This was my third or fourth time i rented from orcar.
I have to say that customer service wasnt even close the service that it has been before. The car was also telling information about the service that was not done. I also had to return the car twice because the employeer told me that she was working alone and couldn go and drive the car to garage. This was probably my last time at orcar.

Friendly staff, reasonable car although it struggled to go up a mountain! Good price for a single day hire too.

Warning - Over priced and poor customer care.
I decided to visit this business after reading reviews online as I wanted to hire a car during my stay. While visiting the business, a customer came into the store to complain about the way he was been treated by a member of staff the previous day (relating to over charging). The owner/Boss all of a sudden had a problem understanding English and belittled the customer until they left closing the door behind the customer. I quickly left the business and after researching similar businesses in the area, I found that this one is very much over priced.
Stay clear and find a more reputable operator that has better customer care.

Rarely are my expectations exceeded! Six stars if i could! I've rented cars in many parts of the world during my life and none have been as stress free as this. Pick up took less than 10 mins and drop off literally as long as it took to place the keys on the desk and be wished a happy rest of holiday. All for less than half the price europcar quoted me. Staff were very relaxed and friendly and as everything is included there was no hard sell for any additional extras. If you could somehow expand your company across the world there would be a lot of worried faces at avis, europcar, dollar et al.

Avis Google à la hauteur de l'endroit, j'avais je n'ai eu une aussi bonne expérience avec un loueur de voiture! Tout est compris: deuxième conducteur, siège auto enfant, tout risque. Personnel au top. Restitution de voiture en 2 minutes limitée à la restitution des clés. Et voilà! Moins de 50€ pour 5 jours je ne sais même pas comment ils arrivent à gagner de l'argent.

Compañía de alquiler de vehículos canaria probablemente con los precios más bajos de las islas y con todo incluido. Silla de bebés gratuita. Atención estupenda y flota de vehículos para todos los bolsillos.
