Gunter… you are the man.after struggeling with C7 hernia for a year and attending your treatment, while on Lanzarote, i am finally able to surf again. Your understanding of a sports orientaded, older and well used body is great. Your quote on my question, „should i try to surf? “ was, go surf or go to an elderly house. From that moment on, their was no holding back. Arching my spine was impossible in all this time, bolts of electricity running through my left upperbody and arm. And then.it worked, someone had to tell me, someone with experience and good judgement. Not easy to find, through my journej of physios, chiros and other healers. Not over yet, but thankfull heading to recovery and being able to do what i love, surfing…! May your bugs not rust away under Lanzarotes salty sun. Thanks Gumter… (I‘ll be back)
