high quality materials, tools are disinfected and bagged and that they use disposable materials too. Well, nothing of that is true. NOTHING. The lamps were dirty, nail files used on million clients before, the lady (who was a lovely person, but it's not about the personality) didn't even have gloves on! She didn't even spray my hands with the disinfecant, the tools were kept in her drawer and were NOT bagged! The quality of my nails is far from perfection, after few days I can already see that the nail polish is coming off (shellac). I would not recommend that place.

Had to do my nails 3 times and not even in the third time they where right. First time with bubbles, 2nd time the gel polish started to remove on the 3rd day and 3rd time the girl was super rude, made my cuticles blood and nail polish cracked on the 2nd day. Not coming back

Been there twice for pedicure with gels and both times I was really happy with the result. I left 6 weeks between the appointments and my nails still looked good:) All the staff is lovely as well!

Acudí a este lugar hace dos semanas y nunca me habían hecho sentir tan mal. La chica que me atendió no tenía paciencia, me decía que no podía trabajar por mi culpa, que estaba tensa y pues en un lugar donde lo que quiero es despejar y relajarme me han hecho sentir mas nerviosa que nunca. De verdad que lo que me dieron ganas fue de levantarme e irme. La chica rubia de la entrada fue amable, el lugar es bonito pero honestamente con la chica que me atendí no tuve nada de suerte.

Gracias a Rosa por la reconstrucción de mis uñas después de tantos años tengo mis manos impecables. El servicio es bueno y las chicas muy amables y atentas. Siempre que puedo vuelvo.

The service was amazing. The girls were so professional and really friendly. Rosa is extremely talented and creative when it comes to nail designs. It's also very affordable. I even bought some skin creams and face masks there that I can use at home which have really made my skin so smooth and clear.

La chica que me Atendió tenía gafas y era morena delgada y pelo liso, mal educada y déspota, antes de preparar las cosas lo primero fue colocar su móvil en la mesa para ver videos o música.atender su WhatsApp, mala cara. Cuando coloco el producto dijo que secaba al aire sin lámpara. Tardo mucho en secar. Nunca me había pasado y yo estaba apurada.entraba a mi segundo turno laboral. Me hizo esperar que secara el producto para ella irse a mirar su teléfono con mucha soberbia. Me cobro 35 por un relleno, con un dedo con brillantitos. En realidad me da igual el precio. Me tomo la molestia de gastar mi tiempo escribiendo esto porque no deberi estar con ningún cargo al público.me hizo sentir mal.

Lo recomiendo además de hacer su trabajo muy bien tienen mucho cuidado con la limpieza y con evitar contagios.
Volveré la próxima vez sin duda.

He ido este martes 09 de junio a hacerme por primera vez las uñas en el Salón de Anna y solo puedo decir qué volveré.
Sin duda no me cansare de recomendarlo.
