Orange Badge Tenerife

Developed a back problem and Orange Badge saved my holiday. From first phone call to handing back the scooter the service was excellent, friendly and efficient. Delivery and pick up at the door. It enabled me to access shops and restaurants. Highly recommended.

My mum used your chair affectionally known as jimmy it gave her great confidence and was able to get around with no problems.

I didn’t hire any equipment but went over there with my broken 4 wheeled walker. All the staff could not have been more helpful! Between them they managed to fix my walker when I was fully prepared to buy a new one and they didn’t want to accept any money from me! I am so grateful to all the staff at the shop! Have used Orange Badge for a number of years now. Any equipment hired has been delivered in good working order and on time as per agreement. This is more important now as my needs have increased and having the electric bed and motorized wheelchair in the room in advance of arrival means my holiday can begin in comfort immediately.

Found the delivery man very rude and quite arrogant, mobility scooter quite old but did the job, wouldn't recommend as unfriendly delivery man

No problems at all with Orange Badge Tenerife. They deliver and collect from most hotels. Very efficient. Have used them many times and will do so again in March.

We booked first in 2016 and have done every year since, we have had the same Great service every year. This has been the Fourth year in succession that my partner and I have hired their mobility scooters. A very professional service - we wouldn’t use anyone else! I highly recommend Orange Badge - you really won’t go wrong with this team!

The process of booking and payment was very easy. Communication was good. The scooter was waiting for me on arrival fully charged. I had no problems at all with the scooter and would recommend them to anyone. I will definately use again when I am back in Tenerife.

Brilliant service.and very efficient. One example we were flying back early Sunday before they could pick up the scooter. Arranged for us to drop it at another complex which they would pick up from later. Cannot fault them

Nothing but praise for excellent service after an unexpected requirement of a buggy after a mishap and damaged knee on our arrival. The hotel reception contacted Orange Badge for us and delivered to Bahia Princess within 2 hours of request. We had an incident with a puncture during our stay whilst out and about, but a replacement was delivered in just over a hour whilst taking a coffee stop.

First class service arrived on time, scooter was in good condition and fully charged so was ready to go straight away, my advice to anyone hiring a scooter is go for the one above your weight as some parts of Los Cris and Las America’s have steep inclines so it’s nice to have the power, will use again in 2020

Excellent Service. We asked if it would be possible for the scooter and wheelchair to meet us at the hotel. No trouble, we were advised to phone from the taxi on arrival at the airport and the delivery would be within 20 minutes. They were as good as their word. Can't fault the service and and quality of the equipment and would thoroughly recommend this Company.

First time user of mobility scooter anywhere! What a difference to the holiday. Went out for dinner & shopping every day. Booking was easy and delivery was made to the hotel reception on time with no fuss. Thank you Orange Badge, we are booking again for the new year

Absolutely fantastic service highly recommended I fractured my ankle 2 weeks prior to travelling and we decided to hire a scooter to make life easier. So easy to do I sent an enquiry email and they sent one back with details of when it would be dropped at the hotel and the man who met us was lovely!

This is now the seventh time I have used Orange Badge in Tenerife. As usual they were excellent. The scooters they hire are all in good condition and a reasonable price. My scooter as the past seven times was delivered to my hotel before I arrived (Super Service at no extra cost). Alan who delivered it this time explained the controls etc. He made the journey back to get paid as no money was previously made. All the staff were pleasant and could not offer enough help. On leaving I only had to leave the scooter at the hotel along with the Bed Help and they were picked up after we were gone.
I have booked for a holiday next year in August so will be booking my Scooter and Bed Help soon. What else can you ask for they deserve 5 Stars as they are the stars.

Excellent assistance whilst in UK and in Tenerife everything taken care of efficiently and invisibly. The scooter was well maintained and very suitable for my requirements at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

SUPERIOR 3 WHEELED SCOOTER
I have rented the same 3 wheel scooter for the last 5 years. This is excellent for use in shops, bars and lifts as I find it very easy to turn without having to reverse. The scooter is excellent for use in Tenerife and will easily take you to the market at the far end of los Cristianos from Las Americas and back then out to shops and bars at night on a single charge. The scooter was left at reception awaiting my arrival as I didn.t arrive till 8.30pm and was left at reception with key left in back seat pocket for pick up. Payment was made the following day at 10.30am at reception, all controls and what to do in event of breakdown (should not happen as scooters well maintained and checked before you receive it) explained. I booked scooter approx. 5 months in advance or when I booked holiday and in the last 5 years I had no worries at all as this is a brillant company who I would highly recommend to anyone. 10/10

FANTASTIC - with so much choice I decided to use Orange Badge for a scooter for my Father in Law during our 2 week stay. The initial booking via web-site was so easy, great choice and excellent price. When we arrived at our hotel, made quick call to Orange and within 20 minutes they delivered scooter to reception. Chap who delivered took real interest and time in showing us over the scooter which have to say was in great condition. Needless to say, having such a relaible scooter made the experience of getting about so much easier for Father in Law. Again collection was seemless (we left the scooter in reception and it was collected with need for us being there). Added benefit of using Orange Badge is no deposit or money to pay up-front, great choice of scooters, very new models and excellent customer service. Highly recommend and they are in our diary to book next holiday

Fantastic service from booking to delivery and collection. Clear pricing. Fast responses to e-mail. Scooter was delivered to hotel exactly when they said it would be. Scooter was in excellent condition. Controls clearly explained. My mum liked it so much she bought a scooter when she returned to UK. Highly recommend this great company for anyone with mobility issues when in Tenerife

Have used Orange Badge a few times now, great service and good value. I had a slight problem with the scooter, needed a higher seat due to my condition, it wasn't a problem for them and was sorted within the hour, many thanks.

Fantastic service - delivery and collection to/from our hotel, with clear instructions and great back-up service, when we wanted to extend the rental further by a few days.

We have used the services of Orange Badge for at least 11 years and often twice a year. We keep going back because they offer a superlative service. They provide all the equipment we need on time and are on hand to give advice on all aspects of disability needs. My wife uses her micro mobility scooter to travel from the UK as it is easier to transport but hires a power chair whilst on holiday. Whilst we have never had a problem with the equipment we have hired, my wife's own transport has been a problem in the past but Orange Badge's workshop sorted out the necessary repairs without question. We have already booked our equipment for the next two holidays and I really would not consider using any other provider. Well done Orange Badge!

The service could not be better. Delivery and pickup on time at the hotel. Very nice reception at every contact. We will definitely rent again when we need it. I can very well recommend this service, we are very pleased.

The scooter was delivered to the apartment complex on time. It was clean and in good working. The staff are friendly and speak good English. I will be going to Tenerife again next year and will use Orange badge again.
