Oro Blanco Apartments - Stella Polaris Hotels

Me encantaba este hotel antes de Covid, ya que tenía un buen nivel a un precio excelente. Desde que recientemente regresamos a los apartamentos Oro blanco, hemos tenido experiencias diferentes. Desde que el personal del bar es constantemente grosero y no muy amable al servir y no sabe cómo cocinar las patatas fritas correctamente.
La piscina estaba sucia, había mucha suciedad e incluso sabía a agua salada.
En lo que respecta a la habitación, fueron muy serviciales al acomodarnos la habitación, pero los servicios generales de limpieza en mi opción no fueron excelentes. Indicaron que nuestra ropa de cama se cambiaría una vez a la semana, pero en realidad tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran la ropa de cama. No creo que lo sea. Incluso hasta el punto de acostarse y mirar las paredes azules, la cantidad de polvo en la pared era espantosa y el personal ni siquiera lo había notado.
Creo que las habitaciones realmente necesitan ser redecoradas. Todo lo que había en la habitación había sido reparado desde la puerta de entrada hasta el baño, incluso las camas estaban poco fiables. Mi cama estaba rota y chirriaba constantemente y cuando mi compañero miró, la cama estaba a punto de romperse.
En cuanto al personal de recepción, había una mujer encantadora que realmente nos ayudó con nuestra estadía, pero había un hombre que honestamente sería muy grosero con nosotros, especialmente en nuestro último día, como si no le importara el servicio al cliente hacia nosotros. Incluso hasta el punto de que constantemente quieren depósitos para todo. Depósito por persona, lo cual está bien para mí, pero luego necesito un depósito para un control remoto y seguro, simplemente siento que no tiene sentido y debería indicarse en el sitio web, ya que solo indica el depósito por persona, no para todo lo demás.

Lo único bueno que puedo decir de este hotel es que es barato al reservar online.
En general, estoy tan destrozado que ya no me encanta este hotel.

La ubicación es excelente, el área de la piscina es perfecta. Las habitaciones están cansadas, especialmente por el precio.

Me ha encantado la limpieza y amplitud de los apartamentos, la situación es ideal cerca de toda playa de las Américas y también de los cristianos, fácil acceso desde la autopista sur. En la recepción unos auténticos profesionales Susana, Isra y Mario

Muy buena experiencia son unos apartamentos con un espíritu y toque familiar, el trato es muy hogareño, te hacen sentir en casa, trato con amor, respeto y mucha cercanía
El personal muy bueno
Las habitaciones básicas, con todo el equipamiento adecuado
Cerca de todo, la playa y la avenida
Y lo que más me gustó es el reservado, de las camas en el solárium, muy cómodo
Recomiendo para pasar unos días para desconectar

This hotel is a disaster we have stayed here for a day or two and it is loud and we had to move to cleo patra this cost us up to 1000€ and the room we stayed in is awful you have to pay for WiFi when on the website it says it's free you have to make a 30€ deposit and 10€ for a remote even an iron cost you 10€ per week

Room decor needs updating. Staff were very friendly and hard working. Especially in the restaurant and house keeping. Rooftop pool while not heated was warm enough to cool off at the end of the day with a good view.

Best thing about it was the price! Most of the reception staff was helpful. Rooms were okay, not great. Had to pay 20 euro extra for wifi (which was not working at all). Never went to the pool cause it felt like a random English city over there. And this was not the hotels fault but holy moly what was that loud music during the night, we stayed at the sixth floor and the music was sou insanely loud.

Muy mal, todo sucio y viejo, la habitación olia a tabaco de años. Dormí allí una noche con mi hija de 5 años una vergüenza que tuvo que oler toda la noche el colchón a tabaco y ni con la ventanas abiertas podíamos soportarlo. El personal de la recepción muy amable, eso sí.

I thought oro blanco was a lovely place but our only gripe was that our room was a twin nd not a double

Really nice place to stop.staff really lovely and helpful and very friendly. Cleaners come in nearly everyday beds changed regular. Would recommend it.only thing we missed was no freezer to put ice in.

Sauna was never turned on most of staff not very helpful very noisy bathrooms no extraction and very dated

Good, basic accommodation. No evening entertainment, thank goodness. A good base, from which to explore the island.
Since we were last here, there are ceiling fans in the rooms, which is a great improvement. Good for drying out towels!
The cocktails at the bar are a good price really, only 5€ for a large one.
You can buy a cooked breakfast at the bar as well.

Tolerable noise levels, in Las Americas try to get a room with air conditioning so you can close the windows and sleep better. The staff is well trained and polite.

1st time staying at Oro Blanko Apartments, Playa Las America's, Tenerife. We know the area very well and accessed, all the local area easily. The place is very close to attractionS, central and a short walk to bars, restaurants and shopping area. Very central to all these but on central or right in the middle of the night life but close to hear it but not bother your stay. Shaft walk or a quick taxi ride to both Adeje, or Los Christanos, these are the 2 other local resorts well worth visiting, they are not the Husserl and bustle. Las Americas, they are very close and more quiet areas, but they have lovelly bars and restaurants, the beach's near Adeje or Fenabe are absolutely lovelly and you need to walk down the hill to the sea front just as the sun is setting to say Post Card perfect or take your breathe away is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

Yes Apartments are dated but they suited our needs. Minor little niggles with the wrong apartment 2 person, no bed for 3rsd adult, quickly went to mention at reception, and maid came up in 10 mins, moved to another rooms on a different floor straight away.

