Oasis Papagayo Resort

Really nice location and the first floor houses are not bad at all. The ground floor are often flooded with cockroaches, like the most of the island. The flats have a stove that is so little it's not very easy to cook. The complex itself is in decay even if they're trying to put it back up there are still 'ocupas' (people occupying illegally some houses). Overall the best thing about this place is the location and the proximity to Corralejo and the dunes.

Not a bad hotel, could do with a lick of paint in some places, some better entertainment instead of a guy that says thank you John from Poland when he's clearly not from Poland, it's funny the first few times but he does it to everyone, it gets old after a bit. Oh and it's advertised as the drinks are free 12 till 12 if your all inclusive and they stop giving you them at 11. Don't advertise it that way if it ain't free! The food was not good, we was all inclusive and you could tell it was just made as cheaply as possible, they need better and more variety of food, on the plus all the staff was friendly and helpful, if they sort these problems out they've nailed it.

Good place only thing let's it down is entertainment.plenty of food always something to choose to eat.great holiday had by all.

We find the staff first class from Martin down to Wone? The things to do LOADS for the kids Vicker, good. In genral needs a bit of a face lift.
Close bye to most of the cafe's pubs shop's night life anyway only about 3/2€ taxi ride.
Not sure about full price in high season but good now in Nov, and so far we are lucky with the weather, restful and enjoyable, thanks a good luck for the future.

Wheelchair room was excellent and surroundings wheelchair friendly. Very clean and friendly staff 3stars but I would give it more. Great for families.

El complejo está muy bien, el comedor y el bar club están casi nuevos, el personal que se lo mejor, la atención es inmejorable.
Por poner un pero los sofás son incómodos.

Dirty, out dated, food shocking and staff really unhelpful and rude. Defo not worth a visit, stay well clear

Thought this place was terrible. People live in the resort. Wouldn't come back here again if was all fully paid for. We were next door to someone that lives there and loud music and sex sounds nearly everytime we went back to the apartment. We had a 9 year old child and 6 year old child asking what the noise was all the time. All inclusive wasn't really all inclusive either.

Definitivamente este complejo va de mal a peor. Habia estado ahi hace dos años y estuvo bien la estancia. Y la piscina es bastante grande y los niños quisieron repetir este año. Fue un tremendo "ERROR". El complejo está descuidado y muy sucio. Por la noche el olor a aguas fecales era insoportable y las cucas campaban a sus anchas. Para terminar de arreglar todo lo malo q veiamos resulta que me roban 6 toallas en la piscina. Y cuando vamos a pedir ayuda a recepción no hubo nadie quien moviera un dedo. Se limitaron a decir q era mi problema por dejarlas allí a las 6 y media d la tarde, ya que fuimos a jugar con los niños al voley y a la vuelta pensabamos darnos el último baño. En fin.un desastre!

Excellent place. Great value only 14 euro for family of 3. We were staying in nearby holiday complex and heard this was good. Food available burgers, pizzas hot dogs. Again really cheap but good including cocktails! Little girl loved it. Bowling was well organised. Two lanes were out due to an air con leak I am guessing but did not affect anything. Highly recommend for any age. Relaxed atmosphere with plenty of places to sit after your game.

Food good, rooms and fixtures dirty. Good pools but sun beds and floor around pools need a serious deep clean as do the rooms.

Came here for a week holidays and it's really nice, it's a right temerature in the rooms too.there's anything you can imagine sportswise!

Food-Awful and repetitive Reception staff-some were ok others were rude Rooms-dated broken and mine was full of ants Pools-were good apart from the fact you have to pay for the Olympic one which no one appears to do WiFi-ok but the fact you can only use one device at a time is just annoying and leads to the WiFi just giving up on you It’s a long walk to anywhere as it’s just in the middle of nowhere next to abandoned buildings

Just got back from a weeks holiday in this hotel and it was very nice, rooms were spacious and very clean only down side was there is no aircon we had a fan that was it, around the pool area was brilliant staff was helpful and food was nice only a couple of nights we didn't fancy it the mini disco for kids was great will defo be back!

Very friendly and proffesional staff. It's really great place to spend wonderfull holidays with family. I can fully recomend this place at all.
