Todo bien, tuve coche durante 5 días, pagué sólo 130 euros por el Polo (pero puedes conseguir un coche más pequeño incluso 20 euros más barato), el segundo conductor fue gratis. El coche estaba limpio y en buen estado, no se necesitaba tarjeta de crédito.

The car broke down after 1 hours drive in the mountains. The rental company said it is compulsary to wait for them by the car for 4,5 hours. We had a 3 year old with us. According to the company we can't drive the car and that's why it broke down.

Late to pick up, half fuel in one car, rubbish vehicles and rip off customers by not paying back their deposits.

How do I complain about Orlando Rent A Car? This company steals money from its customers and makes up extortionate damage bills that are completely fake. How it is not shut down is beyond me.

Please no one use Orlando Rent A Car, they are the worst company I've ever used.

Great service, reasonable pricing and no extra selling for any insurances or whatsoever. We paid for 80 euros/5 days and that included 2 baby seats as well. Total 80 euros. I can definitely give my recommendation for Orlando rent a car - Bahia Feliz

Pésimo servicio el de esta empresa, primero la entrega no se hace en el mismo aeropuerto, luego fueron insistentes para que saques un seguro todo riesgo, y cuando no quise me dieron un coche dañado y luego me cargaron 300 euros acusándome de haberlo golpeado yo y de falsificar documentación. La peor agencia de alquiler de coche que he usado, nunca más lo haré.

Alles perfekt: Wir haben ein wirklich günstiges Angebot für fünf Tage genommen, dafür einen neuen Kleinwagen (Renault Clio) bekommen, inklusive Navi. Das Fahrzeug war in einem Topzustand. Zudem freundlicher Service. Mag sein, andere Kunden Probleme mit der Vermietungsfirma hatten, aber aus unserer Sicht hat zumindest die Vermietungsstation in Bahia Feliz alles in allem fünf Sterne verdient.

Everything perfect: We took a really cheap offer for five days and got a new small car (Renault Clio), including a navigation system. The car was in top condition. Also friendly service. Maybe other customers had problems with the rental company, but from our point of view at least the rental station in Bahia Feliz deserved five stars all in all.

Good service by the local office. The woman at the desk was speaking fine English and were nice to give advise on local parking regulations.

Regrettable prix alléchants pour mieux vous escroquer en refusant votre carte de credit sous le prétexte d'un" débit immédiat"en vous doublant le coût de votre location car ils vous obligent a prendre une pseudo "ASSURANCE" leur assurant le paiement d'une voiture que l'on a d'ailleurs jamais vu. (137 euros perdus) sous la tutelle du site de réservation
Cartrawler conditions faîtes une fois votre carte de credit débité (du jamais vu chez nôtre tour operator ainsi que pour notre banquière). Passez vôtre chemin si vous voulez commencer de bonnes vacances.

Situé face à l'hôtel orquidea, petite agence de location. Possibilité de réserver sur Internet avant son arrivée. Prix intéressant.