Excellent reception staff, I cannot fault them at all, 2x gentleman (one gentleman was excellent to chat to and very laid back, and the other seemed on the face of it a little grumpy, but If we had any issues he sorted them straight away for us. He was very polite if you gave him your time both of these gentlemen made our stay a really good one, with excellent customer service. So much so I showed my appreciation by getting them a small bottle of scotch whiskey each.

So thanks for the excellent service and hopefully we may book again in the future.

Great for lads or girls holidays not the best for families, very strict at the pool no inflatables or balls or jumping in

No lo recomiendo, a menos q seas un adolescente sin ningún tipo de expectativas. Hicimos 2 reservas y cuál fue nuestra sorpresa, q cuando llegamos habían cancelado la reserva de una habitación. Al final lo solucionaron y nos dieron 2 habitaciones. Una de ellas tenía la terraza sucia, limpiamos las sillas para poder sentarnos, el microondas no calentaba, nos cambiaron de habitación y no me prepararon las 2 camas del sofá, le pedí sabanas y yo hice las camas, la de debajo del sofá tenía 4 tablas sueltas q coloco mi marido. Si volvemos a Tenerife desdé luego no volveremos a este hotel.

Excellent location, Great staff. We had a 3 bed apartment overlooking the pool and its was massive! 3 balconies! They only thing i would say is the rooms are a little tired but this does not effect your stay in any way.

Es un hotel muy limpio con un buen bufé y buen servicio, situado en el centro de las Américas y a 5 minutos caminando de la playa. Muy bien

Terrible food at the pool bar, if you can eat out I would recommend it. I can't say much about the rooms either.tired and dated decor. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Location does not have much of a view.

Apartamentos en buena situación si buscas cachondeo y fiesta, pero las comodidades dentro de ellos dejan que desear, sobre todo las camas y la limpieza de los baños.

The apartments were clean although dated. We were in a 3 bed apartment overlooking the sea and bonus that there were 2 toilets. It is a bit of a walk to the beach/bars but not that far. There are a few groups of lads/girls who think its great singing and shouting when they are returning form their nights out at 5/5.30am but other than that no complaints. Don't expect 5* accommodation.

Apartments were very clean and location was good. Pool area small but sufficeint. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room I booked was very small with no balcony. Had to upgrade to bigger room. But very noisy as room was next to main road. Apart from that staff friendly and helpful

Stayed there for 4 week a couple of years ago so made return visit this year for 2 weeks, seems like a bit of a face lift as occured. Good base for everywhere. Friendly staff.

The lifeguard doesnt like bommetjes. Tarrel was send out of the pool today because he did a bommetje into the pool. But overall i like the place.

Basic but clean and just what we needed. Close to the party scene and pleasant staff who provided toilet rolls in the middle of the night

The appartments where basic but had everything you need, Kitchen had everything, Bathroom had everything also a hairdryer, the beds where cleaned every day which was great, I would stay there again

Place has everything you need for a holiday. Bed, pool, bar, good spots for the sun and the occasional spot of wildlife on your toilet wall in the form of a rather large cockroach and a pigeon walking into my kitchen bold as brass.

Overall still enjoyed it.

The only fault I can find with this place is if you get a room facing the streets at the back rather than the pool, because obviously there's nothing to look at and you can't people watch - however, it's good if you've got kids or want a nap inside during the afternoon as you don't get the noise from the pool area.

Lovely place, so much to do. The only things I am not happy about is the balcony we are currently staying in has a large crack and doesn't seem safe and the noise at night. You do get used to the noise apart from that it is great value and we will definitely come back. Best holiday we've had and still have 6 days left and don't want to go home. Our room is B32

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. Too noisy at night as we were next to the hallway and lift. No music on around the pool and no entertainment.

We had a brilliant time, very friendly and clean, great for families, warm and welcoming and very nice staff x

What can I say I did not book this hotel but my hotel was changed last minute by tour company room was over looking car park and main road police sirens going of all hours ever night brothel few doors away street walkers men and women outside it seems irrelevant saying Sun bed are taken which we took pictures of empty bed but with towels constantly woken 1234o'clock by people on balcony outside my door screaming shouting partying complain constantly would not change room I am 60 and disabled having cancer my husband recovering from heart attack have gone to Tenerife last 10 years never a complaint this hotel is for the young right near veronica strip not a family or quiet holiday no care of empathy thank you oro blanca for the worst holiday of my life

The place was lovely, beautiful pool, plenty to see and do around, the menu price wise was geared to a families budget, the only thing was that the beds didn't get changed twice a week as stated, and the floors in apartments needs to be scrubbed properly on a weekly bases with bleach. Other wise a brilliant place and location to stay.

Loved it and it was in a nice place near shops and nightlife just what I look for, rooms was good pool area was good and the bar was very good price for drinks and food,

Spotlessly clean, helpful approachable staff an excellent base for exploring Las Americas and Los Christianos.
An abundance of restaurantsclose by, catering for all tastes and budgets.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Central position, however, located on a busy road at the front and noise from the Veronica's night clubs till 05.00 on the upper pool facing floors. I would not use this hotel again due to these issues.

Really was surprised that I liked it being that it was a late deal and cheap food and drink from the bar very reasonable not ripped off by hotel prices would like a warmer pool lol baltic but still going back this week with family

Just got back after a week lovely staff very friendly. This is our 5th time at this hotel. Hopefully have many more holidays with you
