Omega Rent a Car (Playa del Inglés)

Le pongo tres estrellas porque a pesar de todo era el más barato. Pero os cuento mi experiencia al completo.
Llame por teléfono para preguntar disponibilidad y precio, y me pareció genial, cuando voy en persona me dijeron un precio mayor y le dije que no porque por teléfono me dijeron otro, al final me dejó el que me habían dicho por teléfono. El hombre que nos atendió tubo varios comentarios muy sutiles pero racistas (mi madre no es española). Pero bueno lo dejamos pasar. El coche que nos dieron, bueno en principio nos pareció genial porque era grande y pedimos la categoría más barata. Le sonaba todo, no tenía apenas pastillas de freno, sonaba aquello horrible. Pero bueno nos nos pasó nada. Y cuando fuimos a entregar el coche una semana más tarde, dice que tenía menos gasolina (apenas se movía de la aguja que tenía que quedar.) nos quito 5€ de la fianza, pero lo curioso es que el dinero ya venía preparado osea que nos iba quitar esos 5€ igualmente. No me gustó el trato, y el coche no me pareció seguro.

Nos atendieron rápidamente sin haber hecho reserva previa. El día de regreso incluso vinieron a recoger el coche a nuestro hotel. ¡Arriba!

Alquiler de coches sencillo y económico. La ventaja fue que pudimos recoger el coche en nuestro hotel a pie por la mañana a las 9:00 a.m. El personal es muy amable. Entrega fácil mediante caja de llaves, sin necesidad de pagar fianza ni nada similar. Alquilamos un Fiat 500, muy nuevo sin navegación pero equipado con Carplay.

Muy buena experiencia, estuve la semana pasada en playa del inglés me aconsejaron Omega y genial la chica de la oficina nos atendió muy bien, le dije que me apetecía un cabrio y me hizo una oferta por 3 días muy buena. Coche muy nuevo seguro a todo riesgo y todo perfecto. Repetiré con ellos sin duda.

Una gran empresa de alquiler de coches, algunos de ellos hablan alemán. Deberías poder hablar una pequeña cantidad de inglés. Pedimos prestado un coche dos veces y cada vez nos dieron el mismo coche, un Yaris que solo tenía 90 km la primera vez que lo tomamos prestado. Pagamos al recibir y sin depósito incluyendo seguro a todo riesgo sin franquicia alguna. Lo mismo la segunda vez y fue genial. Lo devolvieron a las 8 a.m. del día siguiente, así que mañana pudimos hacer un pequeño viaje como madrugadores.

Muy buena experiencia. Trato amable del personal. El vehículo acorde con la tarifa que tiene. Una experiencia para repetir.

Probably the best experience on the whole island. We got a good car for a good price, and the lady, I think her name is Noemi, was very polite and helpful, take care and appreciate such staff.

Rented a small 4 door car. 100Euro for 2 days including every possible insurance you can get. Supernice staff too. No tonterías. Todo perfecto.

Been hiring from here for some time now.must have hired around 20 cars off them in the last 12 months however there is absolutely no loyalty to return customers price has increased by almost 90% and you don't even get a full days hire anymore.if you hire the car from midday it has to be back by 8am.when questioned there attitude is that it's a busy season and they can increase the premium as they have limited cars available.do not recommend and will not be returning. Another business got too big and forgot about its loyal customers that would support them during the off peak seasons.

I called to ask if they have a car available for us, they said yes but when we arrived they said they actually don t.this is not an issue per say but they could have give us a call and not make us lose one hour on the road for nothing.

I rented a van for two days, price was very attractive, it included insurance and childseat.
Downside, after couple of km service light came on 24/7 service couldn’t answer in english.
After returning the car at night, next dat there was no communication, that they received the car and everything is OK.

We called to book a car today, they said they had one available but when we arrived all the cars have been already rented out. We asked for an explanation but we didn't receive any. Very rude and unprofessional

Everything better than expected. Good car, price as it was explained the day before.

100euros as a deposit was reasonable, got them back when we gave back the car.

There is only one person who manages and takes care the clients. Therefore, we have to wait! All the rests are okey.

Rented a Megane Cabrio for one Day with full insurance for 60 euro. The car is quite used but no problem. 100 euro depositum Cash and full refund without Any problems.

My experience was amazing with this company. I rented a Class B car - (POLO/I20/PUNTO) for couple of day for 70 euros with full insurance and a deposit of 100 euros. No Credit card fuss.

All the car was perfectly cleaned inside and outside with no damages. I was given POLO in perfect condition. It drove like a POLO no issues.

The lady at the receptionist Tanya was great, she speaks english very well and gave us all information needed.

On the 2nd day unfortunately i had an accident and the front bumper was hit by a Taxi. Just called the car company.he was there is 10 mins.police was there in 5 mins. All procedure was completed in 30 mins. After the procedure i continued with trip. I recevied my deposit of 100 euros back. Thats great!

I will definately rent with them again and would recommend this company to anyone who want to rent car is maspolamos grand canaria.
